This Michael store is just off Highway 237 and has tons of parking. The store is well-stocked and has very helpful staff. Michaels is a great store for craft supplies, baking, jewelry making, party planning, framing scrapbooking, knitting, floral arrangements, T-shirt designs, and much more. This place is an artist and crafters toy store!! I go to Michael’s for all my creative needs!

Unlike some of other Michaels locations, this store had all the necessary items in stock and wasnt understaffed. Sahar was very helpful and knowledgeable. Found exactly what I was looking for.

Very beautiful DIY kits for Xmas and Halloween decorations. Lots of variety for wool products, will keep your elderly parents happy.

Great store. They were formerly located next to Ashley Homestore. The store is nice and clean and has everything. However its kind of packed and its expensive.

Well its a Michaels lolol str8 up crafts, custom picture frames, confections stuff, actual model cars the testros glue ones, faux foliage, jewelry supplies and probably more. The woman runnin the cash register was a very delightful woman very friendly and pleasant. Would definitely recommend for all the crafts you can think of. Enjoy

I love Michael’s but their “ship to home” option is a joke. You will never receive what you ordered (and already charged you for!!!) if you try to have it shipped to you and the customer service will provide absolutely no help whatsoever on why it hasn’t shipped and when it will ship.If it’s not in stock for pick up don’t waste your time, money and sanity ordering it!And the website is crazy as well, a search box to search for items would NOT come up for me for some reason, it wouldn’t let me log into my account and kept telling me the address was invalid when I clicked on anything.

It moved to a new location in May 2018, next to Petsmart. Better organized at new place. The staff there is helpful.

Michaels! Whats not to love? This location has a great floral selection and lots of yarn -- perfect for SIP hobbies. I started watching Lone Fox on YouTube and really enjoyed looking for different pieces here. My favorite section is still the discount section towards the front AND their sticker selection is always fun to browse through.

Store has lot more options and maintained more neatly following all pandemic protocols. A very happy and satisfied shopper here!

Seemed small to me and had limited inventory on polymer clay which was what I was there for. No staff offered assistance even though i did see atleast 2 different team members on the floor.

The new store is really nice, has a way larger inventory and theyve taken a lot of steps to make things less expensive. Plus theres always coupons available.

If you like crafting, youll like Michaels. I like the variety and colors of the flowers. Its fun to pick out flowers in a particular color scheme or just mix em up for something wild and different. There are many different vases, baskets, and wreath rings to use.If youre in to jewelry making there are so many pieces to use, colorful beads, crystals, stones, charms...lots of chains or leather cords.Do you like to draw, paint, color? Theres plenty of items for that too. Is knitting or crocheting your thing? Lots of yarn sizes and so many colors to pick from.Anyway, theres a lot to choose from in this store. Something for everyone. And its Halloween season and plenty of cool decorations.Now, the only thing we, my daughter and I, did not like was the music. It was horrible and way too loud. It should be kept as background music, not so loud as you cannot carry on a conversation.

Store is nice and clean. Hard to find staff to ask questions. Most of the staffs are nice. I feel like this store is little smaller than it was near McGrills. It has various collections of art supplies. little expensive, but they also provide very useful coupons every week.

They offer amazing coupons and they really work .....yep 60% off 1 reg item and 20% off total including sale items...that was a great deal...i stock up on my fav during those amazing deals. Also hobbies and crafting can be self healing and also good down time ....

Great Place for creative Artwork ideas. Either you create arts or you want to buy you can get it here. They have always some kind of deals and discounts ranging from 50-70% off single item or 25% overall. You just need to plan ahead so that you can buy the items you want when there is an offer. Place is quite big, most of times better equipped and in order. The staff are also very patient and helps customers always with any questions and concerns.

Awesome as always!! When I cant find what I need at the nearby Walmart and Dollar Tree, Michaels will always have something I can use to replace it with! My only tip is to never shop without a coupon, if possible--some items can be over-priced, but if you can find an alternative, go for it!!

I really like this Michaels! They moved across the street from where they were previously. Now its big, clean and airy. I enjoy coming here and checking out everything they have. I feel like most employees are pretty nice, the lines are usually not too long, and overall its a good experience.

One stop shop for all art and craft needs. My friend recently got married and we were amazed to find all the wedding related stuff here from advice cards to even unity sand. Its just so easy.

There are over 1,200 hundred Michael stores. What sets it apart from other Michael stores? In my opinion, customer service and a organized store.I’ve never had a problem at this store. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Products are well stocked and organized. Most of all parking is readily available. Other stores, like Best Buy, Walmart Super Center and Ross is in the area too.

First time at this Michaels. My best shopping experience at a Michaels ever. The cashier girl was awesome with a great energy and attitude. She is also a knitting instructor. I like the store also, not super big but with everything I needed and more (of course).

The store was organized nicely. It felt like a small location but they had plenty of options for what we were looking for. The staff was nice and handled the growing line efficiently.

We were at Michaels for the weekend kids’ workshop. We registered online for the event. My kid had fun making a glittery spider web with a spider on it. After the event we looked around the store. They had a good collection of craft supplies! Also fall and Christmas decor collections are good.

My son needed pieces for his California Mission project, Michaels has an end isle section dedicated to such pieces, as well as the much needed glue gun. The staff here is awesome and very helpful, we had a great time here brainstorming and creating his Mission together.

One of the few remaining arts and crafts stores still open. Hard to find anyone to help you. Store is usually messy. Always check for coupons first. Staff is good with helping you find coupons. Never pay full price.

Placed an order for an Egyptian Papyrus framing on Jan4 with estimated delivery on Jan18th. No word on the frame even after due date, so I called in and somebody said it was ready so I planned to pick up next time I’m in Milpitas. The following day April from Michaels called me (on Jan 24th) saying my order was ready for pick up.. Thinking that they are reminding me again for pick up, I went to pick it up and drove all the way from San Jose(on Jan26). To my surprise only the “mat” was ready! That’s just the beginning.. The guy who tried to find my order said he couldn’t find my order/papyrus and need to call Brian to find out what he did with it and call me back !! Seriously?? All this while they collected full cost upfront. High degree of professionalism. I should’ve done a DIY and saved my gas and “custom framing” cost. Will not choose Michael’s or recommend anyone next time.

A very good place for all craft work. You get beautiful flowery decoration items, photo frames, all you need for garden decoration, pairing materials, stitching materials etc. become a micheals member for free and enjoy discounts every time you visit.
