Completely unprofessional. This company employs children as receptionists that can barely speak English. Do not do business with KLA!

Met my Wife there 36 years ago. Still my girl! They were only 100 strong at the time and really family oriented. Still working with 4 engineers from those days.

I delivered only one piece thing to them. They kicked me from one building to another(therere 7 buildings). I called a number on my paperwork a lady answered they should take it at any building in KLA, if they didnt just let them call xxxx. Then I went back to building 7(2nd time), therere 2 guys treated me like a beggar. 5mins work for only one piece they could take years to finish it. Btw Im still here and waiting.😡

For many years, I supplied KLA Tencor with polarising components for their thin film measuring systems, starting in the 90s. My experience as a supplier has been totally positive, from the charming buyer, Gail Whitfield through to the test engineer, Alex Ma. Unfailing courtesy and paying on time were their watchwords.
