I decided to contact Naegele Awnings for my business and I must share that at this point there horrible. N for negative!!!! No communication and or return phone calls. I’ve paid a down payment of half my contract as of two weeks ago and have not heard from anyone. Made multiple calls to get the project started and was told I needed to make payment of half down. Im now seeking to go with a professional awning company. I will also be contacting BBB.I’m now asking for a refund and will keep everyone posted.

Absolutely do not use this company. They had a crew just show to house without calling to let anyone know and my family member had to call the police because she thought someone was breaking in. Instead of apologizing for the mis(no) communication they just left without saying anything or even a phone call. The receptionist was sympathetic but said she didnt know if someone was available immediately to discuss. Find someone else who actually cares about customer service and safety.

Weve been very happy with Naegele Awning. They do get busy in the summer but the installed our original awning, repaired it after a wind storm three years ago and now are replacing it after a fire last year. Maybe weve had some bad luck with our building but a very good experience with Naegele. Thanks.

I called to have Naegele give us a quote on 5 new awnings. The phone rang 8x before a very rude woman answered the phone. She said someone would have to call me back so I gave her my info and said they could talk to my husband if I was not available. Her reply was well who are we going to talk to you or your husband? Weve already received a quote in excess of $10,000 for this job so I guess well go with that company since Naegele clearly does not need our business! Get someone who has people skills to answer your phone. She must be a relative who was helping out because no business owner would pay someone to treat customers so rudely.

Completely dissatisfied, they did my awning for my restaurant. Everything looked fine until I realized they left out all of the white on the entire sign on both sides of the awning. I was told they would replace it but after hounding them for 3 months they have only replaced one of my signs and now will not reply to any emails or calls. This is not how you run a business, especially when it is one local business to another.

These guys are awesome. One of the support posts was hit buy a trucker and they fixed it within an hour.
