Jack is not a honest business man. He quoted on the phone to fix the garage door for my house and billed totally different. He quoted on phone to fix the garage door and check everything else to make sure the door works properly for $425. When he came to the house, he did not inspect and gave me a new real quote and asked for my agreement. He just started the job and charge me additional $95. This is a hidden cost that I wasnt aware of. I wouldnt recommend him for friends or anyone else. Just be careful when you decide to use his business. Ask for a real total cost before letting him start the job to make sure you dont be surprised at the end.

Called this company and the technician came out right away within one hour. It’s crazy I called several other companies on Google and seem to get the same office that was a call center. Castle garage doors repair, zip garage door repair a neighborhood garage door repair along with choice and several others all seem to be going to a call center claiming to be in Milpitas but they’re really not. I called around to get a quote and that’s when I got suspicious when every single person asked me what ZIP Code I’m calling from. I didn’t make any sense when they wanted to send a tech out to see what’s going on before they can quote me a price or even ballpark.I’m glad I got a hold of a real local company fast garage door repair company did really good job and the guy was honest and only charged a small service call fee.Edward
