Ordered and paid for 3” earrings on August 14 2020. Never received them. I contacted the owner who assured me my merchandise was being shipped to her. I messaged the business and owner 6 times over 3 months with the same reply “your items are being shipped to me”. I understand she is a middle man but business is business.On a lighter note I found a reliable site that was half the price and was delivered in 3 days. Way better merchandise and Black owned!

I will continue to shop here. I did get my jewelry and she kept in contact with me through the process. Her products are very affordable and she’s always has a great sale

After reading the reviews... looks like I wasnt the only one who lost out on money, complained, got ignored, and am still without a refund or product. Im sure you got my last email, but you refused to respond. And you probably shouldve sent that apology thats on your website to each customer that was affected since you dont do bad business those were the words you used right? Thats common courtesy at the least 🙄. Still blaming vendors I see.

This business is a scam! They steal money from their customers and tell them to dispute with their bank instead of providing a refund. God Bless them!

I ordered 3 necklaces in august of 2020 and never received them. The first time I contacted someone they told me I would have them by December. Now I’m not getting any responses to any of my messages. Here it is February and still nothing.

Do NOT buy from her! This business steals your money and doesn’t fill orders and blames it on a “bad supplier” and then when you complain, they send their friends and family to counteract your legitimate reviews by posting fake testimonials.It’s funny the only reviews are from the owner and her family.
