This isnt my first time using Felsing. I love their services. Their prices are fair and they are honest!! They diagnosis with confidence, not guessing. They always know exactly what the issue is and repair that exact issue, not trying to make you pay for a million other repairs that MAY not be crucial. They are always upfront about if its necessary/safety concern or if it can wait to be repaired. I love that about them alone. Prices are fair and customer service is undeniable!

The Felsing team went above and beyond to have the brake work completed by the next morning, and to minimize the inconvenience of having to leave the car overnight. I was extremely impressed with the arrangements they made to get everything done. Highly recommended!

Wonderful customer service and work done! We have been customers for about eight years and have been so grateful for the service they provide.In this recent instance, the check tire light came on. I called to see if they could look at it as I know they are scheduling a couple of weeks out for some jobs. I was told they would fit me in. I immediately went and in an hour they diagnosed the reason for the leak and fixed it. What was especially considerate on their part is that this was a Friday before a holiday weekend.

I adore Felsing’s. I have never felt uncomfortable or pushed to purchase something I do not need. The staff are all incredibly knowledgeable, kind, honest, and are great at explaining their work, and I will never take my car anywhere else. I cannot say enough good about this shop.

As a young woman, finding a trustworthy auto shop is a little daunting. In my experience, the people at Felsing have integrity and do the best they can to take care of their customers even when they have a beater car like mine. I’ve never felt like they were trying to rip me off and I cannot say the same about other auto shops. Glad I found them.

I scheduled an appointment to have a fuel pump put on my vehicle after a 2 week wait. Felsing looked over my vehicle they stated that I needed repairs done in my break lines that I recently had repaired with a 90 day warranty from another shop. I explained that I wanted to give the shop the opportunity to fix what was repaired wrong on my break lines. Felsing stated that if I didnt make the break line repairs with them they wouldnt do any other work on my vehicle. With that being said I reached out online to contact the owner regarding there policies and procedures the number I was given was to a relative that stated the owner was on vacation. The next morning I called the shop and was told that since I tried to reach the owner thats not how they do business and requested I pick up my vehicle and no repairs will be done. No one should have to feel strong armed in making repairs especially if you have a warranty on the repairs that were made its only fair to make a wrong right.

I have been using them for a while and they always provided honest, reliable, and thorough service. Their kindness and courtesy are outstanding. Highly recommended.

I can’t comment on the service but I can comment on the customer service.I called about getting a check engine light on my vehicle checked out.I called short notice in hopes to getting squeezed in at the end of the day or at least getting another time scheduled.The guy on the phone proceeded to laugh at me when I asked if they had openings at 4PM instead of proposing a new time. I thought this was very unprofessional. I get it was late minute and should have called sooner but laughing at customers like that is not professional.

Replaced a tire. Same day. Also, looked around and found a rim for the spare tire. Took extra time to locate the rim until they found one at a reasonable price, then installed it on the spare.. Typical great service from Felsings.

2006 RR HSE An out of towner drove my personal car across country to stay in MKE for a few months and needed an oil service once there -These can be very fussy cars, and often require specialty diagnostic tools and software. I have a love/hate relationship with mine and know the difficulties. All the certified Dealers in the County were weeks out for a simple oil change appointment so I called Felsings. A priority of mine for getting service was assurance that the diagnostic tools used would correctly interface with the car to reset the maintenance computer. A few minutes on the phone with them learning that although Felsing Service does not specialize in Landrover, the tools they have on hand were supposed to be able to interface correctly, and best of all that could fit me in same week so I accepted and dropped my RR off.Later in the morning, they called me to HONESTLY let me know that they before doing any work they tested out their diagnostic tools, and despite the literature, it just wasnt interfacing in order to reset the specific oil maintenance monitor, and they knew that was a specific request. Instead of doing the work first then finding this out, they took the time to actually listen to, and respect my request and took my input seriously about the challenges the on board computer can present to figure out up front they couldnt reset the monitor, and recommended an independent shop nearby that specialized in British cars that I would have spent a lot of time finding on my own. I was not charged at all, despite time spent on their end validating their equipment and trying everything they could including running a complete diagnostic (which they gave me the report free of charge). I did take my RR to the recommended shop and had a very nice experience there. It was clear to me that they operate with integrity, including having good relations with their competition in the area.

