I was thrilled because I had been to so many other dealerships with in the last few weeks. He spoke very clearly, was friendly, and articulated the buying process as simple as possible. I went to get a diagnosis and they told me my car needed oil and sent me on my way just for me to return no longer than 1 min later bc my car was still smoking. I told them to check my turbo and they ended up being the problem!! So I paid 165 for them to not do their jobs. I diagnosed my own car!? And when I called go speak to manager he took my info down and never returned my call.

Joe Romano really did a great job working with us! Other dealers we went to wouldnt even try or gave us the run around just to try to get us to come in and when we did come in they would ask for outrageous terms and waste our time. Joe was up front from the start, worked with what we were trying to do and got us a good deal on a new car. Could not recommend enough. We drove half an hour to get there, passed tons of other dealers, and it was well worth it. Also, the bathrooms there are super clean.

Let me start off by saying that i have gone to action hyundai for six long years. they were the first dealership i went to for my very first big girl car. that being said, at the beginning of 2020, when it came time for the end of my lease and i did not want to continue with it anymore, they refused to work with me or hear me out about financing a car with them. my original plan was to keep my business with the same dealership as i hadnt had any problems with them before. i explained my reasoning for not wanting to lease and my budget for financing a car-- and thats when their attitude changed toward me. i explained i didnt want anything new or flashy, but something older and a bit more in my budget. they still continued to tell me it was in my best interest to finance the lease i was getting out of for 3x the amount i was planning on paying and with an interest of 20%. when i told them i didnt like the numbers they started to get very rude and basically tell me i didnt know what i was talking about. it was then that i decided to cut ties with them and respectfully told them so. from then on they didnt look at me, speak to me, and refused to even shake my hand or acknowledge me as i was returning my leased car for good. they even ignored my boyfriend, who was with me the whole time-- and i was giving them my business for 6 years! absolutely shameful and i recommend going to another dealership altogether.

I have 2 cars one chevy and one Hyundai and I have to say I like the Hyundai service better. I had to get my brakes changed and because it was late in the day. They allowed me to take a loaner car free of charge and then the following morning once they finished with my car they called me to return the loaner and leave with my baby. Super nice staff and very transparent as far as what is needed and prices.

Brought my Hyundai here for a check engine light. I was assured that the light was due to a emission code and that it would cost 750$ and they were able to diagnose the issue. They called to tell me the car was fix. When I went to pick it up the light was STILL ON. I went back to ask why this was and they guy proceeded to lie to my face and tell me that it would clear itself up as I drove it and they changed a valve. So I paid 750$ for you to tell me this?! and replace a 20$ part Highly doubtful. I went back twice after this and they clearly couldn’t fix it. I thought this Is a Hyundai dealer they can fix Hyundai? I guess not! I managed to get ahold of my mechanic brother who is a 5 star mechanic who is very busy. He fixed my problem in 5 minutes and told me they never even removed the bolts or changed anything on my car they lied to me my father and my grandfather. Due to their incompetence I will never go there again hope they go out of business.

Had an appointment to purchase a car. They brought over a sheet of paper with a price much higher than they advertised on line. They NEVER ran a credit check and wanted us to sign the agreement. The sales person took it back and they matched the rate. But again the minthly rate was much higher than what we qualified for. I said lets go.We went to luch and then went to Turnerville Hyundai and in 1 hour walked away with the vehile we wanted and it was close to $6000 off the final sticker price!

Been a Hyundai owner since 2005, bought 3 cars from Hyundai dealership in Millville over the years. Great manufacturer warranty program and very reliable cars. Great customer service from receptionist to service team. Recently went in for oil change and bulb replacement, in and out within the hour. Nice conversations with staff. A very good dealership. I recommend you check these folks out to anyone looking into buying/leasing a car. I am not a sales person, just a very satisfied customer!

UNSAFE VEHICLE WAS SOLD TO ME BY Action Hyundai of Millville sold me a car not satisfied with the car had a piece of the air bag hanging out of the dash it’s only been 3 three day tried taking the car back and they refused to take the car so I called the bank to make sure and they just kept coming up with reason why they can’t take the car back and I have good friends that are in the car business and they refused to rewind the deal and I now the vehicle isn’t funded by the bank yet

We bought our Tucson here. Everyone was wonderful! They were patient and went out of theyre way to make us feel comfortable. The very small complaint I have is the waiting area for when you get your car serviced. For the most part its clean but when this was Quality Lincoln Mercury there used to be a playroom for little kids. Other than that we are very happy with Action Hyundai.

Stay far far far away from action Hyundai. I purchased a vehicle from them on April 1st and traded in my other vehicle. Previous finance company keeps calling and saying they haven’t received payment... I’ve called the dealership multiple times only to be hung up on or told someone would call me back and no one ever does. I stop at the dealership and manager tells me that they overnighted the check on 4/20 but they are having a system issue and can’t provide me with proof at the moment but would email it to me later that day.. that was on Tuesday and I still haven’t heard anything from them. Finance company just hit my credit score for a late payment and made my score go down 62 points... Action Hyundai has been of no help at all! I’ve even sent in chats to their online chat multiple times and I’m told someone will call but no one ever does... idk what to do at this point!

Paul Florio, salesman extraordinaire, greeted us, brought us in out of the heat, offered us water, showed us around, answered all our questions & went with us when we test drove 2 vehicles. During all this, we decided to trade in our vehicle for a Hyundai & look no more. When you have found the one, you dont look any further. Our previous car-buying experiences were not great. If you want a good deal, go somewhere else.Action hyundai are car collectors not a car dealer. There are cars that have been there anywhere from 60 days to over 200 days and not willing to work with you. Salesman have no clue about the vehicles on the lot. The showroom is dark and is at least four decades out dated.

I wish I could give negative stars for Dane. I explained I had no credited, and I knew I needed a co-signer. He ran my credit, said I had no credit(no duh), and said he wouldnt let me even look at cars. I was so upset because I could have just looked and came back. My cosigner didnt want to go back there because of how upsetting the experience was for me. I ended up getting a car the next day from a different dealership.Well today I got a call from Dane Spoltore asking about my cosigner. I said I already bought a car from a different place, and got a better deal. I should have said I got a better EXPERIENCE. It doesnt matter he got really mean and nasty on the phone. I just hung up. This is the worst experience I could have ever gotten. Some people shouldnt work with the public

I will never deal with Dane again! He told me the service department said my car was unreliable and undriveable I still owed on my current loan they wouldnt pay it off they told me to surrender it to my loan company which would mess up my credit. When I voiced my concern about messing up my credit he told me if Im perfect with my payments on the new car eventually my credit will be fine again. I talked to the service department to find out that they never said that about my car and told me everything was fine with my car! I will recommend the service department any day very friendly and honest I will never recommend Dane! I told him I felt like I was settling and decided to keep my car until my loan was paid off and he pretty much hung up the phone on me!
