The attendant tonight was very professional and courteous. I was a little leery of a currency exchange in a mall, but was pleasantly surprised by the service and fairly reasonable rates. Ok service. Demand to have your SSI if you are exchanging $1,000 and up. This could be legal but it is insane . They could lose your SSI to a hacker and then what? Lose your identity? Not acceptable.

Phoned in for inquiry, met with pushy impatient person. Abruptly has a conversation with someone else when offered service and help. Denied any coins, even actual Canadian one and two dollars. Clearly does not want to have business transactions no matter how many K you have.

They did not tell my wife on the phone that there was an extra $3.00 fee besides the transaction fee when using a credit card to make a purchase.
