Brought my kids here for their annual eye checkups because the office accepted their insurance . Visit was fine but when I called with follow up questions my questions were never shared with the doctor. Then I placed an order for glasses for my son and I was told it would take 4-8weeks (which is ridiculously long to start with). It has now been almost three months and no news of his glasses

Do not buy eye glasses in this place, the lab technicians are unable to make the lenses correctly, I have to return the new pair to have it redo, the 2nd time around still wrong, lenses do not match the prescription. There is no return policy, cost me $500 out of my pocket after insurance benefits. I do recommend the eye doctor, she is great, very attentive, just get the your eye check and the prescription, go somewhere else to get the glasses.

A Kind lady name “An” was very nice and professional. First time to call EYEVUE OPTOMETRY and I was greeted with open conversation for making an appointment. I requested if i can stop by the same day, which they gladly said yes. I tried other optometry places prior to this call and just ended up a waste of time.. EYEVUE Optometry Answered all my Questions and help me pick out the frames that look best on me. An and Thi, The two Ladies working there, were Great! always with a smile! They didnt try to sell me something I didnt want. Also, the store was very clean, We still had our masks on. They follow covid safety guidelines very strictly upon entering.EYEVUE Optometry is the way to go when you want to get nice affordable glasses and contacts. They offer a wide variety of styles and colors. If you want the best skip the rest and go to this place for your eyeglass wear. You wont regret it. I had my glasses for me and my two kids! Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and were all very friendly and helpful. I had a great visit and the Dr. Nguyen’s demeanor really made me feel comfortable. I loved how she took her time to explain my eye care options. I had a great visit and I would highly recommend themto family and friends.

The employees were very kind and theres many options regarding the glasses! While it is corona, the place was very clean and sanitized. The employees sanitize the equipment every time they use the equipment on you to be corona-free. And the prescriptions was very accurate and it fit me and my daughters well.

It was my first time visiting here. The lady in the front desk is nice. I feel very comfortable too while the eye doctor examining my the eyes. She make sure that every tool she used were cleaned and sanitize which I was concern before visiting here. I will definitely come back here for my next check up.

This place does not respect all Covid protocols. Customers are asked to remove their masks in an indoor space for a picture (which is risky and completely avoidable, since you dont need to see anyones full face for an eye exam). When I expressed discomfort with that protocol, I was threatened with a complete cancellation of my appointment. (This was in spite of me clarifying my preferences over the phone a day before the appointment.)Customer service is shockingly rude to the point of bullying and all requests for reasonable reduction of risk are met with stonewalling and rushing along the appointment, citing that the doctor is busy. I left in tears. This business lost three customers and a lot of goodwill today.Take your money and self respect to another business that doesnt risk your health and safety.

17 years of using Eye Vu and I couldnt be happier. All employees are kind and helpful. The doctor is my favorite. She is good with my kids and always makes me laugh. Best of the Best

I have been coming to EyeVue for better than 10 years. Always gotten excellent, attentive service from Drs. Bu and Pham. Now that the new team have taken over, happy to report that my satisfaction has remained unchanged with Dr. Nguyen.

They have been part of Milpitas businesses in that shopping Plaza for over a decade; everything is priced reasonable and they take insurance freebie eye drop samples are given at times also is a quiet office.

The pricing seemed to be very shady. Dr.Chan spent 5 minutes on giving me a prescription based on my old prescription. I was charged for doing a premium contact fitting procedure. It’s 60 bucks per 5 min.

My family and I have been customers for more than ten years and i feel this is a great optometry office. Dr. Thao Buu and her staff are always kind and care about the clients. They have the best selection of frames. Super helpful staff that will expand your mind about what kinds of lenses would look good on you. The entire office is 100%!!!.

The visit for eye exam was great, the doctor was friendly and gave some useful suggestions. I provided them my old frame(because I loved how nicely they fit) to add new lenses based on latest prescription. But when I get my glasses back, the frame didnt have the same fitting, very loose and keeps slipping down my nose!!
