I went inside just on a whim but I ended up leaving super satisfied with my purchase and with the customer service! I was given hand sanitizer before entering the store and I wasnt followed around by an overly eager or pushy salesman. I found shoes I liked and purchased them along with an extra pair for half off. Cool cool cool.

Converse... Get it together. What was supposed to be a pleasant experience kinda seemed half-assed in execution from the store.... First off, all the shoe boxes were torn open, and looked horrible on display... This is your marketing strategy? ugh, how tacky and it makes your brand look super low-end and junky... Please stop.Anyway, when I got my new Converse shoes home, only to discover the clerk DIDNT REMOVE THE ANTI-THEFT TAG!! Seriously!? YOU HAVE ONE JOB - TO SELL SHOES, can we try to hire people that can at least do that?!?

Great service as compared to all the other black Friday stores...

Very disappointed while shopping for back to school. Many sizes out of stock for popular colors and styles, however, found a style and size. Went to check out only to realize registers only accepted cash. Asked if they could be placed on hold after being told they were on sale and only one other pair available. Made a second trip back to the store and then was charged full price. Left without shoes and highly frustrated after wasting my time.

This store has AMAZING models and good discounts. Regular price is a little expensive. They have a 10% discount for students who have their student card..

The associate colleen was awesome, started with 3 pairs of shoes, ended up with 7 pair. She was so helpful
