Absolutely amazing grocery store. They have an abundance of fresh produce, baked goods, and other homemade products. They also have a pretty solid local beer and cider selection.

I am a big fan of the Fruit Center, and so are many other people in North Quincy and East Milton. It isnt as big as a typical grocery store, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in selection. An impressive assortment of the freshest fruits and vegetables, gourmet cheeses, pastries, and fresh fish (thanks to Rocky Neck Fish) make the Fruit Center worth the trip. A little more expensive on some items, but theres so much good (and healthy) fresh produce that you probably wont mind. A popular local business, and one I rely on.

Great location to stop after the beach. Food was a bit off but the outside searing and services always great.

Prices are through the roof. The help is rude, abusive and ugly, inside and out. Many employees appearance is totally inappropriate for working with the public; especially for what they charge. The place is filled with frustrated, bitter American women with very young children. Additionally, they do not accept EBT. It has the feel of boot camp. Tread at your own risk!

Small market. Difficult to maneuver with a shopping cart. ALL products are thoughtfully picked and quality is top. Pricing is a bit high for other supermarkets in the area.

A local supermarket chain with a more sophisticated Trader Joes vibe, and prices to match... but still less than Whole Foods (whole paycheck).Solid produce, nicer quality choices on the shelf than your normal supermarket chain, but not quite a gourmet store, and not as much selection as a full on chain store.However, given their selective nature for location, if you live near one, they are probably the shopping experience you are looking for.

Amazing place! So nice and tidy! I was looking for parsnips everywhere but it was the only place that had them. I love how they sell celery, you dont need to buy a whole big bunch, its cut so you can get as little as you need! Great sauce selection too.

Prices are way too high

I moved away 4 yrs ago and I still come back whenever I can for their fruit and veggies. Picked through a bunch of cherries to find the best ones today... They were all the best ones. Staff picks over the produce constantly and removes the bruised stuff before you get there. All kinds of new treats and yummy breads too. They really are a great neighborhood store!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Great meat and seafood vendors. Best fruits and vegetables outside of a farm stand. Delicious hot soups at certain hours. Variety of delicious prepared foods. Excellent service with efficient cashiers and baggers. Can be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for!

This grocery store has the feel of a old country store: wood exterior as well as inside, a maze of aisles, and a little bit of unexpectedness of whats around the corner. It feels cozy, even a little small, but the wide variety of choices available prove theres plenty of room here to include a fish counter, wines, and more.

Customer service is lacking. Food was actually really good. They forgot to bring napkins, forks and plates. I know I asked when I ordered but they had to go back and get them... and made me pay $24.99 more FIRST. I was upset and surprised, like really? Okay. I was supposed to be in a planning retreat! It was super inconvenient and I wouldn’t order from them again. Maybe if you go there the service is better?

Best fruit and veg around. Fresh, doesnt go off as quickly as it does from Stop and Shop. Pretty decent beer selection, very good British food section. Bizarrely the largest selection of British Easter Eggs I have ever known. Great cheese selection.

Lovely food, Ive been going there for years. Only issue is it projects the persona up the people who live nearby. Wealthy people only attitude from what I can see, if you dont wear the look of townies it results in receiving the eye. The store is amazing I suppose the consumers are whats wrong with it is all.

Great market! Salad bar is the best around. The sushi bar is always fresh. Even if you dont want raw fish, you really should try the strawberry avocado veggie roll. Rocky Neck provides fresh fish. Quality meat selection and the produce is always great quality. Never have to pick through to find the good stuff unlike some big supermarkets.Only downside is the parking lot. Avoid going into the heart of the beast. Some of the worst parking jobs Ive seen have been in this lot.

Great store, kind of a like a mini, local, Whole Foods or something. The register area is kind of a cluster-mess and they are often overwhelmed by customers so theres a long wait in a cramped line to cash out. but thats the only thing they need to fix--more spacious and speedier check-out. One thing I really like is the prepared foods. You can high quality nuke-and-eat stuff like stuffed shells, potatoes w stuffing & gravy, etc. Also, their meat department is incredibly good, & sells the highest quality steaks youll find in any supermarket.

