When my vac person retired I found Applegate Vacuum and I couldnt have been happier. They were so knowledgeable, helpful and quick! My vacuum is working great!

So impressed with these guys. Harold came out and gave us a ton of help and then ultimately gave us advice to buy a different machine instead of replacing the motor. His knowledge was impeccable. Will always use these guys for anything I need!

We had purchased a hood vent from Grand Appliance. Installed the hood but not the vent chimney. Said they would return to finished. Never did. Would not return phone calls. So....Harold, from Applegate, came out several times to try and solve the problem... and he did !!!He is our hero!!!

Harold came all the way from Milwaukee to look at my dryer. He told me what needed to be repaired. He was very nice to work with and was honest in what needed to be repaired. I would recommend him to people I know who would need repairs on their appliances.

He’s excellent and find out the issue with my refrigerator very quickly and contacted my home warranty company which took hours on the phone and get me a honest refund.. And I was surprised by his call on this weekend just to ensure everything is going good with my refrigerator.. Go Applegate 👍
