Friendly helpful staff great prices

A magical place of discovery and discounts! I highly recommend stopping here first if you need random things for your house, odds are they have what you are looking for! The staff was helpful and very nice as well!

Had more Xmas stuff in stock than I would have guessed!

I can usually find what I need or want store is cleaner than others,but the cashiers (some of them) for the most part are lacking in personal skills and shouldnt work directly with the public! I could give examples if needed.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!This Family Dollar has 2 worst employees ever. One female is rude, never ever smiles, doesnt like to help you, acts like its a bother to do her job and doesnt give customers a seperate bag when asked to seperate certain items! Her exact words when I asked for a seperate bag was they dont like for us to do that. To do WHAT, give a customer what they want? ITS A BAG to seperate items thats what they are for!The store has been in Milton for a few years now and I had only been there 1 time and decided to go in recently and received nothing but bad vibes, bad attitudes and bad customer service 2 out of the3 times I went. I will NOT go back and give them my business again.I will add that there was other customers that told me they do not like this cashier and how she is toward them.She should NOT be working in a customer service position!Theres also a male employee that has a rude attitude.I do not recommend this store at all due to horrible employees!

Dollar Store has great service, discounts, items, always go there

Very Rude I went up to the counter with a cart full of stuff to buy asked them if my son could use the bathroom. I have a 3 year old that is just learning to use the potty and they refused to let him use the bathroom. ApparentlyThey dont have public restrooms but yet there is two right there on the back wall of the store they just didnt want to let us use it for what ever reason. So I had to leave the store with him to go find a bathroom for him to use and didnt go back and probably wont . Just very rude and Inconsiderate I will give my business to someone else.

As soon as I entered the cashier was talking loudly on her (Michelle) phone while there was a customer right in front of her. Very disappointing to see a 20 something year old behaving so poorly. As I was at check out she continued to text on her phone...
