After purchasing a part which was incorrect for my vehicle I was denied a return until escalating to several others in the organization. Ultimately I was refunded and the parts team apologized, which I certainly appreciate, but it wasn’t the best experience. They did take action to rectify the situation so I’m increasing my review from 1 to 3 stars in the end.

A huge thanks to Rosen Nissan Milwaukee Auto Parts! I was stranded on the side of the road and they not only picked me up, but were able to replace the random part my car was missing!
