I called at 9:30am to make sure that they were open, even though it said they open at 9am. My family lives in waukesha so it is 30 mins out. They were not open but the woman said they would be in one hour. I planned my day around it and showed up almost 2 hours later, and still no one was there. When I called she didnt even apologize or offer any explanation, only said she would be there in 15 minutes. I couldnt wait that long because as I strategically planned my day around this, my two toddlers needed to eat lunch and take a nap. I couldve ordered what we needed online but with businesses struggling during this pandemic, I wanted to do what I could to support. Given she had no respect for her patrons whatsoever, I will take my business elsewhere.

Customer service was just disgusting. He didnt feel like speaking or just didnt care to respond to customers.

I stumbled upon this store one day and decided to check it out. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store; however the rest of my visit went downhill. I was made to feel not welcomed in the store, because I wanted to walk around and look at the products. I was asked twice if I was just looking or was I going to buy something. I found the store clerk to be rude and lacking good customer service skills. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.

I have the best experience everytime I visit, the prices are cheap, and the staff are very polite. I recommend this store..
