Great location . I found it to be way to crowded on my last visit. Otherwise a terrific place to shop. A wide variety of merchandise .

We got new towels from here at the great Mall. They are on sale for a limited time and they are doing great.we watched them before we put them up so thats why they look like this but they are still soft and very fluffy.

The Great Mall is a massive place. I get lost every time I go there. It is suggested you notice which door number you enter and where your car is parked in relation to that door! Good Luck!

First time shopping here since before the pandemic began. I did curbside pickup; it went quickly and smoothly and the employee was friendly. I’m definitely keeping this setup in mind for the next few months, at least.

Milpitas Store representatives dont know how to handle returns and exchanges... i spoke to manager and seems he doesnt seems to know how to handle, such a weird weird experience.... i had spent almost 30 mins to return one item and exchange one item at the counter (excluding waiting time in line). But still the transaction was not done properly... i didnt get my money back even after calling store twice on the same.... i will avoid going to bed bath beyond Milpitas....

Good but expensive. Many items can be found online for much lower price. Some prices outright ridiculously high. Manual veggie grater $31. Seriously?

Lower inventory than normal. Cant find a large dish rack so it that is truly large so I bought nada. Store is clean though.

Who ever the manager is, she is very very very rude. Learn to be polite with customer. Even the staff are sometimes not responsive.

Helpful staf, hard to find.

As usual bed bath and beyond has so much stuff that you dont feel time is sufficient. And off course your wife wants to buy everything. Quality is good but everything seems so costly. We were seriously looking at table mats but here we found that variety wasnt so great and prices were quite high. Probably better to buy back home in India. The set of four isnt very practical too because generally in India we have dining tables that seat 6. The spice rack with 16 dispensers and free refills for five years was enticing but my wife was more practical. No one uses most of these spices she told me. Ultimately most of it will be wasted. So thats it for spice rack too. Maybe they should sell without the spices at a lower price. We ultimately didnt buy anything this trip but I love the place and stick to my rating.

I have to say, things here are PRICEY.

This one is a huge store in Great Mall. They have everything related to your home. Some are good deals but some products are expensive. The store has good quality products for sure but requires a little bit of your time to check and sort what you really want to buy unless you already have something in mind. Definitely worth checking out.

LOVE THIS PLACE! its like everything for your home in one store. wife and I spent at least 2 hours in here today and the staff here was absolutely terrific! their towels and cookware are always a winner! dont forget to bring your coupons too!

BBBY has reopened in the Great Mall, well stocked, nearly empty of customers still, and the still take the old coupons. Glad we came, picked up all our post-pandemic items.

It was ok. While there were many items for various purposes, we felt that Amazon offered a better variety of choices. E.g. the number of varieties of mops were far, far more on Amazon than in bed, bath and beyond. On the whole, we felt that the store served no purpose for buyers who want to be economical and yet not sacrifice on the number of choices available. Amazon fulfils this need.

I love this store. They have different sections inside the store. I love exploring the kitchen area. I spend alot of time whenever I go to this place. They often have a good clearance sale. So I prefer going during the sale time.

Horrible customer service and very dirty store

I looked for a Cuisinart single serve coffee maker. Found the floor model, asked at the service desk their computer said they had one more but not a location in the store. The associate had just got off work but still helped me. She ordered it online for the online price with a 20% discount, nice! It will be shipped to my home with no shipping charges.

A lot of good products are typically on sale. Ans reasonable prices on those that are not. Courteous and professional staff. Good parking.

Honestly, this is just a Bed Bath & Beyond. To me, it is a bit bigger than the average, or I have just been going to smaller ones. The mall most likely has everything youd need if you cant find it here, and if you cant find something in the mall, this would be worth a try.

They didnt have what I wanted which isnt a problem. I was just personally concerned that the team members didnt know where things were nor did they offer assistance. The store wasnt as clean as a Bed Bath and Beyond would be but maybe that was due to the location. I dont see myself returning to this location specifically.

Brilliant store. Great varieties. The sales persons were fantastic.

There is a sales person, who is an Asian Mid-Age Guy and in Grey hair. He is really rude. I am an Asian Female and I think he is a racist. I had questions with my coupon code and he did not want to explain anything to me and just kept pushing me away. I have been to the counter three times and had all my (to buy) items kept there. He just did not listen to any of my problems and let me go away every time. I am really disappointed at him. I have been to this store many times before and never met such a person, who is so rude and had no patience!!!!!

Dont expect anything from this place. The employees are rude and their managers are even worse. Not only will they give you attitude but they wont be afraid to talk back to you. They wont try to fix your problem and will even try to get you to give up or push you off over all. Drive to a different bed bath and beyond. The extra miles are worth it I promise you.
