This store and his management are a bunch of thieves of the highest order. Not only do they receive things for free and price them extremely high, but their articles are infested with pests and bugs, and they know it.I went on shopping in this place and bought shoes for my 6-year-old daughter. The shoes in questions were $10.99 each, I was smiling until a few days later when my daughter decided to wear the shoes… Something awful had happened: one pair of shoes had totally disintegrated (see pictures). I thought it was a mistake. I went to the store and returned it. To my greatest surprise when I went in and asked for an exchange, they did not even blink, took the shoes back and let me exchange. Less than one week later, as I was in the middle of a move, I packed the other pair of shoes from that place with mine in a suitcase with all my very expensive shoes. Next thing I know, I open the bag and not only those shoes are in shambles but now more than 40 pairs of MY SHOES (Not bought there) as well some that I have had for the longest time, are all under attack and in different stages of disintegration. (see attached pictures). I do believe that the associates at this place all know that the store has some pests which attack shoes and they are not taking care of it. BEWARE! Not only are they robbing you blind for things that were given for free, but also they are over charging for things they know are going to fall apart and now get into your home and mess you up.That place should not be allowed to function, do those pests only attack shoes or is there more? If at all, they should sell those shoes for less than $2.99.
This thrift store sorts pants by waist size. I have trouble finding a good fit at other thrift stores. With a one week return policy I can try clothes on when I get home. But leave the tag attached when return of clothing might be necessary (and bring your receipt). Only store credit is given for returns.
I you donate bags of stuff to this store theyll give you a discount voucher for a good saving on your purchases that day. Neat store w/ lots to choose from @ great prices!
Great Selection of Gently Used Items, I should go there more often, Starbucks directly across from them, I put a few items that I chose on hold but wasnt able to return in the 24hr. alloted. I did buy a nice bracelet, however for $2.00.
Well organized large thrift store. Staff is friendly and aisles are generally kept clean. Wait times at checkout can sometimes be long, especially during special event sales. Plenty of parking in the attached lot.
Theres a good amount of mens clothing here, which I like. Great brands. They also have a good amount of bakingware and a good selection of books. The employees are nice and helpful too.
Best store ever, this store has everything you could possibly think of and Jose the cashier was a doll thank you, thank you, thank you! I truly love this place. ❤
I go for the clothes not a big shopper so all kinds of brands in one place really rocks fir me. Would recommend to anyone in a big selection but not so much into going to trendy store so much
Prices are usually good. They do mix in odd lots of new cheap stuff (e.g. winter hats). Some weird prices like $2 for a soiled used softball.
Its a thrift store, so you never know what your going to find. Sometimes they have a ton of stock and sometimes its just empty. However considering they are a thrift store they are extremely organized. The clothes are sorted by style & then size, same thing with shoes, housewares are put together with similar items and its pretty clean for a thrift store. The staff is super friendly, helpful and generally happy! Its smaller than the other San Jose Savers but I always find something. The prices are decently fair, but every once in awhile they have items that are overpriced. I also love that you get coupons to the store if you make a donation.
I always sneeze pretty dusty and often not organized but good variety of knicknack and clothes. Lil pricey for some items but they have a great program for donations. Once you donate you can get donation receipt and a coupon for your next purchase.
Go often and happy thrifting! Subscribe to their emails, they have deals often. Returns for store credit. Huge thrift store.
Lots of nice clothes and shoes, but everything I wanted was not my size. The only thing I really go here to buy are books. All books are a fix price so can splurge if youre an avid reader or save money on textbooks if you can find one.
They could make the changing rooms more secure & safer for younger children because the doors are really shakey & anyone could burst it. Overall I got some great clothes for my style :)
I love Savers but the prices have really gone up so I am selective on what I buy. You can buy new items from Sears and Pennys for less than you can purchase used items at Savers.
It is very nice alott of things to buy for a great value and Prices
Ive been going to Savers for nearly 20 years. Usually, pretty good on selection, but sometimes I think theyre forgetting they are a USED ITEM store, and prices range from either great, or Sky High. really no in-between.
After donating smart phones & clothing, I bought a pair of Crocs shoes @ only 5 bucks. But they dont give donation receipt for tax deductible.Id rather donate to Rotary club etc that collect from homes, giving right receipts.
Best place to find pants found a lot of good Jeans there that fit almost brand new hood price and deal
It has great deals. The 50 percent off sales are fantastic.Wide selections of things.
Best place for childrens books, toys and clothes! Whenever we need something, we always shop here first.
