It is a very nice store. Got a cute oufit for a great price!

The prices for these used completely donated items that taxes have already been paid on are comparable to brand new items from Ross or Burkes right down the road. Someone is making a ton of money. Great business plan though. Do I want to round up? Nah, I don’t. Just made my last visit.

No one would help unload. Had truck load of custom built shelves had to unload by myself. Good thing Im a 56 healthy woman. Its just the idea that I asked if they could help and he said they were busy. But funny after I unloaded everything a group came out to leave.

I’ve made donations twice to this location. Neither time did anyone say a single word to me. No hello, goodbye, nothing. Just started grabbing stuff out of my truck and throwing it inside then walked back inside once they were done. Hopefully nothing was broken.

The most expensive thrift store Ive been to. Many customers put items back due to prices. I would not drive out of my way to shop here.Staff is one of the friendliest you will find.Clean and tidy store despite the old musty smell all thrift store have.(Suitcase in picture is empty.)

Hit the jackpot today. Kids clothes were 99cents each. Can we say new wardrobe on a budget...ching ching

Have to say that for a Goodwill store it had quite a few up to date home decorative items at a good price.Also it was the cleanest, most well organized thrift store and the staff kept busy keeping it that way the whole time we were there.

This Goodwill location always appears clean and in order. At other such places, as in Salvation Army, the stores have no organization and it appears “dingy”. At this Goodwill in Millington, all of their items are organized, so it’s much easier to shop, find the items I’m interested in and then check out. Also, the employees are always helpful and courteous. Needless to say, their prices are especially appreciated at this time when many, as myself, are out of work. Even my son has to shop here each time he’s in town, and he’s pretty particular. I’m headed there tomorrow to find something suitable to apply for a job! Thanks, Goodwill!

Hit and miss. Sometimes I find several things, other times just a couple. The place was packed. I thought they wede only allowing a certain amount of peiple in at a time because of covid.

Prices are way to high. $4.00 for a small used candle...really?

Lots of stuff to look at! Friendly staff. Prices are a bit high, though.

The retail store is great! Associates are attentive and friendly. The store is clean and well arranged.The Bargain Barn has too many dealers that hang out and hover over all the bins, as they are brought out, intimidating even the most seasoned shopper. Allowing people to sit in furniture waiting for the next bins only encourages this behavior. Management should address this.

Always find something to buy here, a great place to get work clothes, or just look for something interesting.

The most overpriced Goodwill in the city goes to..... Millington! Not Germantown, not midtown, but Millington. Congratulations Millington Goodwill, you have the most arbritary, comically overpriced items in town!But really though. I dont understand whats going through this particular managers head when she/he prices things. This is a GOODWILL. Not an antique store.

I was very upset with your personnel when I was picking up my wing-back chair. 6/24/17They decided that it was notgoing to fit and the female, no lady sided with the pants dropping, crack showing rear. I asked them to be careful with my car. Female read me shows on your ticket we are not responsible. On and on. Left me holding on to the chair and quit. Telling me to go get atruck. I by myself place chair in my trunk anddrove off. I was mad as hell & yes I screamed at them and called names.......They need to help not being negative. Plentymore. You can call or however you did to do this if you plan to take any action or reallywant to correct this.

Good selection ..but I had to wrap by breakable. They got busy. Didnt get asked if I would but I offered or would of had to wait ..clerk must have been new ..2 🌟 on service 4 on selections

I love this place because I find name brand labels such as Chicos, Le Suit, Catos. Sometimes other brands barely worn. Its organized. You have to go frequently

Just pulled up to the donation center with a couch and loveseat to donate. 3 employees standing out front on their phones. 2 hurried inside while 1 in her ugly elf dress took her time so she would have the opportunity to be rude to someone for no reason I guess. As we pull up and see the hours on the door I apologized and said Im sorry, I see you closed at 6. She was backing into the building trying to slide the door shut and looking at me mean as Im speaking to her. It made me feel as if I had done something wrong by trying to do something good. ☹️ She did say HUH?! With her big nose stuck half out the doors and I repeated my apology. Her response was an even uglier look and a shake of her head saying yes. R U D EJust ugh.... All 3 employees could have stayed put and apologized to US that they had closed an hour earlier...that would have been the RIGHT thing to do. Merry Christmas btw rude girl...

Very disappointed with this location. Extremely overpriced, and when I called the store manager Tracey, she was extremely matter of fact and could care less about servicing me of helping me at all. This store is the worst I’ve ever been to.

I love good deals. I have found much better deals in the goodwill in south Dakota. You shouldnt have to pay 16 dollars for any used jeans period. And Harley Davidson boots..used should never be fifty dollars...at goodwill I bought mk boots in south Dakota for three dollars.

The staff at this location are super friendly and helpful, they were easy to find and knowledgeable. The store was very well kept and organized.

Staff is very friendly, greeting you when you come in and acknowledging you when you leave. They have a good selection of womens clothing and dressing rooms to try on clothes.

Goodwill in Millington is become a life-or-death store you put your life on the line when you go in there between the drug deals and the managers special treatment to certain people given their personal friends discount if not free not to mention that by certain employee play in their jukebox in the back partying instead of working Goodwill Millington should be shut down too much favoritism not to mention that the manager will not fly the American flag but all other stores will my opinion shut that store down and lets save some life amen
