This company has gone above and beyond for me over and over the last few years! With the current issues in our country with being able to get materials and the lack of finding people to work they still have come through for me. When a door I ordered was delayed by the manufacturer they notified me immediately. Their pricing, quality, and professionalism is exceptional!

Well I call 3 Times. First to schedule. Wrong Day according to them. Not true but OK. Second time rescheduled again. Called today the third time to make sure they were coming. They answered and were VERY RUDE. I mean REALLY RUDE. I thought our time was 9:00 AM wrong again. They said forget it call someone else. I never write anything like this but I do they think he needs some help. So I did call another Garage Door Person and moved on. I would really NOT recommend this company,. My garage door hit a falling ladder and got out of alignment on the track. Sent Expert Overhead an e-mail Good Friday evening not expecting to hear from them till after the holiday weekend. Randy called me first thing Saturday morning got me scheduled on his route and let me know his eta. He showed up as promised on Saturday super professional and fixed the issue with out a problem. Communication, professionalism and service was some of the best in the trade business will recommend and use again.

Randy answered our call at 8:30 at night. Before 7AM he and his assistant not only fixed our door that had jumped the track, but he also did a full maintenance on all the hinges and rollers. He was super friendly and humorous in addition to being skilled, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Called on Thursday of last week, and set up an appointment for 8-10AM on Monday.The two employees showed up right at 8:20 AM on a Monday and were done with an install of 5 struts (reinforce doors from high-wind flex) and springs by 9:00AM. What a great experience! The large spring broke on our garage door so we could not get our door open and cars were inside . Called and they were able to come out the next morning and repair it quickly and reasonably priced. They came when expected, called on their way and completed the job promptly. Highly recommend!

After a disastrous experience with a local jack leg contractor who was to provide a “turn-key” garage addition, I eventually became my own contractor and had to locate a garage door installer. Can not write enough positive words about our experience. During COVID19, called on Tuesday and by Thursday morning, had a new keypad, two remotes and new opener installed for a very fair price. Randy very honest and told us our old opener not worth repairing. Man, was he right. Cant believe we triaged the old one for so long.

Randy was very knowledgeable about the options to replace my old LiftMaster Garage Door Opener. He was able to do the installation the next day, which was a pleasant surprise.
