All the staff at Grand are amazing! So much faster to order through them than the big box stores… our original purchase at the box store kept pushing out our stove delivery over a month! We promptly cancelled and headed to Grand (where we also bought a washer dryer set in 2020) Grand Appliance said they would have it to us in 3-5 days. That is five star service in my book!

I’m always sad to leave a bad review for a company, but even a year later, I continue to be disappointed in the quality of service received. We ordered a full set of kitchen appliance. We scheduled a delivery date and we’re told if our items didn’t come on the delivery truck the Friday before, we would receive a phone call on Friday to let us know things had been delayed. Friday came and went. I sold my existing appliances. Monday morning I received a phone call to let me know we’d have to reschedule the Tuesday delivery because our appliances didn’t come in. I would now be without appliances for an unknown amount of time (ended up being about 2 months). Two additional times we schedule deliveries. I was promised a phone call if we’d need to reschedule. I didn’t get my phone calls as promised either time. I planned my week around these scheduled deliveries. I was promised a delivery charge refund for the inconvenience and only received a partial refund. The company over promised and under delivered. Poor communication. Lack of accountability. No one seemed to feel bad. I understood that during the pandemic figuring out inventory was tough. I was OK with that. I was not OK with the lack of communication and unkept promises. What made it worse, a year later we discover that they didn’t connect the water line to our fridge correctly and there had been a slow drip behind our fridge for a year. Our wood floor is moldy and warped. Poor customer and installation service. Since then I have purchased a new washer and dryer. You bet I did not purchase from Grand Appliance. More like Grand Disappointment. Only giving 2-stars because I like the appliances, otherwise it would be just one.

Maria really knows her products, took the time to show us what we wanted and also show us other fridges that would be beneficial with having 2 kids. In the end we did go with her recommendation for the fridge. Very happy with the service and for her taking the time to show us our options.

Well, theyll sell you that they are a specialty store and have all this excellent service, but the reality is that while the sales team is good, the service department is about as bad as it gets. I purchased a complete set of top-end Kitchen Aid appliances, and when the stove broke, I called the service department. After three attempts to get service, I gave up and used YouTube to learn how to fix it. This service department is by far the worst anywhere, and I mean the worst anywhere. The management and coordination of their service requests is a total joke. No responses, no communication, just a bad attitude from the lady in the service department each time I try to request some help. I have no idea how they can stay in business having a service department this bad. Long story short, I would never buy here again. Ive had much better experiences at Home Depot, Best Buy, and even Sears back in the day. Horrible service department from a company that uses the service department to differentiate their offering. Steer clear of these guys. They are bad news! Stay with the pros that at least return calls and service their product at Best Buy, Home Depot, or Lowes.

I live in Illinois and take care of my care Uncle, who lives in Milwaukee. The staff at the Greenfield Grand appliance have been amazing. Ive had to order appliances long-distance and they have been wonderful helping me with the purchases and setting up the installs. My Uncle is an elderly veteran and the installers have always treated him with kindness, respect and patience. Today I ordered a window AC unit and Peyton L., made the process smooth and easy. Kudos to Grand for their support of vets!

Maria Callendar was extremely knowledgeable of all the brands and models of refrigerators, especially in light of the fact that specific types of refrigerators are back ordered because the manufacturers are behind in orders. Once I heard the specific make and model was going to take several months to come in, Maria was very patient with me to go over alternate products. I just found her very easy and enjoyable to work with! Kudos to Grand Appliance for having a top-knotch, conscientious representative on the showroom floor! And yes, I will shop again at Grand Appliance.

Purchased a dryer that was marked down in the closeout section. The dryer was delivered and setup on a Saturday @ 9am. I washed clothes the dryer does not work. Multiple error codes pop up. i call the service department and they can not service the item that was just delivered for a week and a half. I call the store where i purchased the dryer and was told i cant returned the dryer. The tech shows up today and tells me that the dryer has been serviced before with the same error codes and is a return. I was told by Grand Appliance customer service that this was a floor model. I will never spend my money with them again.

