This is not a family or kids friendly store. The sales there treated my kids very rude. I would like to recommend coach store which is around the corner. The coach store would treat customer and their family nicely and warmly. But this store, hmmmm...

Great collection bags

Personally, I am not a fan of the Michael Kors brand. However, I figured it would be an affordable gift for some of my family members. The store is nice, and the employees are somewhat friendly. I don’t agree with their shady practices. They claim they have 70% off the entire store, so people go crazy to shop there. In reality, what they do is they take off all the prices off of every purse! If you pay close attention, you will notice none of the purses will have the price tag with the original price. Instead, they use a machine to print a price well above the original price to make people think they are getting a good deal. For example, I purchased my aunt a purse that is normally $198 and they upped the price to $248 on a sticker price they printed to make it seem like I was getting a great deal. Don’t get me wrong, their sale is still somewhat good, but it’s certainly NOT 70% off like they make it seem.

I love they remodeling the store got more options and its really nice. I would said its excellent for environment but okay for the staffs especially cashiers attitude! I will consider next time for purchasing from this store.

They have the worst customer service here. Never buy from here if you think you can return/exchange the item. Most of them have some kind of small unnoticeable defect. They will point it to you if you go to return their item. You see thats why they give huge discounts.They will say it smells first. If you question what smell, they will tell something based on your ethnicity. Like it smells of cheese or spice. Dont be surprised if they come up with something totally weird like you kept it in toilet or kitchen or its puffy. So much for never used 1 week old item.

Even though more people visited this MK shop more than the other high end stores, I must agree with other reviewers regarding the staff here. I was shopping for a small bag and was glad when Stephanie (employee making rounds in the store) helped me make a decision on color and size. At first, I liked her attitude and helpfulness, but as soon as I reached the cashier, she became a bit harsh when I rejected her suggestions to add a wallet to my purchase. I didnt appreciate the sudden change in attitude. Furthermore, the cashier paid more attention to gossip than ringing up my purchase. Im not sure why the overall atmosphere at this place doesnt match the brand theyre selling. I think Id rather visit the MK store in SF than this one in Milpitas.

Extremely rude white male posisibly a manager or a new “manager”, as I was walking into the men’s entrance I asked if this was the only selection of watches they had for men’s ... he responded “these are men’s watches try looking on the other side for girls .”Extremely poor customer service .I intended to walk out with a men’s watch for a gift but clearly they were to busy talking to each other. Rather then actually doing there job at a high volume location Costomer service should already be givin. Not Asked for ! Extremely disappointed.

In order to rate I had to give them 1 star.I went into this store about a scratch on a watch I bought from them less than 24 hours prior with my Reciept. Spoke to the lady who was greeting people at the door with coupons, showed her my issue and then first things she said how do I know you didnt scratch it yourself I told her and showed her my reciept purchased less than 24 hours ago and I just wanted to replace the watch. She refused to replace it, so I then ask her for the manager and she said she was the manager. I then said ok can I get your name and corporate office number to report my bad experience. She told me no to her name and if I wanted that information to just go Google it.Sorry Michael Kors but as a military service member I took offense that she accused me of doing something bad to the watch..Why would I scratch the watch the first day I got it?I think she really just had it in her mind it to believe or listen to me...Sure hope it was not an ethnicity thing .Lesson learned to stay away from that store and maybe even Michael Kors if this is how they treat customers..
