I ordered mulch online and used the 30% off coupon. That was great because I love to save money and helps keeps my costs down to make the gardens look well kept. They notified when ready and went to pick up. We had to make 2 trips to get all that I ordered which wasnt a problem. Everything was quick and easy, a no hassle shopping trip.

The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. I particularly appreciate their willingness to accept returns of items I turned out not to need. Also their willingness to spend time helping me to find stuff.

Every time I have gone in the staff have done everything possible to make the experience smooth and easy for me. If a staff member doesnt know something they know who to ask and get the information quickly without making the customer feel like a bother. Just a great way to do business.

I went in Sunday with a short list and one of the associates was great in assisting me to find the paint, butcher block oil and some wooden stakes!

Unlike the two big hardware stores nearby, Aubuchon has been extremely timely with multiple contact-less curbside pickup orders. Orders of in-stock items are ready within an hour instead on 8-16 business hours as had been my experience with both competitors. Their friendly and helpful service is worth the small difference in price. Their attention to keeping their staff and customers safe also exceeds their competitors.

Aubuchon Hardware has a great selection of tools, hardware, gardening, grilling, power equipment, home equipment, paint and accessories for all but most of all they have a friendly knowledgeable staff who make sure you get it right the first time.

Buy online and pick up in store is a great feature. The store is packed with a large variety of anything you need. Employees are friendly and helpful

A nice local hardware store, a wider range of products than you would expect

Was there for 15 minutes. I saw 3 people working, one said hello when I walked in. The others looked at me in the aisle and walked away. The girl at the counter asked if I wanted a bag, I had a few things, but yeah, Id like a bag, then she seemed put out that I wanted a bag AND my receipt.

They are higher priced than anyone else, even the local mom and pops stores for the same brand products. They used to be the lowest but not anymore. I shop there last now.
