Beyond disappointed with the customer service here. Made an appointment to get my daughters ears pierced 2 days ahead, since they only work by appointment due to COVID-19. Arrive to the location on the day of the appointment and was told they cannot do it and they have not been able to do it due to them not having the marker that is needed for piercings. The manager with who I was speaking with stated someone else should have called me..... and that it was the other employees fault ( kind of odd for a manager to say). No call to reschedule, no apologies, and no empathy for wasting our time. Our only option was to be scheduled for next week and even that would be a maybe. No thank you! Walked a couple steps and did it at Kay Jewlers, much better service and half the price! Save yourself a headache, and just dont bother..

My 10 year old daughter got her ears pierced here about a week ago.Octavious was very caring and polite so my daughter was relieved and decided to pierce her ears right away.The whole process was very quick and everything seemed very clean.Even on the first day that the ears were pierced, the ear lobes didn’t get inflamed. Its ok Ive been a customer for 4 years there jewelry is okay its a good price. They do keep breaking so I suggest to also get warentee for all jewelry, and mad they never have wat I need to replace my broken chains I always have to wait weeks just to get a replacement. But they are affordable so I am still a customer. But They have great kids jewelry if u dont want to spent thousands on a 3 year old 👍👍

Got a pair of earings for my anniversary last year. Within a few weeks I went back to buy new backings for the earings because the original kept falling and I kept almost losing the earings. I was promised that the new backings would hold the earing tight in place... it did not. Lost one stud so I bought another pair to replace the earing because of the sentimental value the earings had... but i should have not replaced it because again the backings got loose and another stud fell while I was out and about. :( not worth the price.
