This is a great plumbing supply store. I had a crack on the toilet tank cover for my very old toilet at one of my rental properties in West Allis, Wisconsin. I couldnt even tell what brand of toilet I had because its so old and there were no markings. I took the cover in and they were able to find a great match! I highly recommend the store. They are very friendly and helpful.

I dont hand out 5 stars easily, or readily. After all - nobody is perfect - however, this establishment thoroughly deserves them, and I havent even picked up my purchase! I visited the store, then made calls to them, they were patient and understanding which is what this senior citizen needs, because I know nothing about what Im shopping for! Who knows toilets, unless your a plumber. Dont hesitate to visit or call them...just the greatest!!!!

They offer great service and large selection of parts. I needed a small Kohler part to fix a shower. They had the part and was reasonable priced. So my shower was fixed the same day rather than waiting on shipping from an online store.

Will be skipping home depot and going straight to here next time.

Guys we’re so helpful! I was able to fix my tub handle for a fraction of the cost! And when it didn’t work as expected the first time they modified the shaft for me for free! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Needed parts for a Niedecken valve. Instead of just selling me parts, they rebuilt the valve on the spot. Customer eaa happy She didnt need to rebuild her bathroom around a new mixing valve. 5 stars all the way!

Stopped in here to get a universal toilet tank lever, because it was close by and I wanted to support a local business. Was told I needed to know the brand and type of toilet because they “stock 50-60 different ones and the universal ones don’t work anymore.” So I went to Menards and got one there instead which works fine. Oh well.

Horrible customer service!I stopped in for some water supply lines. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed, so I brought my old lines with. I was informed by the employee that the sizes are universal, and to just pick a length I needed (without looking at the old ones I had in my hand). When I got home, one of them didn’t fit. I attempted to make a return, at which time I was informed that I could not return it because it was used (since I screwed one end on a pipe). I confronted them that they told me it was universal fit, at which time they changed their story and stated that they are not, but they pointed me to the most common size.The worst part of this all is how I was treated. The owner or manager began to blame me and said, “It’s not our fault, you should know what you were looking for.” I went to this place because I did not know and thought they would help me. If I knew exactly what I needed, I would have gone to Home Depot and got it for cheaper. Trust me, I will not be returning.

Trying to fix plumbing issue myself with very little experience. Called to ask for help. Was told to send pic. Inner an hour later I followed up asking if they had the part. Reply was that it wad in stock. The man behind the counter wad helpful when I went to get the part. However, I was charged $61 for the sane party that home depot charges $39 for. Receipt indicates they only accept exchanges on major brands.

Great store! Had a part I needed to repair an old 1940s Kohler faucet in stock. Who appeared to be the head guy there, helped me out with some of his knowledge and tips which made the repair easier than it would have been otherwise. Next time I need some plumbing related stuff, Im definitely going back.

Such a great experience. Very knowledgeable and a good teacher for those of us with only basic plumbing skills. My dad always swore by this place and they continue to be great.

Horrible experience. My husband went in with a supply list. The person he spoke with said he was too busy and to send it in an email. I sent the parts list in an email. I called to follow up and was placed on hold and then told I would receive a call back because they were too busy. I called back two days later after no call. They had no idea what list I was talking about, because nobody brought it to their attention. When they found the email I was told that they were too busy, it would take five hours just to find pricing, and another four to five days for the parts. Unfortunately they are too busy to help customers. I was looking forward to supporting a local store. We are building a bathroom, meaning the opportunity for them would have been great.

After explaining my drain problem, I was immediately given the correct parts to complete my repair. Very knowledgeable and well supplied with whatever plumbing parts you need.

Came in Sat afternoon with a sick Kohler shower faucet. When I asked them how long to rebuild ... they said about 20 mins. Service was awesome and price was great.

Excellent service. The staff took a lot of time to come up with a novel solution to a problem I encountered due to previously installed hardware that was out of date. They explained the solution and installation steps in a clear way that let me complete the install myself.

If you need any kind of plumbing parts, this place has it, and the experts working there know where to reach for it with their eyes closed. Not particularly cheap as compared to other bigger stores, but the parts selection and the experience level of the employees is incomparable.

I came in with a broken valve, I set it on the counter, and the employee walked directly back to the spot on the shelf where new ones were. He didnt look it up in a book or a computer, he knew what it was and where it was.Just awesome. With 7 radiators and an aging boiler I know ill be making the trip out here for my plumbing parts.