Knowledgeable and honest sales staff and a large selection of appliances to choose from. I was happy to work with someone who knew about the different models of dryer units and could explain features, not something that I experienced at other stores. Extended warranty available on most items is a plus and the delivery fees are quite reasonable.

Worst experience ever!!! ordered a fridge and range that was delivered July 31st, first of after wasting my entire Saturday waiting for the delivery crew to arrive since my eta got pushed back further and further every time I checked they finally arrived with my nice cracked refrigerator, after installing the range I had requested to have them return the fridge, waiting until Monday for the phone call the driver said I would receive since I returned the fridge never got one, come to find out my sales person was transferred to another location, I then went back to the showroom decided on another fridge had delivery set up for Saturday July 31st, once again wasted another day waiting around for delivery until tracking app showed my new fridge had been delivered when it clearly was not, never got a phone call NOTHING! left message for store to straighten out Sunday never received a call back, called 3 more times Sunday still no call back to finally have to go into store and talk to the manager Adam on what happened. on top of all of this I have a 1-1/2 year old and my wife is pregnant and I am with no refrigerator, Adam attempted to figure situation out, got new fridge delivery set for Tuesday Aug 3rd had to leave work for several hours, one of the delivery people in particular was terrible, complained about him having to figure out how to get the fridge into my house the entire time, removed my door into house from garage and chipped the door in several places. finally have a fridge but what a horrible experience, will never go to or recommend Grand Appliance to anyone!!

We needed a frigerator went to two other places to check prices and availability and delivery and how much it would be to haul out the old frigerator we were in and out in about 30 minutes or less got a frigerator for a great price in 3 day we will have a new one and the old one will be gone at the same time for less money then the other two stores vary happy customers thankyou Grand Appliance

We went to Grand Appliance to purchase a package of appliances, including a fridge, range, and dishwasher. We came in with a quote from a competitor to do a comparison. We worked with Adam and he was AWESOME! He knew every appliance we were considering, along with their exact location in the store and most of their specs. He saved us money on a scratch-and-dent fridge (with a very minor blemish) that allowed us to upgrade the other two items in our package and still stay within our budget. He was able to beat the completion’s price with better products. His sales style is informative without being pushy. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells, and they had a fantastic selection to choose from. Highly recommend!

After living with only a broiler and stove top after the oven went out on my whirlpool stove, 3 yrs ago, I happened upon these guys while running errands. Had seen commercials so was curious if they lived up to the ads!Boy did they. Literally, took me under 20 mins., to be greeted, explain what I needed, peruse inventory, ask questions AND purchase my new GE convection, self cleaning, slate (matches my GE fridge I got somewhere else), 6 burner stove with delivery and 6yr warranty (1 GE, 5 Grand Appliance).Best part, it was also on sale and arrives in under 2 days installed and out the door with old model.Salesman Carl was a gem... wasnt pushy or sketchy more so when I was a bit concerned if I was getting slate color, he was attentive and precise in showing me all was in order.Im so excited.

After a week of research for a new washer dryer pair, and even a recommendation from a trusted friend who purchased from Grand Appliance and TV a year ago, I walked in this afternoon ready to drop $1,500+ on new machines. I would’ve been the easiest sale of the day, as my mind was already made up however, the lack of basic customer service pushed me right back out of the door.There was ZERO acknowledgement that I even entered their showroom. I glanced at the time and then at the three salesmen behind the counter who seemed too busy to pause their conversation to simply greet a customer. I perused their selection myself, for over 5 minutes, and was never even approached with an offer to be helped. Beyond disappointing, and I’ve reported back to my friend to take them off of her list of places to recommend.

