They no longer sell the Saran wrapped broken chunks of chocolate slab. The best thing about going to SF.

We were Rays last customers and he was very personable and great to talk to. He offered suggestions, recommendations, and showed us where we could find specific things. I wish him the best.You get a free chocolate when you come into the store. The staff are helpful. They also sell square buttons near the register that imitate the chocolate squares. I got a 92% cocoa button.

Small but nice variety. They have a Halloween special with Halloween themed grab bags. Also the people at this one are extremely attentive and nice. They were very helpful with our questions!

Love their collection. They carry flavors that arent available in supermarkets. Raspberry and orange are my favorites. Also they have great holidays offers.

This is the next best thing if you are not able to go to the actual Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco . They have a variety of choices and the staff is friendly always offering samples . They always have the current occasion in stock for example Fourth of July the store was filled with Stars and Stripes items!

I always walk-in to grab a free mini to energize myself to walk around in the mall.They have deals all the time and best deal is to grab a small metal box and fill as much as possible. A combination of big and small ones is a steal...

Their customers dropped wrappers into the store I worked at and it made my job unnecessarily stressful. The stress kept me awake all night thinking if I had picked up all the wrappers in the store or how will theyll find more ways to hide their trash on the shelves. My wife finally got tired of me tossing and turning everyone night and left me for a guy that owned a burger king (I gave that place a bad review). I soon after fell into a deep depression until I quit a few weeks later. My life is in shambles because of this place and Im just trying to put the piece back together.

I used to make trips down to San Francisco to get this Ghirardellis chocolates. Im sure glad they have one at the Great Mall its very good some of the best chocolate around.

Regardless of Ghirardellis chocolate (which I very much like), pretty much everything in this shop feels wrong. No ice cream, no milk shakes (despite having the space), a questionably chosen subset of Ghirardellis chocolates and unfriendly staff who made it abundantly clear that their only goal is to sell special offers that you dont want. At the very least they could pretend to respect the customers wishes.

The employees were so friendly and attentive with smiles while they were helping us. I would love to visit again.

This store is so bad with its service. There is a lady who serves there seems to be her own store and was not friendly to help me in choosing my orders. She acted like I was going to steal any her candies over there. Bad impression and disappointing ever !!! Never come back again.
