THEY RUINED MY EYEBROWS. I had nice thick eyebrows and she made them completely thin. I don’t know the name of the lady who did them but I am never coming back here again after today. I was disappointed especially since people have recommended this place. But not absolutely not.

Maju did me and my sisters eyebrows and it was amazing. she definitely need a promotion. She took her time, no rush. She’s just amazing man. She did my eyebrows just so perfect! She took her time to do my forehead as well… without even asking. Honestly 5 stars for her! She’s my favourite of all time. Keep the good work Maju!!!

Ive been visiting Beauty Supply Milton for a decade now. Ive tried many esthetic places in the past and nothing compares to the quality and service they offer! I always get complimented on my eyebrows. They do an amazing job on arm waxing and use the top quality wax. I love that the staff is efficient but so thorough. The owner is always friendly and welcoming every time I go in. I know people who haved moved out of Milton and still come back here for their eyebrow threading! I highly recommend them over everyone else.

I was here last Saturday for the first time and it is such wonderful place to get eyebrows done! Everyone is so polite and nice. They are also all following covid 19 procedures by sanitizing the areas that are used and everyone in sight had a mask on.

This is a wonderful salon/spa. I am a regular customer here, been going for the last 2 years. They do a great job with waxing, facials, threading, etc.The staff are very kind and professional. They have great promotions and packages, the prices are fair as well and they have high standards of hygiene and sanitation.Every-time I go here, I am never disappointed because I always come out feeling so great about myself and the service that has been provided.Thank you to KK & Yola who regularly help me with whatever I need. :)

12:48 pm Disgusting! 3 people manning the cash till WITHOUT Covid Masks. Stood outside awaiting to see if Manager (Male) & 2 (Female) employees to put masks on. I opened the door & asked are you not wearing masks? One employee had a Civilian Mask.The man reluctantly put a face shield on and says girl at till doesnt need to wear a mask as she has plexiglass at counter. Interesting as Employee at till had a Civilian Mask dangling from her ear while serving a customer. Perhaps Ill post picture I took?

I had a wonderful experience at Beauty Supply Milton. Seema gave me excellent service and was very friendly and worked gently on my skin. Her threading skills are exceptional. I would recommend her to anyone who wishes to get their threading done.

If I could Id give NO STARS.... completely screwed up my eyebrows. Totally uneven and she even took off a huge bald spot right in the thickest part. To top it off she started to tell me that this is how eyebrows are suppose to be. Her name was Seema. I was having my eyebrows done for a while but now never again after this experience. I was originally going to even have more services done but I was so upset I said no....worried to what Id look like after. I left completely upset... the girl at the register was actually very sweet to notice and was very understanding. Now Im scrambling looking to get them fixed because Im so embarrassed!

Bernadine was very helpful and is calling me when she has additional stock in of the item that I purchased. Very pleased.

Great place for threading

If I could give a 0 out of 5 rating I would. Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received in any retail situation ever. I don’t give reviews, but in this case it’s not only a learning experience for me, it hopefully saves someone else future trouble. I’ve shopped at 5 BSO stores (Toronto, Waterloo before it closed, and Saint Catharines) over the last 5 years and have bought all sorts of styling tools. Although service can be a bit lethargic in some cases, I’ve never encountered such poor customer service and attitude.I bought a flat iron in my hometown location, and went to exchange it at this location within the 14day limit. Not only was I denied an exchange for book keeping reasons (after driving over an hour to get there), but they also refused to make any effort in guaranteeing an item would be there to exchange with after providing no alternative other than to make the 1hour long trip (2 hour round trip) once more. They downright denied the presence of a catalogue in any form, refused to look into ordering an item in, and clearly indicated to me that their financial book keeping was more important then customer service PERIOD. They even refused to provide contact information for their manager or someone in charge of stock and inventory to make sure something would be there to exchange with.Having worked retail myself I realize there’s certain policies in place for shop functionality. I understand the requirement to make sure they’d be reimbursed, however not only is it bad business practice to make balancing the books the customers’ issue, treating a customer with the attitude they gave me was extremely poor practice (I’d have been fired for treating a customer the way they treated me). Having all items required for an exchange/store credit (ie receipt, packaging, etc.) is the only concern a customer should have. Nowhere on the receipt did it say the return was location specific, and speaking to the employee of the location I bought it from (and three other locations I called about the exchange) it was never an issue to exchange it (or even receive store credit) regardless if they were another franchise or not.Terrible customer service here, I do not recommend this location unless you are 100% certain you will be happy with your to be purchase. Also, do not try to exchange an item here if you bought it at another franchise location. Save yourself the time, gas, and headache and make the additional 20-30 minute drive and to another location.

I have been a regular customer of BSO in Milton for more than 5 years now. I am very pleased with the prompt and precise eyebrow threading and facial service. All of the beauticians are equally well trained including KK (my favourite! ), Sammy, Manju, Anna and the rest. They do not seem rushed but still are quite fast. I do not have to wait long and walk in anytime after work on weekdays or anytime on weekends except early Sunday morning. It has been such a boon to go here I really enjoy their service. I have occasionally bought beauty supply items from here. I must say they do not push or force their clients to buy their stuff and give genuine recommendations. I was very pleased that they let me exchange the hair styling iron I bought initially as I was not completely pleased with it for my hair (I finally bought suji pro, which their hairstylist had used on me). They went over and beyond what was expected as they let me exchange it twice till I was completely satisfied with my purchase and did not give me any hassle; in fact were very understanding as it was an expensive item. Thanks to the kind Ms Bernadine and his cousin (I believe) who run this franchise.