Grand Appliance was the only one who had a model that was in my price range, a delivery date that was acceptable, and an extended service plan at a reasonable price.Adam, the salesman, was polite and very helpful. Do NOT purchase appliances from this business. The purchase of our appliances was pleasant.However, after Grand Appliance got my money, my experience took a complete nose dive. We are currently in the process of renovating our kitchen. When part of our order came in, we received notification about our pending delivery. My wife attempted to contact the store and left several messages to reschedule our delivery time. None of her calls were returned.She was able to get through corporate who cancelled the delivery and notified the Greenfield store of the cancelled delivery. My wife got no call back to reschedule and again attempted to get a hold of someone at the Greenfield location to reschedule.After receiving no call back I had to drive to the Greenfield location to speak with someone. I spoke with Carl K. who stated they are unable to return calls because they are too busy to listen to all voicemails. Carl K. was able to tell me when some of our appliances were scheduled to be delivered. Thankfully, I was available on the new scheduled delivery date. Carl K. also suggested I email the salesman who sold us our appliances when we needed assistance.After the delivery I had a concern about the beverage cooler we ordered. I emailed our salesman Kurt B., but after 4 days still havent received a response. I again called the Greenfield location but was unable to get through.I decided to contact the Brookfield location and spoke with Taren. I asked to speak with a supervisor and told her the reason I was calling. Taren stated the manager was with a customer and would call me as soon as possible. Half the day has gone by and I still havent got a call back.I will continue to update my experience as time goes by.

They were very helpful and patient with us as we looked at every refrigerator in the store about 5 times each! Maria was very helpful letting us know which fridges we could get quick as we needed a new one right away because our freezer broke on ours. We waited and came back later the same night and by the time we decided the delivery day was not Saturday anymore. Bought on Thursday and were hoping to get Saturday but it was now Wednesday but Maria took the time to email and let them know it was an emergency and they were able to add us for Saturday! Such a great experience!

Nice and helpful but not pushy associates. I opted to transport a new dishwasher home and do installion myself; however, I noticed a couple not very significant dents on the unit (purely cosmetic). When I reached out to Grand they got back to me quickly and offered to exchange the unit (which I preferred not to do, given the hassle), so they instead were able to provide what I took to be a fair and reasonable financial compensation. A better experience overall than dealing with the big-box store competitors.

Im not sure what happened. We used to love this place... our last few experiences weve had a terrible time with getting our appliances delivered and communication. I want to be very clear that the actual delivery guys were GREAT, but the promises and lack of communication from the folks in the store was not good. I dont blame the individual workers... but something is going on here...

Terrible experience. We just bought a dishwasher and refrigerator from them. Their subcontracted delivery people dented our walls, scratched our floors, and left a huge puddle of water in our basement. The dishwasher they installed was missing a handle. Grand Appliance absolved themselves of any responsibility for the handle, and pawned it off on Whirlpool. Marie Calendar was flippant, vapid, and impossible to reach. After dozens of calls, we finally did receive the handle... actually we received 3 of them! All the while, Whirlpool and Grand Appliance were in direct competition for the most atrocious customer service I have ever received. To this day, I am yet to hear anything from our complaint filed with Grand Appliance corporate office. Truly a poorly run organization.That being said, the buying and shopping process was great. As is often the case, the sales part of the experience was good. Delivering on their promises was terrible. I am an affluent customer who still needs a multitude of appliances. I will buy them elsewhere. (And make sure my vast peer group also shops somewhere else).

Excellent in-store customer service. The sales staff assisted me in finding the correct gas stove I was looking for and lined up quick delivery and removal of my old one. Delivery drivers practiced Covid protocol,were courteous and careful installing and checking that the gas stove operated correctly. My Samsung fridge that I had for 3 1/2 years broke I purchased it at the Best Buy. After shopping at four different stores for a new fridge I was having very difficult time finding what I needed. I had my eyes laid on a LG however Unfortunately it was 1799 at the Best Buy store and that was just too much money. When I finally got to the grand appliance store I found the same LG fridge for $400 less, They were able to get me in for a delivery within 48 hours and I am forever grateful for it. My sales person had an excellent customer service skills and went above and beyond to ensure my delivery was available within requested time window Since my current refrigerator was not cooling my groceries i was in a pickle with potentially of losing all my groceries because they would end up going bad. Over all 5 star experience!

