Place is BIG; VERY organized and clean. They have a great selection on product anc looks as though they keep up with their inventory. Will definitely be back.

Its good the reason why I had put four stars is because I saw roaches in my beauty products so when I had opened my jel I saw a baby roaches they were crawling and everything please get a exterminator because that is ridiculous it should not be no roaches inside of my stuff that I buy with my money cost it $50

This store is giving me life everytime I ho in it!!. Wish they would color coordinate the hair so that it is easier to find the colors you need or want. Like the picture wall of thieves...that is hilarious 🤣

Went in this place and tried to buy a lace front nobody was around stood there for about 5 minutes nobody came walked out didnt buy anything ridiculous you have to go find someone just to make a purchase

I bought some clothes from this store took home try on don’t fit went to return bought diff one also don’t fit good large pants to big medium pants to tight so I went to return guy only return one not the other only cuz he claims a little spot on it they still have tag was one day to another I will not shop on this store again bad mangers Don’t know how to give people there money back

I buy my hair care products there and they even have hard to find things there like the raw shea butter for an affordable price. New items are there that I cant get anywhere else. The wigs I buy are of good quality and a wide variety. Change my look every day yes I may.

Easy to find things. Helpful, funny employees. They might not know all the ins and outs to hair care for YOUR hair, like dying, they try but know what you want and they got it. Not the technique but the products! Love them and visit often!

Came into store and did not have a mask because ive been vaccinated for covid but the worker/manager told me to get a mask from the desk so I proceed to counter and he yells in Spanish give the white boy a mask completely disrespectful and inappropriate. Never going there again.

This is a newly opened store. This store has a good layout and plenty for you to choose from. The staff is always willing I help and make suggestions. The isles are low so you won’t feel like everything is closing in on you. This place is well lit and the lot is clean and well maintained.

The manager usually act like he dont want to help!!

Value beauty get one star for having a variety of items. one star is all they will get from me because they dont VALUE you as a CUSTOMER. i had purchased a few things from there.. a pony tail is one and they wouldnt allow me to return it. when i asked if i could return it i was told yes at the store but when i got home and realized that it was not the right number the store refused to allow me to return or exchange. i couldnt return anything,,, i was upset that i received help from there employee to help match my hair up but when i got home it was totally the wrong color. my problem if you dont have a sister in the store working for you.. to help customers match hair, then have other options... have something that people can look at to compare up close. any how i lost money from the ponytail and also my feeling for this store have really put a bad taste in my mouth.

All of the helpers by the hair dont want to help you they just talk talk talk to one another laugh and then when you ask him a question and ask for assistance they stand there like youre speaking in a foreign language and then when you ask someone at the counter by the cashier for assistance then they send you back to the same person that didnt help you in the beginning and they just bounce you around and no one wants to help they tell you to go to someone else basically theyre getting paid to do nothing I said the workers partial owners get smart with a customer because she wanted to return something he told her to get out the store just a lot of lack of respect for people that spend their money in the store I dont think I plan on going back
