The cashier tasha was great had good customer serviceMade me feel good nd had me laughing ... I will go back just to see her again

The store is very small and looks over saturated with products. Personally I think this store items are overpriced. Sometimes their employees are nice and sometimes theyre not. I only go when I have to. But overall its a decent beauty supply store.

When I walked in was feeling kind of blue but I was immediately greeted by the cashier named Tasha she made my day feel so much better great personality kind of threw me off when I walked up to the cash register she most definitely proposed to me thought that was most hilarious thing ever I will most definitely come back to see her

I think the prices are overrated but overall I had a good experience had a great conversation with that cashier named Tasha great personality welcome me as soon as I came in made me feel like I was welcome u like some of the other employees that dont speak English but most definitely will go back and spend more money as long as Tasha is working she is a good cashier

Wigs our reasonable price, everyone in there had on facial masks. They even sale cute facial masks inside their store. I would like to see them sell the full lace wigs the 360° full lace wigs at a reasonable price of course in their store they didnt have any.

Im really upset . Went buy two wigs. I have never return a wig and one the one of the wigs were too small for my head. I just took it out the wrapping has I sit in my car. I called and ask if I could just exchange for another one and they told me no. I m just left out their. I really up because, I spend alot of money and regular customer. I will start going back to the store on 76 capital. They dont treat their customers like this. I have never had a problem bring stuff back. I have never taken a wig back. to the store. I liked going to this store because it was closer to my house. I will make sure to tell people not to go this store. I ask to speak with owner and the guy told me the owner was at the store on 76 and Hampton. I called their and he told me the owner was not their. They just gave me the run a run. Please do not support this store in midtown. People should value their customer not treat them like their no body. We as black our the ones that make you guys rich . If we all stop coming their, they would make no money. Their should be a better policy for the wigs. They our expensive. The should be like a better policy for wig.

Ok experience customer service could be a little better. No cell phones at the register while waiting on customers would be recommended. Gives u time to actually greet the customer makes them feel more appreciate as a valued customer. I did customer service for 13 years and know. Overall not a bad store products are very well packaged and store was very well kept!! Recommend this location foe your beauty needs.

Cosmo beauty is definitely the go to store when you need to grab a specific item... They always have the hair I need... I just wish they had more color options to the pre stretched braiding hair... Will definitely come back...

The cashier had a serious Attitude towards customer. I didnt give you that position, so dont take your frustrations out on me.

The only reason Im even giving this place one star is because of the guy trying to rein in his coworker. Dude at that front was trying to convince kids (in my visit a 14 yr old girl) to join the military. He was hounding her hard. Even after her mama had firmly said no. The cashier was trying to keep him in check. But nothing. Then I said something and dude started arguing with me. About how racism wasnt bad in the military. Cuz hes Latino (spoiler, hes white coded). He talked to a black military service member and she said the military wasnt racist. How people should just pick a base if they dont want to experience racism. (Because thats how it works, right?)This store is literally a minute from my house, but I refuse to patronize it again if this man continues his behavior. He is in a black beauty shop trying to send black kids to die. Im not having it.

Good didnt know what kinda hair I was looking for but the gentleman that was working knew just what I was looking for.

They had a really nice selection, I was very surprised and will be coming to this Cosmo from now on.

Very rude customer service the guy told me he was ready to close. I would have walked out, had I not needed the products tonight. 15 minutes prior to closing an announcement was made that the store was close. I would have spent more money but due to the rudeness I will not be back.

A bit congested with product, somewhat on the smaller side where Sq: footage is concerned.On the up side: Cosmo Beauty supply, does appear to have a colourful supply of good products.

Says it closes at 8pm and closed 15 minutes earlier.... never coming back. HAH and by the looks of the place, doesn’t look like it needs any business lossIs there a zero star rating?
