So I live within walking distance to another location. its okay and has friendly staff. but this Milpitas location is so worth the long drive. first the staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. they were totally up on all the promotions and introduced us to a delivery service. they have a huge variety and are so well stocked. it made the trip a great haul.

Staff here are always super helpful if you call them. They do tastings from time to time. Theyve never pushed me to purchase what Ive tasted, which is great.

The only reason I went to this specific bevmo store was because they had a special, rare beer I like (Flying dog Doggie Pale ale) in stock. Unfortunately though the two packs they had had been expired for 3 months... I was still able to buy some other unique unexpired beers.

I received terrible terrible customer service from a store representative at this Bevmo location today on 4/28/21 around 4:30pm. It might have even been a store supervisor that gave such horrible attitude and acted like she did not even want to be at work today. I have been a loyal Bevmo customer since this location has opened up nearby transitioning over from being a long time Total Wine customer. The only representative who truly cares about customers and their experience is Shin. Thank you Shin for helping me out. However, I hope that this review will not be disregarded to see if Bevmo truly cares about the customer experience and the rest of the staff will change.

Great store, very clean and open with friendly employees. Great selection of wines from all over the globe along with big name and craft beers. Convenient location with plenty of parking and Safeway on the othe side of the plaza.

Came here looking for a specific wine By VILLA JOLANDA and it is a Coconut Moscato but had no luck. However still a great place and left with 3 other types of moscatos.

Ordered online and scheduled a pickup for a specific time. When I got to the store there was no special spot for scheduled pickups. I had to wait in the back of the regular line behind all the customers who were there just making regular purchases. In these days of Covid, I don’t like waiting inside a building in a line for a long period of time even if there is spacing and everyone is wearing masks. I expected that by ordering online and scheduling a specific pickup time I could avoid this. With Total Wine and More when I order online and schedule a pickup time they bring the order out to your car for a curbside contactless pickup. It is much safer. I will not be going back to BevMo until the Covid crisis is over.

This BevMo store is clean and well organized. This location is much nicer than the old location at the Great Mall. They have a wide variety of beer, wine, and spirits available. I have been impressed by their selection, which is far better than any of the supermarkets around.

A good place to get different type of alcoholic beverages. They have a good collection and prices are really good compared to regular liquor store. They have good promotions many time. Best place to get alcoholic drinks which you can’t easily find in Costco or other super markets. Try their wine collection, it’s always good.

I love this BevMo! Im a club member and I always take advantage of their first bottle of wine full price, second one for a nickel deal. I always get at least four bottles every time I visit. The store is really clean, well stocked, and has a lot of really cool drink options that I cant wait to try. On New Years Eve me and some friends were trying to pick out a champagne for later that night, and one of the employees invited us a 4-bottle sampling of different champagnes. Awesome place

Excellent selection, good prices, better service than I would expect.Its easy to get spoiled with being able to purchase liquor from grocery stores. I dont go to BevMo too often but when I know I need to buy a fair amount of liquor its definitely worth the trip to the store. Even when the store was packed I was surprised how fast I was able to get into some of the log cabinets thanks to the friendly customer service they have here.I only complaint / suggestion be to possibly have more carts around. Five star seems a little too generous for any liquor store, but given what it is, this location deserves it.

Nice store. Some things seem a little overpriced, but they have everything you could ever want. Friendly service, and when I bought the wrong item and brought it back,Showed my receipt, we got to exchange for the correct item with no problems.

Bevmo buy one get one for $0.05 is a great deal on select wines and hard spirits. I stock up big time getting basically 1/2 price. I wish they had the same deal on beers as well. Cheers!

Offered some good discounts on liquors, albeit not as much as they advertise. Even after the second bottle for 5c offer on wines, the actual saving (compared to the price elsewhere) was not a lot.They do have a huge selection and is a one stop solution for all the party needs.

I went in to pick up 2 30 packs of MGD in Cans and they only had 1. This is the Second time I have gone in to get this and they only had one. How is it that BEVMO only has 1 30 pack of MGD for the second week in a week?

The store esthetics are nice and welcoming. But, the have very few refrigerators. No regular Beer or high gravity beer. Could not find what I was looking for. Seems pricy. No ever asked if I needed help. Parking is abundant.

Highly recommend joining the membership program, the discount coupons one gets on a regular basis, makes it a sweeter deal.Live the 5c wine deals and the collection of wines in this deal.You can get some of the rum, gin, vodka, tequila brsnds cheaper at cvs but bevmo has a wider choice.