Would give no stars if I could . I bought a GE commercial grade washer dryer to be delivered on a Friday maybe Saturday they would let me know. Friday came no word called had to leave a message . No call back after 3 hours . Made another call could get me the dryer next week washer not for another week. To have not updated me on the status is the worst customer service . I cancelled my order because I do not have to accept this type of service.

I was a BUYER today. I started at the website and found no way to buy from their clearance center. I called the 800 number on the page. After 20 minutes of holding I got to leave a voicemail. Then I went back to their main page and did the chat thing. They gave me the direct number to this location. I called. I got voicemail. I left a message. Now flash forward about another hour to hour and half. I use my lunch hour to drive to this location. I get inside and their are 3 sales people, each of them occupied with shoppers asking a million questions. Even I could tell they werent actually there to buy. I went right to the dryer I was there to buy. Ignored. I stood around for about 10-15 more minutes, nothing. Finally had to leave. Still need the dryer, but now Im going to buy elsewhere no matter how much more it costs. Low price means NOTHING if youre not allowed to actually make the purchse.

This place is the clown shoes of appliance sales and has the worst associates ever. Bought a washer from Kurt Beckwith on 2/15 with a promised delivery of 2/19. No call on 2/18 with our delivery window so called the store on 2/19 and left a message which was not returned. Called the store later and talked to Kurt who said hed look into it and call us back which he did not. Called the store yet later to find out it never shipped, he wasnt sure why, but assured us delivery on 2/26.No call on 2/25 with a delivery window so called the store again; Kurt was not in but talked to a nice gal (didnt get her name). She told us were were #60 on the list for that washer and couldnt say when itd actually come. She switched our order to a similar model and promised delivery on 3/3, which actually happened.Kurt pretty much lied to us over and over and kept trying to ignore our inquiries but my persistent wife would not allow it. We had a similar problem about a year ago with scheduling delivery for our dishwasher with an apathetic salesperson. Its almost like once they complete the sale they stop caring.I will say the delivery people are always excellent. Efficient, friendly and good at what they do. Not one problem with the delivery/setup crew. All the problems seem to be inside the store. Im moving on from Grand Appliance because more and more people keep saying what a problem they are for delivery of their appliances. It used to be a really good store but whoever is running it at the moment is running it right into the ground.

Ordered a microwave, when picking up box was destroyed and wanted to have opened from packaging. Dock staff tried pushing me out saying it was fine, once opened found bottom was all dented. Salesman wasnt the kindest when wanting a replacement and told me I would have to wait till the next week to receive a replacement or travel down to their warehouse to pickup. Refused any discount or apology saying how they dont make any money on microwave sales (doubt it) and that is the best they can do.

Needed new refrigerator, washer, and dryer, all at once of course. Isnt that how it always happens, and only 10 days from Thanksgiving too. Shopped on line at all the stores, did the research, and found what we wanted, and then wanted to go see the actual appliances.What a joke, none of the Big Box stores had them in stock. Checked Grand Appliance on line and couldnt tell if they had them in stock, so called their customer service number, who verified the store on Layton Avenue in Greenfield had them in stock.Made a trip, liked what we saw, got good service and knowledge from Maria Callender. She provided good pricing and so we decided to buy from her and Grand Appliance. Delivery and installation is scheduled and we are more than ready!Highly recommended!

My wife and I stopped in to purchase a refrigerator early last week. When we arrived, there were 3 people at the counter talking amongst themselves. No one greeted us. We spent about 20 or so minutes looking at the displays. Still no one approached us. We decided to leave and walked past the counter again, same guys talking, still no one even acknowledged we were there. Sales must be good...

Purchased a washer and dryer over the phone on Thursday and they were delivered and set-up first thing Tuesday morning. What awesome service! Certainly dont get that at the box stores!!!