The cashiers rush you. When you have paid they immediately start ringing the next customers order, at times like this evening, mixing both orders bc they dont give the 2mimutes it takes to bag your items. Makes it a stressful unpleasant experience. Other than this, the store itself is great, I love what they carry and the butcher is the best around for meats!

Its my go to market for fruits, vegetables, seafood, and meats. Very well merchandised with good customer service. Staff is above average.

Great market place with allot of high quality food options. They have a perfectly sizes craft beer, and wine selection too. The meat market always has a good variety of excellent meats. The fish market also has a great variety of fresh fish.

I’m a whole foodie but recently I found thisamazing store. Now my visits has been less frequent to going to Whole Foods. I love the selections of products, I love everything gourmet, organic and specialty items. Their products are always fresh and of the highest quality standards!!!Everyone there has always been so helpful and courteous. Except today I felt really hurt by the discrimination treatment I received from the owner’s son.I am now a loyal customer and at this point I will not allow the owner’s son to discourage me from continuing to shop at the Fruit Center. I called the store and informed the front supervisor of what I experienced, she apologized for what happened and that is all I really wanted was just to let someone there know what I experienced. It is so hurtful to discriminate against people because of the color of their skin, culture, sexual orientation, etc. Maybe the next time the person who is being discriminated by this young man will not be so forgiving as I am.Also, you never know who people are socially or politically. A business can get in trouble for charges, accusations of discrimination. Moving forward I will not get in his line at checkout#lovepeacehappinessand prosperitytoall

I always have a good experience here, whether its for a sandwich, salad, or grocery shopping. Everything is always super fresh and the staff is helpful and friendly. The meat and seafood markets are run by third parties and both are top notch. Check out the beer selection.

Deli sandwiches and salad bar are awesome. I dont grocery shop here, way too expensive but the produce is reasonable and the specialty items, like the cheeses and bakery items are great.

Great store, lots of higher quality foods, they have great service as well. Worth taking a walk through if youve never been in for sure.

A lot of stuff is pricey, but its good. Corn on the cob is the best Ive had this year.

Lots of local fresh and prepared foods. But small, crowded, overpriced (Top This pizza crust can be found for $4 but goes for $8 here.) and unfriendly staff. Id go here for a quick stop to grab a handful of items planned ahead of time. Parking is also a challenge and limited to one hour.

Great gourmet foods. Always excellent fresh produce. Homemade almond butter is on point, fresh, and cheaper than most jars from the big markets.

This is a local favorite for your basic shopping needs. As you would expect from a name like Fruit Center they put an emphasis on the quality of there fruit and vegetables. There is also a deli and you can frequently find other quality foodstuffs. I highly reccomend grabbing there keish if available.

I LOVE this grocery store because everything is so fresh. They strive to provide local, organic, animal friendly high quality products and theyve always surpassed my expectations.

Customer service is not there isnt really too much of an organic shop and the prepared foods most of them arent even made their even on the salad bar make sure to ask for the ingredients and if youre gluten-free dont mention it in the store they dont like that

We buy fish here from Rockyneck Fish Co. Pricey, but very good quality! I cook it myself and Ive never eaten better fish even at a good restaurant.

Omg this place is awesome the store is big and Carrys everything you need to make a fresh meal with organic ingredients prices were fair store was very clean and organized employees were helpful . And they carry a ton of alcohol what more do you need . Oh wait and plants lots of beautiful plants

Very disappointed with my most recent visit. This store refused to accept VIP coupons from 2 of their vendors. These companies partner with you to sell their products and expect you to support their marketing efforts.Bad enough that much of your product is overpriced, this is an unacceptable customer service policy. I am interested to see how things change when Whole Foods moves into the area! (BTW, went to Hanacird for the same specialty food products and they accepted the coupons with no issues)

They have so many things, like sweets that you use to eat long time ago and I believe 90% healthy food, which is better.

Shelves are neat and well organized. Checkout is fast and pleasant.
