Every time I go there, there are at least two people already in the store ahead of me, which shows me how trusted they are. The quality of the selection and the product lines are both excellent but the most important thing to me is the knowledgeable staff that provide courteous service and expert guidance for any painting or staining questions I have. I recently went there on a weekend and there was a big line but the one associate on duty kept his cool and remained cheery as he dealt with each customer while also acknowledging us in line and offering us refreshments at their coffee station. Especially for special jobs where it matters, like painting furniture and blinds and stuff, I choose to pay a bit more for the confidence I get that the job will be done right the first time with the right materials and the right advice.

Worst customer help I ever seen, the people who work here they dont know anything. The helpers are with name Zachary and BillThey dont follow policies of other branches. Its ridiculous.Simply waste the time
Best quality and service. Wait for the sales. Emerald BRAND can get pricey.After using so many other paint brands I keep coming back to Sherwin Williams for best result. The finish is always professional looking even when I do the job myself. The staff is very helpful in knowing colors and what looks good together too. I will continue to be loyal to the SW brand.

I forget the name of the store manager and assistant manager but props to them for being excellent at customer service. I was looking for the color my builder used in my house. I couldnt locate the exact color with the team at SW took my information and my builders details and got back to me with a 100% match. Outstanding place to shop for paint and supplies
Was out of my element at a paint store, but the staff here made getting the exact color and mix of paint I needed simple and quick.
There was no long line or impersonal interaction like in the big home improvement stores. Personal and focused attention and assistance is readily available at Sherwin Williams in Milpitas, CA. What a wonderful experience to have this level of customer service. I plan to return again and again. No need to go anywhere else!

Product is excellent. Staff is nice, but only one working there. So sometimes you probably need to wait for a long time.
The customer service was excellent. The lady told us what to do with the paint, and also told us that the three sample colors were in satin, and that they would look a little different than the flat paint for the stucco, and for the gloss paint for the columns and the trim.
They will do the research to get the exact formula to match the color of paint that you bought four years ago.
Good and quality paints but a bit on pricy. The three star is because of price.

Went to this store this afternoon (9/19/16): nobody on the floor/nobody at the counter.......offered up a Hello....no answer. In the store by myself for 15 minutes looking around and waiting for a clerk. Another customer arrives, walks up to the counter .... the clerk comes out sees us both and addresses him not even acknowledging me. I walked out very disappointed.
