We love our delivery service with Thatcher! My two year old loves seeing the spotted cow milk truck. Weve been with them for nearly two years—any time there has been an issue (out of stock items, extra items), I call them and they promptly corrected the invoice with no fuss at all. Two thumbs up

Don’t waste your money. Terrible customer service. The last two deliveries that we received the milk was missing. This week we never received the delivery. The manager couldn’t explain why. We usually get it placed on our front door step. We looked all over the place. A day a later we discovered that the delivery was put on our neighbors property-not ours! and the food went bad & animals (probably squirrels) got to the bread & butter. Absolutely ridiculous! It’s a pandemic & we got deliveries so that our elderly grandparents don’t get exposed because they have underlying health conditions & we did this to help them out. I’m so disgusted for the lack of care. We’re so disappointed. They started off okay & then it just got worse. We’re not wasting our money anymore.

Cannot say enough good things about Thatcher farm! The customer service is top notch. Delivery drivers are always friendly! Oh and their products are delicious

I grew up on Thatcher Farm milk! Had it in school too Kindergarten thru 6th grade

Horrible experience.We did not receive the milk twice and the owner of the company could not give a explanation why. Don’t waist your money to this company because is not worth it.Some of the reviews are done by friends of the company owner.Very sad.This is not the best way to run a business.
