This store is GREAT! They always have good deals, a friendly staff and they have great customer service!I bought a frame for a jersey and the frame got damaged a day before I was going to hang it up. They returned it no questions asked!Would recommend

It is sad to hear that Michaels is CLOSING FOR GOOD. I spoke to an employee and she told me that the sales at Michaels is not where it should be. Its clearly Hobby Lobby is beating them. Im just glad there is another store I can go to.

Brought my frame and new photo to be rematted in today! It was an expensive frame years ago and went with my new photograph! I wanted a double mat as well. The Manager told me I needed to buy a new frame! Really? Went somewhere else! I used to love Michaels, no longer!

Selection of items was pretty limited but I did see staff restocking and putting out new items.

Searched for frames online for several pictures I wanted to frame and then went to the store and found exactly what I was looking for. And got some clearance Christmas items as well. Good quality frames that worked very well with my pictures and were at a very good price.

Love Michaels. Great way to grab everything I need quick when inspiration to work on a new project strikes! Always a bit slow to check out, but thats because they like to give everyone the attention they want at checkout. Can be a bit frustrating for those of us in line, but they do the best they can.

Great as a generic craft store. They didnt quite have what I needed. I was looking for patternless brown wrapping paper (so I could also use for birthdays) oh well. Still a good store

My latest trip to Michaels had me looking for 2 things...a printmaking kit and a learn to crochet kit. I used the app to make sure the items were in stock before I arrived. The app also helped me find the right aisle so I didnt have to search the whole store. The printmaking kit had 1 left, I grabbed it. I wanted some extra rubber pads as an impulse buy but decided to wait and price check other sites.I then walked over to the crochet section, spent some time figuring out what it to buy. Then I grabbed some yarn that was on sale.I was able to score a 30% coupon via text and it was off each item. Great deals, clean store, employees in masks, clean check out areas. Not very busy for a Saturday afternoon.

They dont have the stuff they used too. They dont alot of stickers or paper pages for scrapbooking no more.

Quarantine Edition:I ordered some items on Michaels that I needed the next day. The website states if ordered before 3pm it is same day pick up. I ordered at roughly 12am. Then I called the next morning around 10am and asked if I would be able to pick it up by 12am. The employee said that I needed to wait 24-48 hours for the items to process to use. I responded with asking about the same day pick up. She responded we are getting over 300 orders per day, so you just need to wait for the email, and then she hung up immediately without giving me a chance to respond.Her tone was rude, but I try not to use that as large impact in my reviews. We all have our rough days.However, If your website FRONT PAGE says same day I expect to get it same day, or at least some type of consideration, or apology from the staff to say we are working as hard as we can. I understand things go wrong or you get busy but I wont tolerate being hung up on from a large business. Im sure aside from quarantine, going to the store would be a fine experience, but I will never shop at this location because I expect decent customer service whether you are busy or not, in person or over the phone.

The Michaels is always clean and organized. Staff are sweet and helpful. My only concern is that not all employees enforce the mask wearing which is the stores policy.

Awful. The place is a mess. The line was at least 20 deep with 3 registers going slowly. Its a shame this place stayed open here and the one on Hwy. 100 and National closed. Such a dump!

I dont like the fact they spend money on ads, then when you get there and ask, your told we had the merchandise since August, and sold out 3 weeks ago.I dont know where they hide it at, because weve been in this store probably 3 times since August.Plus it was the sale price that drew us back in.So, you were sold out 3 weeks ago than why would you spend the money on an ad to liquidate merchandise thats already been liquidated? Ads cost money!Please dont try and convince me that ads are made up months prior.I also dont like that beggers approach you in the store with sob story mooching for money.Very uncomfortable.

We always find just what we need at Michaels, if anything they almost have to much to choose from (just kidding, Michaels please keep the awesome selection you do). They always have deals, especially if you sign up for their rewards. You will get emails that offer you coupons that have some discounts/savings. The store is always clean and neat. The employees are always helpful. I was in a bit of a rush and needed help finding something today and she dropped what she was doing to show me where it was.

***** Simply The Best *****Called to inquire on the process to order online for curbside pickup. So wish I would have caught the womans name who answered (Sunday, 5/10 ~ Mothers Day approx. 3ish) as she was so pleasant and professional its been a long time since Ive received such impressive service. It is employees like her who make the store what it is, keeps customers coming back, and what corporate should be grateful for having such an excellent representative of the company. Hopefully Ill be able to find out today exactly who I spoke with so this review can be updated to give her the credit she deserves.

Found everything I needed. The staff asked twice if I needed any help finding an item. Many great sales. Checkout clerk was very careful to wrap fragile items. This may sound simple but I appreciated that she looked me in the eye when providing my receipt and told me to have a great day.

Nice selection, poor customer service. I had a return to take care of and had the receipts to do so, yet I was still given a hard time. The cashier was quite difficult to deal with and I finally asked to take care of the return with a manager.

I love their photo frame selection and their sales are pretty good. Low key store, pretty chill place. Only thing that would make it better is some old classic hits playing. Like foreigner or journey or something.

I love going to Michaels, but with everything going on right now with the virus, the employees could be nicer and not rushing people to leave as soon as they arrive!! The woman was older and very rude saying “try not to touch so many things”, very rude, if they’re attitudes are like that they might as well close and not right away kick customers out when they’ve barely stepped one foot in the store!!!

Workers were very nice! I never have a bad experience here, its always organized, and if need help I always can get the help I need without someone having attitude.

This store has recently really tanked in terms of customer service and product quality. The last several times that I have gone in the workers do not know where certain products are and pass my questions from one worker to the next. I am really frustrated that during the COVID19 shutdown I placed a curbside order for 1 skein of yarn and I was treated rudely for picking it up in person at the curb instead of in a car (I was walking to get my exercise in for the day), and when I got home I found that the skein that they had given me had clearly been returned before and the yarn was in bad condition. The tag on the yarn was completely hand written on register paper. For me this sealed the deal that I will be heading down the street to WalMart from now on.

I LOVE visiting Michaels, especially during Halloween season. We were in a rush, though, so no browsing the craft books, enjoying the ribbon section, or dreaming of colors for cakes. Finding black, brass, or copper clip-on earring hardware would have made it perfect, but they dont offer them yet.

It is a craft store. If you have been to one you have been to them all. They do provide extensive coupons. Otherwise pay attention to their website.They are great for either new fans or first timers.

They price matched what we were looking for cause hobby lobby was closed on sunday and also set my son up with future discounts in his email. All in all a good bargain for name brand things
