We replaced all of our outdoor lighting and a couple chandeliers inside our home.We had never experienced customer service quite like this. Steve brought samples to us so we could see and decide what fit our home the best. Sorry but you you will not get that from a big box store! It makes a huge difference when you invest in quality lighting. I cannot begin to count how many compliments we have received since we had these installed. The best part is informing everyone that this lighting is all made in the USA!

I have an older fixture no longer produced by Brass Light Gallery. Angie and the team were extremely helpful in identifying and producing the replacement (lost) parts to get my fixture up and functioning again. They did this all remotely and shipped the parts promptly. Highly recommend!

What an amazing place! We worked with Steve to create bathroom sconces that compliment our faucets and bathroom hardware. They are beautiful! These fixtures are heavy, solid brass, and well made. It’s wonderful BLG offers such a selection of fixtures and so many finishes. We also purchased sconces for our master bedroom. We just love them! Janel was great. I’m looking for exterior wall lights and she offered suggestions throughout the process she arranged to have a sample sent so I could compare. She called several times to check on me. Unfortunately we gave not made a decision. One reason is the cost. Just more than I want to spend.

I was the victim of customer discrimination at Brass Light Gallery on Saturday March 11. I was not even allowed to enter their showroom. I am a short Asian female, who looks much younger than my actual age. I entered their front door with my son in a stroller but to get to the showroom there was a flight of stairs. A staff member came out from the room on the left and I asked him where the elevators were, but he said they only have freight elevators. The next thing he said to me was this is not BBC lighting. I told him I knew that, and he repeats it, adding, Do you know what BBC is? Its the discount light store. Again I told him I was aware of that. Then he asked me what I was looking for and what price range. I told him I am looking for a dining room chandelier and my price range was from $500-1000. He said their chandeliers start at $1500. I told him their website lists chandeliers in the 500-1000 price range, and he answered that they dont have those chandeliers in their showroom. He said I should go to Elektra Lighting instead. Clearly I was not even welcome to look at their products in their showroom because he did not think I can afford their products. I thanked him and left.

We ordered 8 of the stonehaven lanterns for the remodel of our house. the fixtures are absolutely beautiful and of excellent quality. we chose the waterfall glass and the bronze finish. the ordering process and the delivery went very well without any breakages or glitches. we feel like it is the finishing touch our house needed and are so glad that there are craftsmen still making such quality light fixtures in the usa!

The Brass Light Gallery is AMAZING. I had a Seattle artist fly in from New York to do an assembly/installation of heavy blown glass art light fixtures. The artist sent or brought everything but the ability to connect the light fixture to the ceiling box. Our electrician was concerned the lights would not look as good as they should. I could think of only one solution, call the Brass Light Gallery because they can do anything. I explained the problem to Jeff on the phone. He said bring the artist down we’ll see what we can do. We get there and Jeff brings out Steven the owner. The artist works at the art institute in Rome over summers. Listening to Steven from the Brass Light Gallery and the artist talk about the best places to source glass and alabaster and the factories and mines in Italy and Spain was incredible. Steven and Jeff took us down into the manufacturing facility and literally designed the light fixture armature that could handle the weight and that would look amazing. With the artist going back to New York in three days the Brass Light Gallery agreed to get it done by the next day and got it done. Simply amazing. The artist was so impressed he is going to use them for his art fixtures going forward. Their show room is full of beautiful interior and exterior light fixtures manufactured right here in Milwaukee! Higher quality and more character. While they have some heirloom quality light fixtures they also have better quality more beautiful light fixtures than I’ve seen anywhere else. And they have many unique antiques of all sorts in their showroom. I’ll be back and will be telling everyone I know this place is amazing going beyond all expectations for a new customer and now a lifetime customer. Highest recommendation.

My wife and I were very excited that we finally had enough time to go here, after we arrived our experience rapidly went down hill. We were rudely greated as if we were bothering the redhead woman behind the desk, we then entered the lighting room to find a coffee table equipped with sugar creamer and such. We decided to have a coffee while we decide on the fixtures for a home we are currently remodeling, we were then aggressively confronted by the woman at the desk, she continued stating not be rude but and then the rudeness would escalute from there. I informed the snotty college student that, you can not excuse your behavior by saying not to be rude. When we asked her if she was the owner, she snapped that she will go get him and she is sure he will not have a problem with her attitude. We found another lighting store to do buisness with, and I will never recomend anyone to The Brass Light Gallery. Worst customer service I have ever seen not sure how they stay in business.
