Great customer service! I had a great experience with Cassie I highly recommend asking for her if you ever go to Kay Jewelers. She was patient and had no problem showing me about a dozens sets of rings! Will definitely be going back to get some other jewels!

Guess they dont care a lot about their customer service! The lady started out nice, but it felt fake after we declined to create a account for Kay Jewelry. She later got distracted by talking to another employee about why the 1ct K color diamond ring inside their showing drawer is so “cheap” while we were still sitting in front of her. It felt embarrassing and unprofessional, and I won’t be going there anymore!

Stopped by to do a ring exchange, We had already fallen in love with a ring they had from the Vera Wang line on sale. Rose was very nice at first with the whole process, but unfortunately the computer for exchange was not working” or so she claims it” Rose recommended for us to purchase the ring at this location for us to take it with us, since we live really far, and then stoped by our local Kay Jewelers to do the trade in. Now, the reason for the 1 Star is because we stoped in yesterday to ask about paperwork that I did not get from her, and notice she was being very rude and sarcastic. Rose even question us about “ oh, I see you returned the ring?” Of course we did, in order to do the trade in as advised by her we would return it and then complete a trade in for it. guess she thought I would keep Both pcs. She made the experience go from 4 stars to 1. Never EVER!! coming to this location..Im still in love with my new ring Next time I’ll just go to Zales.

If I could, I would give this location 0 stars.I started my shopping at a smaller non chain jewelry shop where the consultant/sales rep was rude and unhelpful. I have always had positive experiences with Kay’s jewelers so I thought I couldn’t go wrong here. Boy was I wrong, I should have looked at the reviews first.The consultant, who was far from warm and friendly, asked me how she could help and then said nothing after I explained that I was shopping for an engagement ring for myself. Idk how most couples do it but with him in the military and away for training the easiest way was for me to find the ring and send him what he needs to purchase.She pointed down at the rings encouraging me to look so I did, unsure where to begin or how it all works.The next words out of her mouth were “are you ready? Because we have two other customers”????After explaining that I was waiting for her to assist me she again just pointed down at the rings and said “pick one that you like”. As I looked at the rings and asked questions she proceeded to tap her finger nail on the glass impatiently....so I said thank you and walked out.I truly thought this was supposed to be an exciting and special experience and was so disappointed by how I was treated.I would recommend NOT going to this location if you care about the experience or how you are treated.

Went In to get a ring fixed and it was returned quickly at a low price. I love the great mall location with their friendly staff.

They overcharged me and I was told I was getting 14 Carrot but I only got 10 And they never told me the return policy

No kidding I called this outlet maybe 30x for 3 days just to ask if they have the item I want before driving in there. But no one not even once someone answered my calls.
