Amazing! Its an outlet, but the stuff are with very new and nice design, great price, especially the watches. We found out about the great mall only on our last day in the US, and went in this fossil store 5 mins before they close. We saw a pair of beautiful watches when they were closing, so we explained that were leaving the US soon. The staff were still very friendly and helped us to size the watches few times, especially Bianka, shes so patient and nice. Highly recommend this store!

Bind blowing customer service. Went above and beyond. I bought a smart watch a couple of months ago. Due to some adhesive issue, a charging ring came off. I went to this store to check out if they could glue it in. However, they recommended a replacement. They didnt have the same model in store so they ordered a new one and also paid for expedited shipping. I went in with an expectation of a possible small repair job and they gave me a new one. Very friendly folks.

I went to this store to change batteries for 3 of my Fossil watches which is $10/watch. There was this totally inexperienced guy who told it would cost $45 to fix a missing connecting pin in a Mens watch. He took all 3 watches, a lot of time, so much hammering and silently returned us the watches back and started billing. Only then did I notice that one of the watches was broken. All the metallic numbers and bars had fallen inside the casing itself. When questioned he said it was like that already and it would cost $45 to repair that. After escalating a lady manager pitched in and got the watch to be sent to main store for repair without charges. They said it will take 3 to 4 weeks to get it done.This Fossil store has less collections and more pricey options for an outlet store. And with such unreliable employees I would never visit the store again.

This store has nice collections with notable customer service.I went today to buy few watches and a sun glass. The associate (Queenie) was kind enough to show the models, bring stuff from the back store and also helped me with price calculation.Good store to visit.

I brought three fossil watches to this store to change battery. The staff responded unfriendly and told me coldly that they have a policy which states that in case of any damage during battery change process, they can only do an exchange with currently available watch. This policy sounds ridiculous to me and I’v never heard about it at any fossil store in the past 10 years. All of these watches are gifts. I don’t want them be damaged by any chance due to poor skill. If they don’t have the skill, why offering such service? I called another fossil store and was told in case there’s any damage, they will send the watch out for repair and send it back to me when it is fixed, which sounds more reasonable. I will stay away from this store in the future.

Went beacaue the charging band of the smart watch was loose. As soon as i walk in they were helpful and did now kept me waiting a long time and friendly at all time

People working here doesnt know how to respect customers, we arrived 10min before closing time and when asked for a trial the representative looked at his watch and gave a rude response, he should have just said that its closing time rather than being rude. Better learn how to treat customers. Its ok to say no to trail at closing time but its not ok to be rude.