I usually go to thrift stores for electronics and this one has turned into a letdown in that regard. Though Ive noticed this at all Savers locations, this one is by far the worst. They used to have a decent sized electronics department toward the front, but they have since halved its size and moved it to the back. They used to have decent things on display all the time but now its just all broken stuff, all the time.Kind of a shame. Ive gotten some fun stuff from this Savers before.
Decent selection, kind staff, but mostly good deals on clothing and goods. Store feels a little dirty, more than your usual thrift store, but just take your goods home and clean them first. Part of a very diverse strip mall. Go get some Indian food at Naan-n-Masala while youre in the parking lot.
Love Savers. A lot of Cool stuff for everyone.
Busy Labor Day shopping but the store had enough customer service people helping and it was a fruitful experience
This is about donation receiving area only.I always go during the week, mostly mondays. The guys there at the Milpitas store are always friendly cheerful and helpful.
You can find cool stuff that might be in the 1990s also great for donating good
Decent selection but prices vary wildly.
Since this is a secondhand store I am rating the quality of inventory which is great. An even mix of garbage, ugly vintage, bomb vintage, and modern nwt merch this spot will be come your favorite if you arent afraid of a little hard work as you will find great stuff once you start really looking. I think they have a slightly more consistent inventory than the parkmoor location which has less vintage and more modern inventory. A little on the dirtier side (hence the 4 stars) and gets crowded so try to shop mornings and weekdays.
Nice and the items they have is good. The price is good.
Loved this Savers but they are no longer in business
Usually a good selection of second-hand items. I prefer this place over Goodwill.
I love this savers ! I occasionally look for clothes for my daughter here, never disappointed
Nice fast and easy drop for donations right in and out.
Prices are above the competition, but when you give stuff and buy, immediately you start to receive good discounts.
Best place to shop for good quality clothing.
Decent thrift store. Not always very organized. Afternoon sun coming in can be blinding.
Nice second hand store, staff helpfull I always find stuff the comes in handy.
I love this place, staff is friendly, they used to have karaoke on Saturdays and if you sing a couple songs you get 20% off your entire purchase. Just stay away from the hotel across the street, all bad, lots of police
Nice place to shop. Good bargains.
Perfect for finding second hand deals and low prices.
Great people, always something interesting.
Worker need severe little bit more professional
Big assortment, very reasonable prices.
Love it. Great items of all different kinds at great prices. They are what a thrift store should be.
They have great clothing brands here all of the time.
I always enjoy going here.
Verity of items, prices are okay, some good finds!
This Savers seems to get more art materials. Staff is especially helpful.
Needed a set of crutches because I hurt my foot. I found a pair for $14.99.. most thrift stores cant give these things away . Just my luck I hurt my foot by the expensive thrift store .
Sometime, there are some good deals.
If you want something it is likely that someone else also wanted it, bought it, and already donated it. Come in and take a look.
Nice... Good proces.
Nice and cheap things!
Great items, staff & prices
Great place. Open, clean, friendly.
Great place for random finds.
Chaotic. .....lots of neat stuff ....was fun...prices higher than most thrift stores.......
If you know how to dig, youll find those hidden gems .
Middle class & lower class can enjoy top class products.
Little pricey but a great selection
Most of the stuff is in bad shape but still some people buy it maybe is not so bad for them.cheap prices
I need a cheap good suitcase and was the place to come
Fun place to shop.
Its fast lines
Stopped here to donate some old clothes with a friend and stopped in the store. What one would expect from a thrift store and nothing out of the ordinary.
Honestly, this place rocks. Downside is no changing rooms. Worth the visit nonetheless.
This place was not too good. The Dublin store is MUCH better!!!!!
Good second hand store. Just needs organization towards the back
Overpriced and poor customer sevice
Good prices on clothing and furniture.
Too expensive for a pawn shop. Most items could be found brand new for a similar price.
Way overpriced for a thrift store Ross and Marshalls prices are cheaper
They sure do charge a lot for stuff they got for free...
Cheap price.
Dirty, smelly, unorganized. Parking lot is a mess.
Not a very clean location, and smaller selection compared to other Savers locations.
Good. Clothing
Great deals.
There prices are way to high ..for things they get for free..
Many thousand items can find in here
Good prices!
Always walk with new treasures. Staff is friendly.
There is not restroom for customers.
Usually a fan. Overcrowded today. Staff slow to add a register. Returned items and left.
Very busy, but also large and full to the brim with product
Good stuff
Great value & variety
Looks like a dump
Good food
60 Dempsey Road. Milpitas, California 95035-5549
Source for cheap stuff.
It was ok
Awesome
Nice
Love it
It would be excellent if there was a home delivery service for furniture. Even if it was with extra charge
