Man!! What can I say…nothing but positive vibes, people and staff here! I started coming here in November and boy has it changed my life. The staff is great and always very friendly, the trainers are also awesome!! Kyle..is awesome..always accommodating my requests and needs. 😊 the whole atmosphere in this gym is always very positive. If you haven’t joined..you should really really consider this place. It’s the best!!

I recommend this gym to all of my friends and family! I have been coming off and on for a few years, but have made it a lifestyle since I started training with Kyle! Best decision I could have ever made. He has built my confidence up so much to where I walk in like I own the gym now lol! I appreciate the team for always making me feel welcomed! This is an awesome gym. The staff is great. They were open with all the precautions during COVID 19 and were extremely transparent with the customers. Their trainers are amazing. Kyle helped me lower my A1C and lose approx 25 lbs. over a period of 6 months. Strong recommendation from a long term member!

Fitness 19 in Milpitas is WHERE ITS AT!! My favorite thing about this gym is hands down the fantastic staff. They also have plenty of equipment in great condition and ample space to work out. I love watching the personal trainers engage new clients in their sessions- you can tell that they put a lot of care into their interactions and that the folks that work here are passionate about their jobs. At the beginning of 2021 I got tired of just walking miles and I knew I needed to workout with weights etc. I was referred to check out this gym by a friend of mine who already goes here. So I signed up and had my orientation with Anthony. He was great and showed me everything about the gym and what sold me was the red light therapy for my eczema. The hydro massage bed is also another added bonus which I love. My membership came with one free personal training session and of course I had to take that offer. I was matched up with Sam for my first training session. That first session really showed me I NEED MORE SESSIONS! LOL! Ive been working out with Sam since March and I have lost weight and truly seeing a difference with his training. Sam is very good and knows exactly what workouts are best for me and even with my issues with my arches he has helped me get those in line so I wont be in as much pain as I stretch them properly which no one has really showed me before. I honestly enjoy working out here and all the workers there are awesome even when they pick on me LOL!! Im so glad I found a place close to the house that isnt super crowded and I can get everything I need done for an effective workout.

This spot is a good gym for its price. It has the equipment you need, but you might need to play with the timing on when you come in to find out which equipment is used the most often (if its your personal favorite or one you use in your routine). There are two lockable changing rooms in the back.

Moved to the area last February and decided to come by the facility. I was immediately impressed by the size and available equipment. Staff is friendly and gym is clean. Couldn’t ask for much more than that.

I have been with Fitness 19 for awhile. I have scoliosis, kyphosis, hip dysplasia surgery and spinal fusion surgery and a genetic disorder called Prader-Willi Syndrome where your brain does not tell you when you are full. I also have a learning disability that comes with my Syndrome so sometimes I need things modified. Also with having lower muscle tone than average I may need things differently than others. My Fitness 19 journey has been amazing! All the trainers are awesome and I am getting stronger everyday thanks to Fitness 19.

I honestly dont know whats with the negative reviews but this gym is amazing. The staff are always willing to assist, you can always get a good workout plus you get to use the Hydro Massage and Red Light Therapy on their Premier Elite which is way less than 24 Hour Fitness and its more clean.

We really enjoy this gym . The staff are always welcoming . The vibe is good here considering most gyms have an over abundance of loud and rude members . The only suggestion I would share is, adding more options for HIT equipment . 💪

Not at all professional. They really need some organizing skills and don’t even know how to interact with costumers. Long waiting lines to get in and they skip the names, when you ask them for a reason they make fun of you. They weren’t even sorry for what they did. Rude answers is what you get as response.

Very clean and friendly staff. They blocked off every other machine for social distancing. There are still a lot if machines available. Masks required. They do a temperature check when you come in. Parking is easy. You can even pop into the Luckys and get a donut before you workout. 😀

Extremely disappointed with the staff at this location. I do not feel welcomed here, in fact Ive felt harassed by a particular staff member multiple times. On top of that I feel like staff could be doing a better job of stocking cleaning products, taking out the trash, sanitizing and other efforts to reduce the spread of Covid. I wont be continuing my membership and you should avoid this gym.

A dishonest and tricky place. I bought a Gympass with access to this facility, and even called the store to double-check the availability and was told the pass was valid before going. But when arriving there, they just coldly rejected the pass and ate their word several hours ago. All of a sudden, they did not accept the Gympass and wanted me to buy another pass. Super angry and felt disgusting!!!