Alrighty folks, so we have a 1995 Chevy Van G20 which wouldnt start one day. We tried to jump it and when that didnt work we had it towed to Felsing. Got a call later that day saying the brand new battery was dead and needed to be replaced. They also told us that our beloved Reggie was not roadworthy and an accident waiting to happen. If we wanted to be safe driving our van we should at the very least have the work listed below (which totals over $1600) completed. Now, we paid $3500 for this van and so werent very interested in dropping half that price on all these seemingly life-threatening repairs.However, we started to get suspicious when we saw they suggested replacing the windshield wipers, which we had literally replaced a few weeks prior. I also consulted with another mechanic about the intake manifold who suggested a van this old would benefit from a simple $5 bottle of K-SEAL, rather than a >$700 replacement.The goal for Reggie was to serve as a mini RV as we set sail on the open road for a couple months this past year, so as you can imagine, plunging this much money into a past time wasnt part of this plan, but being scared into thinking that we could hurt not only ourselves but others in this accident waiting to happen, non-roadworthy van was pretty uncool.Fast forward six months and 10,000 miles later, Reggie is going as strong as ever. She traversed vast deserts, drove along tropical swamps, and climbed sweeping mountain ranges. All she needed along the way was a couple oil changes and some solid photo ops in the majestic landscapes (pictured below).So my advice to you, reader, is save your money and take your vehicle down the road to Pauls–our battery went low again, not long after being replaced at lovely little Felsing, where our man Paul diagnosed it with a lose connection and sorted it so that the battery wouldnt shift in its cradle. It never died again and HE DIDNT CHARGE US A CENT! He also talked to us about what our goals for Reggie were and respected that shes nice from far, but far from nice and we are just fine with that.tl;dr: felsing is a money trap, go to Pauls less than a mile down 92nd

Glad I found this place. Needed my AC system refrigerant recovered (legally cant do it yourself!) before I replaced the compressor. Left my truck at 7:30, and they basically had it done by the time I finished my walk home. Price was half that of Firestone. Pretty sure they took a loss on the time my truck held up a bay. I may take my truck there for transmission fluid change if I dont want to deal with the hassle of doing it myself.

They were able to take a quick look at my car and make a fast repair in between appointments, even though they were booked for days in advance. It was a quick turnaround and a good price, they were fantastic to deal with. I will be going back if I have any issues with my car in the future.

Pete and the mechanics did a outstanding job on my 350z. I am very picky with people servicing my car and happen to choose the right shop and people.I hit a curb, my tire blew out and thought my suspension was dead. They explained everything clearly and turns out I just needed new tires and an alignment. I thought I had to spend more than I expected but they saved me. Their prices are reasonable and service are honest.This is my new favorite shop!

My wife and I have had our cars serviced at Felsing for over 20 years. Weve been very happy with the quick, friendly and excellent service. I have passed this info on to many of our friends and they too have become loyal customers.

In the fall of 2018 I brought in my 2011 Toyota Avalon because a caliper fell out. Normally I try to do maintenance like this myself (could explain why the pads wore out and the caliper fell out). They redid all the breaks, and it was like having a new car. Much better than I could have done. It hurt my pride, but every time I step on those breaks, I think about how much safer the car is now. Im impressed with them. Of course now I come there for everything thats serious or I cant figure out myself.Theyve changed my oil. Tuned up my cars ignition system, replaced brakes, replaced halogen driving lights, vacuumed, plus more. They stand behind there work. Couldnt be hslpier.

I like to patronize smaller, privately owned neighborhood shops, so I thought I found a gem. The first two times I brought my vehicle in for service, I felt Felsings provided quality repairwork which cost less than other places. However, on my third visit, I discovered issues with some repairwork done by Felsings and they were very reluctant to repair the error - believing that the error was not their issue. In the end, they did make the repair. A few months later, I requested estimates from Felsings for two separate service visits. Both estimates were substantially higher than my Acura dealer (which dealer also provides me with a warranty on their work plus a free loaner vehicle during service). I will give Felsings 3 stars, however, as their shop is clean and the work has been done timely. I also feel they are trustworthy and will not recommend unnecessary work be performed. I would simply recommend getting additional estimates to confirm their charges are in line.

Our family has been going to Felsings for service for over 25 years. Their service is outstanding! They are always concerned about getting their customers the best service for the best price. We used to live 10 minutes from Felsings so, it was very convenient, in addition to being the best place for service and repairs. Now we live 45 minutes from Felsings but we continue to go there exclusively because we think they are THE BEST!

Whenever I take my car in there for service, I no longer get that sick feeling worrying about needless repairs I will be told I need. At Felsings, I KNOW they will treat me with honesty and concern for my dollar. They always get my repairs in and done quickly, and they always tell me clearly what needs to be done and what it appears might be coming down the road. If an optional repair is more cost-efficient to do now, they tell me that too, but ALWAYS, the choice is up to me. I have so much respect for the fact that Felsings has been in business in our neighborhood for over 90 years - and much of their business is based on repeat business.
