The one guy was ok. But the guy Jon was no help at all yesterday and they need to train him on how to do returns.. so hopefully someone who can do returns to a debit card will be working . And its pretty bad when an employee cant do phone returns. Isnt tht part of your job esp if Your bosses arent there ..
Horrible customer service and lacking people skills. I was on my way to this location to buy 2 new phones. Figured I’d call first to be sure of the price and to ask about transferring pics & contacts from an iPhone to an Android. The VERY RUDE gentleman on the phone answered my questions, but then in the same breath told me he couldn’t help me anymore because he was already helping someone in store and it’s rude to stop helping them to help me because they were there first. It took him 40 seconds to answer my questions. 40 seconds!! I didn’t necessarily “need help” at all. Then he said “how would you feel if you were here in the store and I answered the phone and starting helping someone else?” I just hung up at that point and went home. I’ll buy the phones online and save the frustration.
It would be nice if they were open when the time said they were going to be open.
Really didnt like this place at all. The two boys that run this shop are so indifferent unwilling to help only do what is necessary get you out of the building. They just moved into the building next to Save-A-Lot that is closed down now they had two boxes of cell phones waiting to be put up to sell I inquired about them and they told me I would have to wait and went back at two days later and the two boxes was still sitting right there. So I did what I had to do and Im going to another carrier and very happy with Verizon now thank you boys
We went there to upgrade cell phone gentleman was really helpful we were there last time you recommend anybody to go there hes real nice and he knows his s***
Whenever I go in theres one guy. He is a nice enough person but no matter what he wont help you when you have an issue. The solution is always in his words call Boost and complain and everything costs. Its ridiculous. Im extremely unsatisfied with the phone I got from there and he refused to help. Avoid this place, I know I will be in the future.

Place is OK but dont like the fact they charge you for everything. I went in to upgrade my plan to get a free phone and charged me activation fee plus made me wait 2 days to get the damn phone