I called ahead and asked if they were open during COVID. They said they were, and said nothing else. No one said anything until I drove 30 min to get there and the GM said only those who opened their membership here were allowed and said his workers would have told me that if I talked to them, which seemed accusatory. He then said I can PAY $15 extra to work out here. Seems strict with COVID, but if you have money it’s ok. Not cool!!

Very clean and they even have an outdoor area for a good cardio workout. Inside cardio is huge too but you have to keep your heart rate lower than outside.

Best customer service. Super friendly staff. 24 hour Super Sport has a lot to learn from these guys. They always greeted me and taught me some really cool tricks.The only reason I give them 3 stars is because I was a month to month member and they ended up charging me for another month AND a yearly fee AFTER I cancelled. And I canceled due to the location and had nothing to do with their awesome staff. This is after using the gym for 3 months. I tried to fight the charge, but one of their reps somehow logically explained to me that the charges were fair. I didnt want to post on social media, but this is not fair. When a month-to-month customer cancels after a few months, its DONE. No more charges. Just beware of these predatory business practices before you join them.

I used to find every excuse not to come out to the gym and exercise; however, that quickly changed when I started coming to this gym. There is a Fitness 19 closer to my home in San Jose, but I choose to come to this location. The staff and trainers are all very friendly and make this gym’s atmosphere pleasant and welcoming. They’re always willing to help out even if you don’t have an appointment with them. When I come to this gym I feel like I’m part of a great community. Not only can I approach the staff, but also the other members. I love coming in and hanging out with the other members who work out routinely at the same time as me. There is always equipment available and there are always people willing to help. I highly recommend this gym to anyone new/ familiar to the gym environment who is looking for a great spot to work out.

Fitness 19, is a great place to workout. There is a lot of great people such as Sam, Rachel(Trainer), Kyle(Trainer). These people are very kind and helpful. Sam is really nice he greets people and makes sure everyone is safe. I recommend people to join this gym.

Review update! I continue to be a big fan of Fitness 19 in Milpitas. Before the pandemic I signed up to work with a personal trainer and thankfully, during the pandemic my Fitness 19 trainer continued to train me on-line until we were able to resume in-person training. This continuity was a HUGE help to my body and mind in weathering the many adjustments we all have had to make due to the pandemic. I am in better shape now that I was before the pandemic and Fitness 19 has contributed to that outcome in a big way. Fitness 19 is affordable, the staff (management included) is down to earth, always friendly, always positive and I always feel welcome and inspired when I walk through their doors. I am grateul.

My wife and I are visitors from India and could not join for more than 3 months.We met Mr Clinton and Mr Lloyd there and to our surprise and relief, they solved these difficulties and offered us a good deal.Even offered us a 3 day free test !Both are very polite and knowledgeable.We are enjoying this facility and would definitely join again when we visit USA next year.One Suggestion... Many Indian senior citizens visit USA for 3 to 6 months every year. The Fitness 19 should consider offering a membership which would be kept suspended till next year so that every year entry charges need not be levied.Again thanks to Mr Lloyd and Mr Clinton.

This place is a disposable, one-time use, turn & burn operation. I chose it because it’s within walking distance, but after going regularly for a few months, I was fed up with the cheap and flimsy feel of the place. They don’t even have showers here. It’s clearly a place for high school kids. I might check out Star Aquatics next door, or I could always go back to 24 hour. There are SO MANY options why would I continue my membership here? Bye!

Worth the money! $20 per month and you have unlimited access and free classes like Sweatshop, yoga and kick boxing. They also offer one free personal training session a month.

This gym is not good at all. They treated people very bad whe people want to cancel membership. They dont call you if you call them to follow up. Every time I called they just said they need to wait their manager to make decisions, but their manager or staff dont call you themselves. However, they still charged my bill every month even if I already signed cancellation request form. The process of cancellations is very bad in this gym. Additionally, their system wont show anything you requested. I already paid full bill and requested cancellation, but the system did not show anything. Every time I told to different people, and I need to explain over and over again. Not recommended at all.

The Fitness 19 gym in Milpitas is great; its clean and they have a variety of machines to use. The staff is friendly and helpful. While this gym is small (no showers), but they have lockers; it has what I need to get a great workout.

Awesome gym and very accommodating staff. They were kind enough to grant me a 3 day guest pass while I was on military leave visiting my family. The gym was very clean and well organized.....I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thank you Fitness 19 Milpitas!!!
