Is an exceptionally nice and hardworking person I enjoy working with him and I oftentimes request him and will even wait if theres customers before me. As an electrician I always recommend my customers who are looking for qualityequipment to come to felt lighting and they will not be disappointed. Customer service is mediocre at best and pricing is astronomical. My personal experience should be a good fair warning for others.First, we were charged $90 for a small welding job that they actually used a liquid JB Weld epoxy from a home improvement store. Really?Second, we were quoted $210 each for 14 - 11” outside light fixtures, very poor quality and we found higher quality with beveled glass for $25 each on Amazon.Third, we needed 8 large (42” tall) outside light fixtures repainted to match a new iron front door and Felt Lighting quoted $160 each.....WHAT?!?Soooo, I did some additional welding myself and am now painting them all for about $30 in supplies and 2 hrs of my time.I understand businesses need to make a profit but Felt Lighting is extreme.Avoid at all cost. *see photos

Great place to find almost any lighting option. I always buy bulbs here, they have much better quality bulbs than box stores, and a large selection of fixtures. They are always very helpful and willing to take the time to compare products, show me options and ensure i get exactly what Im looking for.

Theres just something so magical about walking into a light store! The cashier was friendly and funny and was able to fix my friends lamp cord for a relatively good price. Even if you dont want to buy anything, its still nice to look around and imagine your homes future chandelier, lol.

Very happy with their repair service. I had a sleek, fancy modern styled ceiling fan and I couldn’t unscrew the glass cover to change the lightbulb. It had a long lasting bulb, we hadn’t had to take the glass off to change the lightbulb for ten years, and the glass cover had gotten stuck shut.We brought the ceiling fan in, the guys here were able to get the glass off for us, and only charged us for the replacement bulbs. That’s an honest repair job!Much appreciated and we’ll be back for any new lights.

We had a good experience with Felt Lighting, and I highly recommend them for their great service. We have a ceiling fan light, and the light fixture part of it quit working. At first I thought that the two lights had burned out, but replacement bulbs did not work, either. The fan was still working, but no lights. I took it into Felt Lighting, and they gave me a quote to repair it. It was a very reasonable price, so I left it there for the repair. They rebuilt the bulb fitting assembly, and it worked like it did when it was brand new. They stayed with the original price quote. No gimmicks, no surprises. They are competent, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. Give them a try!

Not as much variety add I was expecting.

I just needed a 4in threaded shank to hang a chandelier, they didnt have it in stock but a kind young man offered to cut one to fit while I waited... it was a very small purchase under $5 but I was treated like a high paying client!I call that great customer service!I recommend them to all my friends, and will now only go there for all my future lighting needs big or small.

Great customer service, good selection, reasonable prices. They replaced parts easily (we had part of a light fixture that broke during install and they replaced it for free) and were very fair in each transaction. Overall a great local store.

Great selection, very knowledgable staff and very willing to answer questions and help out in any way they can. I bought a very nice, high end ceiling fan and some other lighting. They cut us a good deal, maybe not as good as you might get online, but you wont get this kind of customer service and lose the ability to look at the products lit up and test out they operate.

Recommended by another biz owner since I needed some help with a Moroccan light, they were able to get an adapter small enough to fit the speciality bulbs. $1. Solved my problem.

Will never shop here again. Bought a lamp which needed a replacement part, its been over a year and the issue is still not resolved. I called monthly to check on the item, was given a story each time, then told it would takes months. Well its been way over a year and they have not called me back and give me the run around every time I call. Horrible customer service and the prices are AWFUL. You can find the same or better quality items at other stores or on the web for much less.

Horrible experience. Went in to purchase a bunch of lights/fixtures for my new home and was not given the time of day... let alone greeted. Will not be going back. Taking my business to a company with proper customer service.

Came in recently to get some lighting accessories to rebuild a leisure light fixture that the guts were wearing out. Came for an inline dimmer switch, which was defective... Dont know if it was operator error or mechanical error. These guys made some suggestions which were accepted, about what they would do if they owned it. It made sense. They took the defective part back, and sold me a slightly different model, which was more money, but it made more sense that way, and works great! Very happy with their professionalism, and helpfulness. I will be coming back here again for my lighting needs.
