Good service, always knows what I am talking about when I am looking for something. He knew when I gave him wrong part number I found online as it is related to an online competitor. Part was about the same as the discount online stores and I got the part the same day.

Man, oven went out Christmas Eve! Laabs only place open, has the exact part, stays open and waits for me to drive over to pick it up! Amazing and Unbelievable! Tried telling me a 25 dollar oven igniter was 125 because thats what Sears charges well Sears is out of business mostly everywhere, so I dont see that as sound reasoning. I found an OEM igniter for 25 dollars at Home Depot. Which he also said would charge me 125. I guess the cost of being wrong is a lost sale that was trying to support local business, not local highway robbery.

This place is most excellent. I’m pretty sure my great-great-grandpa, and great-grandpa and prolly my grandfather shopped here. Now I trust that my grandkids will too. Awesome customer service and solid selection of hard to find parts. Support these Ma n Pa shops before they become like trees in the Amazon.

It seems breakdowns always occur on weekends. My refrigerator broke down on Saturday night. I called Laabs Appliance Parts and Service for a part on Sunday afternoon. Brian answered the phone and asked me if I wanted to finish watching the Packer game and hed stick around until I arrived. Great service and price. Thanks Brian!

This gentleman knows EVERYTHING about appliances. Fixed my washer for $17 part. Easy fix too. Last year the he guided me on my electric stove. Whole top panel blew out. $70 and I did it myself. Im 71 and a woman with arthritic hands. I saved a lot.

Really upset. I thought Bryan was helpful at first, but he ended up lying to us to sell us an entire motor instead of the small piece we needed. Then when I went to pick it up he was admittedly drunk on a Monday afternoon and the part wasnt in. I was appalled. When my husband found out, he called to ask what happened and why we needed the entire motor and Bryan hung on him as soon as he said who he was. I never thought we would get screwed for over $140 for a $13 part. We trusted his expertise and shouldnt have. BE WARNED. They do not take any returns or store credit. So once he gets your money you will never get it back. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST...I wish I had.

They had the part I needed to repair my washer in stock! It was the same price as online and I was able to make the repair right away. Brian told me hes been working the counter for awhile. He was helpful and friendly. Exactly what youd expect from a neighborhood store.

Superb service on a Saturday. Got the parts that I needed at an excellent price. I told Brian what I needed and he called me back promptly with a confirmation that he had the parts in stock and a reasonable cost. Will go back.

Wonderful service. I called and explained my problem with the dryer and he was able to diagnose it over the phone. I admit I was skeptical, but I trusted his judgement. I asked if the part could be installed by the end-user and he even showed me how to do it and gave me an instruction sheet. He said it would take 30 minutes, I laughed ... it would take him 30 minutes or less. Me, it took 50. But, the problem was solved. Works great. Exactly as he promised.5 Months later, just called and got great service from them again. Ordered a dryer belt!

This guy knows his stuff. If he tells you a certain way to do something, you wont go wrong following his advice! The part was cheaper from Laab than paying plus shipping online. 69th & North is way easy to find!

I have been going to this business for many many years. The manager is very knowledgeable and even came to my house to fix my washer for me. Would defiantly recommend this business to anyone near!

My refrigerator condenser fan was making a loud noise. I stopped in, described it to Brian and he quickly and kindly diagnosed what was going on without having to take a look himself. Turns out that one of my fan blades had snapped off, causing the whole thing to vibrate loudly. I picked up a new fan blade, popped it on and I am good to go. Thank you, Brian.

Highly Recommend !! The owner Brian is a Very Experienced and Extremely Knowledgeable man when it comes to Appliances and other miscellaneous parts that no other retailers seem to have. I needed a new motor and fan blade for basically a 50 year old kitchen ventilation system. He knew exactly what type of motor i needed and what type of blade. NOBODY at Menards, The Home Depot, Lowes, ETC, had any idea where I could find these parts. They even said, They dont make them anymore....WRONG ! Brian at Laabs knew Exactly what i needed, made the order, and now the problem is fixed ! Thanks Brian! Recommend this store to Anyone !!

They dont even know if the parts they sell are OEM (original equipment manufacturer) or third-party...and they have no desire to find out and let the customer know.Expensive compared to some other places. Place of LAST resort to purchase parts.

I have used Laabs Appliance many many times over the past 25 years and have had excellent service every time. He has helped me many times troubleshoot problems with various appliances. I always start with Laabs when trying to repair one of our home appliances. I would highly recommend his services.

Brian, at Laabs, found me a replacement part for a refrigerator. It was almost half the price of what other local appliance parts stores were charging, for basically the same part. Thanks for the savings, and quick part order!

I recently went onto this establishment and showed a picture of the plastic cap on my dryer timer, it was smashed and needed to be replaced. So what the OWNER does is orders me a actual timer and charges me 117.00 !!! Now this is clearly the wrong piece and he will not take responsibility!! So very upset about this! I will continue to pursue this issue but he was extremely rude over the phone and I am thinking of calling Contact 6! Hopefully he will recognize his mistake and resolve this issue!!!! I am a 30 year resident of Wauwatosa and love supporting local businesses!!!

Horrible customer service - owner is POS. Called to check if the part was in stock and was told yes. Showed up and its not in stock but will in in on Monday off the truck. Show up Monday and the part did not deliver and told to come back on Tuesday. Silly me...I show up and again get another lame excuse about why its not there. Thursday the part shows up and Im told by the owner that he has to pass along the drop ship charge to my part that I was told is regularly stocked. He made it sound to be a special order for his regularly stocked item - total BS. Will NEVER walk in there again - BEWARE of the up-sell!!

I have no idea why there are some comments about rude service at Laabs. I found the service to be EXCEPTIONAL and very courteous. In order to repair my oven quickly, he closed his shop so that he could fit the repair into my schedule. He really is customer focused and says he is very much all about helping the do it yourselfer as well to save them money because he also sells the parts. I, on the other hand, needed him to come out because I am NOT the do it yourselfer type. The price was reasonable too. Laabs is a wonderful Tosa business and Ill always call him from now on.

Excellent customer service, never have I had a businessman open his shop on a normal day off (Sunday ) to take care of a customer, and he even called me back on my phone to let me know that he was there .
