I purchased a Serta Hybrid King bed with box springs, frame, protective cover, and 2 pillows for about $1500! Art, the store manager, was excellent. His customer service is impeccable! I’ve shopped around before purchasing and Art was by far the best salesman so I went back. He informed, he didnt high pressure sell, which wouldve made us walk out the door. His personality is warm and welcoming and he looks you in the eyes like youre a person, not a dollar sign. After shopping at the other stores and dealing with their annoying salesmen, Art was half the reason we made our purchase there because we were headed to a fourth store to look around after Mattress Warehouse, but liked Art so much, we purchased our bed there. Even my husband appreciated him and hes a great judge of character, usually unhappy with salespeople.We had shopped two other places, not to mention the many places I looked online, and found our full size, American made mattress set for under 560.00 at Mattress Warehouse. Raymour and Flanigan wanted 640.00 for a set made in China, and Mattress Firm wanted 550.00 just for a platform and mattress. Were very happy with our purchase and have already spread the word to our friends on social media.Only one con: If youre not home or dont hear them knocking when they come to deliver, theyll deliver your order to someone else and make you wait another week. They came to our house and we were sleeping. My phone was off, so I didnt hear the Ring doorbell. I saw on the camera later that he gave a light knuckle knock with three quick raps then left. Were hard of hearing and sleep with a fan on. Knocking harder and a few times would have had our delivery made on time. Thats my only recommendation: Knock louder, harder!
