Love my new Bad Boy Maverick! Great service, free delivery and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Update.... Ran my mower for the first time and something didnt feel right. Had a loss of power. Called Abby Farm Supply and Doug asked me a questions, got my address and came over after closing hours on a Friday and looked at it. Found the problem and fixed it on a Saturday after they closed and fixed it. Just further proof this is the place to buy Bad Boy. The big box stores would have me waiting 2 weeks for a service call Ill bet.

My Bad Boy zero turn that was purchased through Abby Farms in 2018 has been sent back yearly for maintenance, oil change, blades the normal upkeep. However; this year has been a complete difference. My husband changed the oil, replaced the plugs and even purchased the new blades. We were having an issue with the starter which we informed Doug about on the work order last year in 2019. But it was not fixed then and the problem was ignored and we endured a year of the same problem day after day. We owe a lot of acres and run the zero turn plus a full Tractor to keep the hay up. When calling Abby to schedule the appointment due to the deck not moving up or down, the starter that they never repaired. And we needed our bladed we purchased to be on. They told me it would take 4 days which is all I could spare our equipment for our job here on the farm. I have called each day and on this day 07/28/20 I spoke with Doug which said he was the manager/Owner with much hostility. He was unprofessional seemed like a little abrupt because I was a female and felt that He could talk to me in a belittling way. I responded with the same hostility as he or any man owner or business man speak to me with that tone. I am a paying customer and was actually going to purchase some new equipment this year from them. But that will never happen from this company from me again! To all the ladies out there, we are no different then any business man or owner of any company. They do not have the right to speak to us and lie to us about our own equipment. I do not get angry often but I am completely beside myself that this company would speak to anyone in that manner regardless of any timeline they may have. They are no better then you or I. I will not stand down to no man or any business that thinks they stand above. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and I expect a full apology from Doug the so called owner. And if Doug reads this, let me explain to you who you were speaking to exactly. I am a self made, high ranking owner and manager of many companies. And you just made a serious mistake by treating me as if I was a no body! Your business can and will be the end of you. In a good company its your customers that make you and they can also break you.
My Father and I had no clue what zero turn mower we needed based on what we were cutting each week. The staff at Abby were more than helpful answering all of our questions. My father and I went to multiple places that sold different brands but Abby had by far the best customer service. We purchased the Maverick with a spray rig. They delivered on time and we are very happy with the product.

People seem mostly nice but can never get information over the phone. The lady that answers the phone each time i call must simply pass messages because she can never answer any questions that I have. The sales process was friendly but the service there after was very unimpressive to say the least. Sense i can get no info via the phone conversation with the lady that answers i have been forced to drive all the way up there to find the guy that should be able to answer my questions though he too has begun giving me the run around. Been waiting weeks to get parts after guaranteed theyd be no longer than one week. Have received no followup regarding their failure to deliver. After ordering parts myself rather than through them Ive learned that they sport a ridiculous mark up on parts also driving their prices way up which is another example of poor customer service. They may have gotten out of the Mahindra business totally not sure, but I definitely would never recommend a tractor made by this company as i run into problem after problem with mine. I will not be conducting any kind of business with abbey farm supply again and cant say that id recommend them to anyone
