So happy I stored my stuff here. I rented a unit while traveling for a year and security/ climate controlled were a big priority for me. This place is super clean and climate controlled with great security in place so you don’t have to worry. And on top of that their prices are super reasonable for the Bay Area. Will be back if I ever need to store again!

Been renting here for a month. So far this place is great: super clean and well maintained, security gate and storage areas with code access, dollies and carts available at storage dock, one time free van rental, very helpful and friendly staff. Compared to other self storage solutions (across the road...) this is so far a much better value and quality. Definitely recommended

It is simply baffling to me that a company that claims to want to earn your business continues to employ a manager who is rude to customers, talks about customers behind their backs, and encourages staff members to be nasty to customers he feels that he cant control or doesnt like. So unfortunate that they dont see the current manager for what he really is.

Best of the best as far as customer service. Pubic Storage across the street cancelled my reservation the day of my move in (check out my google review there) and Bay Rock saved the day.I called and talked to a very nice lady at the call center to set up my reservation for same day move in. 30 minutes before opening i was waiting in the parking lot and the manager called and wanted to review the reservation before they open. I told her i was waiting jn the parking lot and within 20 minutes I had a unit, keys and code...BEFORE THEY OPEN. Amazing customer service. The manager eas very nice and thorough, explaining everything on the contract/agreement. Couldnt be happier.

The facility is decent and I am starting to like it but after a few months they increased my rent for the first unit and now they just increased my other one. I think they give you half off for 2 months and then they will get it back by increasing your rent.We have a pandemic where people are losing jobs and most companies gives you discount but they choose to increase rent to hurt the community even more. What a heartless move from this company.I will definitely be moving my stuff to a different facility.Review update: After my review they tried to work with me and put a hold on my rent increase. Hats off to the manager, so Im changing my review because of him.

Good place for storing stuff. Lots of options available (size of storage room) based on your need. Use the promo code for first month free with a minimum 2 months storage. Make sure if you have lock so bring it with you. Although you can buy it here too for $13. Tools for moving your stuff from car to storage are available free but apart of it you need bubble rap or boxes you can buy here itself.

The place is new and clean. Even if you get an indoor unit, the parking is very accessible and the huge elevator makes movement of items easy to your space. Jessica was very helpful in the in-processing and I would highly recommended to anyone in the area looking for a storage!

We researched quite a few storage facilities, and Bay Rock Storage stood way above the rest. It’s a brand new facility... clean, orderly... with great customer service and reasonable rates. We rented a storage unit for the past year and were very pleased overall. Highly recommended.

Ive used many storage facilities in the past but Bay Rock is by far the best! The staff there are friendly and eager to help with anything you need. The space is clean, well maintained and very safe. And the price is very reasonable as well. Great place!

Rented a 10x25 storage unit. The facility is very clean. Rent is $279 per month which I guess is reasonable for the SF Bay area. Hopefully they dont raise the rates to an unreasonable amount over time.

Great new storage complex. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Prices are competitive with other services I checked out. And for all you get I thing a great deal. Ed who showed me around and takes care of the facility was awesome!

So far a great experience....the facility is new and clean with lots of cameras and security features. The office staff was very professional and efficient and the price couldnt be beat by others in the area. Completely happy with my decision to store my stuff here.

Loved this process and the employees! Also felt very safe and secure onsite. It was super easy and convenient to be able to get a truck from them, load all of my boxes and large storage items and make one simple trip to the facility. I was also alone when I had to move all of my items into the unit and I was overwhelmed, so it was extremely helpful having people who were courteous and specifically there to help me carry everything.

People are awesome. Rates are reasonable especially for Silicon Valley. Plan on moving other storage units we have to here

With going back and forth from home to college each summer, I have a lot of items that need to be stored in a safe and clean space. Bay Rock storage has been a great place to keep my things. The staff is exceptional and I know when I come back my belongings will be just where I left them!

I usually dont write reviews, but felt compelled to share what a wonderful experience Ive had with Bay Rock Storage! The facility is new, very clean, their process is straight forward, and the staff is both friendly and helpful. The unit pricing is also very competitive and I appreciate the gate code access and security cameras as it gives me confidence that my stored items are secure. If you are in need of a storage unit, this is the place to go!

Nice place, everything is clean and new. Big units for rent. Ed is always there to help. Hes help move my big things in my unit with his coworker Michael. Jessica at the front desk knows her stuff. Arnel and her make a great team. Best place I think to rent, in the area. Address is hard to see, I missed it the first time I went by.

This is got to be the best storage space experience Ive ever had in my life. These guys are Beyond knowledgeable and helpful and I cant say enough about bayrock storage. The place is clean the fast efficient and above all else very helpful. So come on in and get yourself a storage base and good cup of coffee while you wait thats the way it wont be long so you better hurry

I highly recommend this place. They keep their storages clean. Ed gave me a tour and advice about pricing. He’s very helpful and kind. I was trying to reserve one storage unit and I accidentally hit 2 different sizes. The following day, Jessica called. She actually reserved and saved 2 units. Which was very thoughtful of her. This place does not cheat you. Paper work is easy and fast.

This is the cleanest storage facility/office I have ever seen, despite half the site being under construction still. The staff was professional and very helpful. LOVE that its a new building... so many older facilities have leaks or be moldy. Nice to know my stuff is safe. Plus the pricing is so low right now.

Cleanliness-10 Staff-10 New facility and I absolutely love EASYCODE 2.0 most convenient-way I have ever had to enter/exit any storage facility. I was previously at the one across the street, I moved over to BAY ROCK and never looked back.

Bay Rock Storage has been a great place to store so far for me. Its a little far from where I live, but its easy to get to right off 680 and totally worth the price for such a nice facility!

This facility is very modern and super clean unlike those typical dingy storages. The staff is very professional and friendly. They also have some awesome promotions such as 50% off 2 months’s rent and free move-in van. Highly recommended!!

This new building is beautiful! Would never know its a storage facility, not like all the other tacky old ones that can be smelly. Being a woman and going after dark, its a secure place with gate code access and video cameras.

This place is not good. I told them I am leaving the unit a month earlier, but their software send me a bill reminder 5 days later in the next month so they can charge me more money when I check out! So they send a bill reminder by email 15 days earlier and 5 days later the due date, but nothing in the due date itself!!! Soooooo unprofessional 👎

Nice and clean its new. I have problem with them basically charging a 40.00 late fee after 15 days. 20.00 10 days late then a so called 20.00 15 days late.
