I needed assistance making copies & I was ignored. She clearly didn’t want to help & was very unprofessional. I finally got assistance from a nice young lady but at that time I was frustrated because what should’ve took 5 seconds took 10 mins.

Absolutely terrible. The staff were ignorant and rude. If you’re trying to make copies from a pdf/email the staff will not help. The “manager” was rude with a terrible attitude. The store is also very expensive. Hopefully it gets closed and they can go flip burgers.

All of the employees working in this store including the store managers are unprofessional and definitely need more training before taking their job. Im curious how long they will be in business!

The girl at the print center was awesome. So helpful and understanding. We worked through some issues, she gave great suggestions and spent an amazing amount of time with us. Highly recommend the print service.

Saturday, 4/25/20 at 3:30pm, a manager blurted out offensive racial derogatory against couple of customers and told them to get out of their store just because they were asking for a bathroom. Absolutely horrible action. Let’s not even talk about company policy, but humanity in general. Avoid this location or staples in general; better off buying your supplies from Amazon or another brick and mortar store. So sickening.

In 2018, I needed a few pens at the last minute for a meeting. An associate helped me pick the right ones. Staples is where I get the majority of my office supplies.In 2019, I needed a new office chair and found one that was comfortable and had a Star Trek type look to it.

Good prices, nice selection, staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Always find unexpected clearance items. Store is clean and organized.

I was searching for envelopes for a greeting card I had made. I was disappointed they didnt have the right size and even if they did they were too expensive (its for a fundraiser).

I went looking to buy a new laptop and printer, and was there for a half hour and not a single sales person asked if I needed help. A nice young man who happened to be in the store noticrd and came over to help me. With his help I made my purchases. The only time anyone even bothred to look at me was when I was at the register. The only reason I got the items is because they were on sale. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wont go there again.

Had to deliver a gift for my mom, the price for the box and shipping was fine, but the rude woman at the Copy & Print Center made me pay extra for shipping tape even though there was shipping tape already opened on her counter. I guess being considerate is rare these days.

If I could give this store a no star rating I would, since the manager here is one of the most terrible racist people you can ever encounter. I walked into staples tonight with my husband and children to purchase a few thing that we needed for our business. We have been coming here for as long as weve had our business over 20 YEARS. Walked around the aisles getting our things, our children grabbed a toy each and walked to the register to pay. We first handed the nice girl the childrens things to scan, we handed them the toys back and they went and sat on the computer chairs in the corner that they have to display and try. We started paying for our things and were starting to talk to her on ordering a shelf and a new office chair. Out of no where comes out of his office this man (later finding out he is the manager) as if something had happened, here he comes almost mad asking my husband and I if we have already paid for the things that these kids have we reply yes we already did she scanned them he asks the girl did they pay for that?, did you scan it? Are you sure? . She replies yes I scanned it already. He replies ok well when they finish paying print out the recipient so I can see if they paid. The 3 of us are in shock that he approached us like this so angry bitter and basically accusing my children of stealing and over and over again needing proof to make sure we paid and did not steal. HOW DARE HE ! My husband showed such restraint in not punching him in the face for being so disrespectful. I didnt know being dressed a certain way of maybe being brown & Mexican depended on how you should be treated. We left everything at the counter and only paid for our childrens toys. I will never again shop here as long as he works there. I only feel so bad for our cashier she felt so bad about what happened after he said that she was so upset as well. Theres a few bad seeds everywhere and unfortunately there is one here. So know that as long as your are mexican, Hispanic, brown as soon as u walk in here you will be judged & you will be treated like a thief.

Its a nice store and the employees arent nearly as pushy as I had been told to expect. (Unless youre standing near the cell phones, but thats everywhere.)

Both visits to this Staples and both times I left with my day a little less bright.First time I went in looking for a business laptop for my dad. I found a clerk and said Hi, I would like that Lenovo please and was met with a stare like I had multiple heads and a Yeah? I repeated my request to the same response and a dead look. I finally said Can you please bring one up? Im ready to check out and finally got (albeit a rather unpleasant) I need to check in the back if its available. To which it wasnt; the only one in stock was on the floor as a demo and the demo model was in the box in the back for the one on the floor. Needless to say I had to drive to Deptford to pick up the laptop.Second occurrence I went in to get a color copy and lamination of a newspaper headline of a show I was in recently. I go over to the copy center and ask if I could have the two jobs done. The lady behind the counter replied I can laminate it but I cant copy it for you. I assume this meant that I had to copy it myself from the copiers behind me. It was an odd size, larger than 8.5-11 so I asked if that was alright for those copiers and she said I cant tell you that. Well, why not? Is it just a customer responsibility thing or... Cut off abruptly and talked to in a huff as if this was supposed to be common knowledge: Newspapers are copyrighted material and we arent allowed to process copies. If its that important, say so at the start of the inquiry.Long story short, unless you want to deal with misanthropic employees who want to suck the life out of your day because theirs is so bleak, avoid this Staples.
