From annual tune ups, to oil delivery, to emergency calls at 11pm, Benway oil has always been there for me. Great attention to detail when it comes to service, prompt heating oil delivery and professionalism all around. They genuinely care for their customers and are very reliable. Great company

Do not look to Benway if you dont already buy oil from them! I tried to schedule annual service with Benway as they had serviced the burner of our home since 2014 (with the previous owner). I was very rudely turned down over the phone for annual service as I hadnt purchased oil from Benway since 2019 and that Benway had to keep its technicians available for its LOYAL customers.I was told there was nothing that could be done for me and that I should look to our current oil provider for service. When I said that our current oil provider does not provide service, the technicians reply was I guess you are out of luck then. They may have good service & rates but I wouldnt know as I wasnt given the opportunity to become a loyal customer. So unfortunate. Be wary, especially for emergency needs.

We’re first time home owners with no experience with oil heating- Benway responded very quickly to my inquiry and sent someone same day to fill our tank! They walked us through the process and offered to help set up auto fills to avoid running out in the future. Fast service and competitive prices, will return in the future.Edit: Our great experience continues! Our tank ended up leaking with the full pressure of 300 gallons of oil- I called Frank in a panic, he returned with a temporary patch within an hour and recommended some tank removal/replacement companies. Extremely prompt and helpful!

Excellent does not describe this company; superior does. I had a problem at 1 am after filling my burner with water. I did not shut off the water valve all the way. A while later water was pouring out all over my floors from the radiators. I called Benway Oil and the owner came out to my house at 1:30am on a cold night and fixed the problem. I will never forget this. This man is a class act. I tell every one what a wonderful experience this turned out to be. I have had nothing but good things to say about this man and his business.

After my usual oil company failed me, I called Benway Oil. I was below 1/8 of a tank and knew I could only go another day at most. Frank called me back right away with a price and promise of next day delivery. Sure enough, my tank was filled by 10:00 the next morning. THANK YOU, Benway Oil!

After using large oil companies I am pleased with Benway Oil. The phone answering sevrvice is very polite. Frank reaches out by phone or email and truck driver and mechanic see to be great hardworking people.

Today was the 2nd year in a row I have used Benway to service my furnace. Last December I had a schedule service with another company and they cancelled at the last minute, despite us not having heat. Then they told me that they could not come for another week to 10 days. I said, no thank you.A friend recommended Benway & they came the very next day.
