Today I had the pleasure to have wonderful customer service from Eduardo F. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed with my vehicle. I didnt have to explain twice. I just told him what I needed. Every time I visit AutoZone he is there with a wonderful smile and great customer service. I will always recommend AutoZone and to speak with Eddie. Love uand appreciate everything u do.

I wouldn’t recommend… the store appeared to be fully staffed, but the team was all over the place. The gentleman at the counter had no customer service skills. Wasted an hour here just to leave and go to O’Reillys where they helped in less than 30 minutes.

Its a good place as long as you are dealing with one of the FEW competent workers who are there, like Tim or Eddie. They cant keep good people that know what they are doing!!! Ask for Tim or Eddie and you will get what you need!

The new staff is very knowledgeable, educated and kind ....the store is cleaner then some convince stores ....they get parts they dont have at the moment in the store either same day or next morning,thumbs up and gratitude for the new crew ....

Not all too happy. The battery I purchased, Duralast Gold ETX20L, properly titled at $120, only comes with a 3 month (90 day) warranty yet is 5 months old (9/20) the day I purchase (2/21). Plus get it home, low and behold; its charge is 11vdc at 36%...

Probably the best customer service I have ever received at an AutoZone. In my opinion, the AutoZone in Milledgeville sets the standard for the rest of the company. They conducted business with me professionally, while not sacrificing customer service. I make it a point to spend my money at the AutoZone in Milledgeville over the rest of their stores.

OK store. Tries to be Very helpful but the help is not trained to even change out a car battery correctly. It took 2 weeks to get the car straightened out correctly as the employee did not tighten the battery nuts down enough and it made it look like the car was having Serious problems. 👇😝😳
