I came here absolutely needing to buy a mattress and really not in the mood to actually shop for one. There was only an hour before the store was closing on a Friday night. James was the sleep expert that helped me.I really thought I would just look at one or two basic mattresses, pick one, and be on my way. However, James took the time to assess my needs and my situation. Then put my information into their computer program, which suggested a few mattresses. We proceeded to look at several different options with James giving his input and suggestions about each.After about an hour I ended up finding the perfect mattress setup for my needs. Then we had to figure out my contract and how I was going to pay. Ended up getting great, easy financing. I didnt get out of there until 45 minutes after the store closed. James never once was pushy or worried about the time. He just focused on helping me find what I needed and didnt stop until the job was done.Although I felt like this was going to be a dreadful, annoying experience - this was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. I dont think Ive ever had so much fun and laughter and just pure enjoyment during a shopping experience with a sales associate. Mattress Firm, HOLD ONTO JAMES! HE IS ONE OF A KIND. I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE. JUST FANTASTIC!!!Lastly, I spent much more than I originally budgeted for this purchase, but the financing options were simple and painless. So it made the decision to spend a bit more easy. Plus, I picked out a set that completely meets my needs. Ive never been so excited to sleep!!! Thank you so much James and the Mattress Firm team!

AWESOME EXPERIENCEI brought my elderly uncle in to buy a mattress I told Jim what we were looking for he pointed us in the right direction and he was very patient with my uncle. Not once did Jim try to be pushy or try to push a unwanted mattress on us. He made sure that we understood everything about the mattress, the delivery and if we not satisfied with the mattress ... We called Mattress Firm Miller Pkwy. and talked with Anna. We explained what we wanted and told her wed be there at 5PM on Sunday. She took care of everything, maximized our in store time and set up our order and our delivery. She navigated through some obstacles with finding a thin box spring to match the mattress we selected and getting the delivery set up at the time we needed. Couldnt be happier!

I went to Mattress Firm on Miller Parkway & wanted to purchase a king box spring. Their was some trouble with the system to process my payment so my payment was declined (even though I had the funds in my account). I was told I needed to wait for the payment to get out of pending status in my account & to check back later. I called a few days later & was told numerous things about them not being able to find my bill of sale. After a few failed attempts at getting a straight answer, I spoke to Donaven who explained everything that was going on to me as throughly as he could. I felt better informed after speaking with him on 2 separate phone calls. Donaven is a great asset to the company & they need more people like him. He really put my mind at ease.

My husband and I came in about an hour before the store closed. The employee behind the desk Holden greated us as soon as we walked in. We explained we just left another store and found what we think we wanted and Holden explained that this other store had an older model from what Mattress Firm had. I brought in a picture from the other store. Holden not only showed up the new model of what we thought we wanted and 3 other options based on what we said.Holden was a no pressure kind of guy and I appreciate that. I decided on a mattress and base which was slightly more than my budget. Holden worked his magic and was able to get me $2 under my budget with exactly what I wanted. I as hesitant to go to such a big name brand store, but I was very pleasantly surprised. There was just one salesperson in the store, Deanna, and the whole experience was great! There was no pressure to buy something I did not want, and the salesperson offered very helpful advice and let me try every mattress in the store! She also arranged for the pick up of the mattress the same day from the warehouse. All my questions were answered and I really enjoyed the process. The delivery was fast and they installed the base within minutes.I will come to check out some of the cooling pillow bundles.

Undergoing a mattress replacement with PureCare, the manufacturer of the mattress protector MatressFirm sold me. PureCare has been fantastic MattressFirm awful. PureCare was upfront about policies MattressFirm hid behind a long list of stipulations. Consider taking your business to a place that is more upfront and honest. Gosh sakes you can’t even talk to a human at MattressFirm about their policies it’s all over email.

I just went to this store location and my mattress needs were instantly met! I have been looking for a new bed base to complete my bed set and was promptly assisted by their amazing store manager. She was able to price match the bed base I have had my eyes on for awhile. I was sincerely pleased with the service I was provided and plan on returning for anymore of my bed necessities!

DO NOT PURCHASE A MATTRESS AT THIS STORE!I went to their location at the Miller Parkway location, in need of a mattress. The manager was able to explain the firmness of the mattress and she also displayed it for me. Once delivered on my first night of sleeping on it, I woke up in the middle of the night with huge amounts of lower back pain.I figured I needed to break the bed in, so I give it a day. The next day, I couldn’t sleep, was stressed out at work because I was having tons of lower back pain from the mattress. I called the manager and asked to return the mattress due to the pain I was having. They had the opacity to tell me as a customer that I must wait 21 days to break the mattress in!!!!!!Their is no way I’m going to get no sleep, have huge amounts of pain on my back because they fail to work with me. I called once again and a sales associate answered the phone, Not the manager.I managed to report once again the back pain and trying to return the mattress. The sales guy said I would be charged $100 for delivery and 20% restocking fee!!!I would most likely loose all my money for the mattress with this scam. DONT GO TO THIS STORE

My mother and I strolled into the Mattress Firm on Miller Park Way and meet the associate Aaron who helped us pick out a fantastic bed. I got a Queen Size that comes with box spring. So I got the Hampton and Rhoads which is crazy comfortable then the really really cheap mattress. I also sprung for the bed protectors because I dont mess around with bed bugs. Anyway Aaron was very kind and helped pick out the most comfortable pillows and a bed frame so my new mattress isnt sitting on on the floor. Buy beds from Aaron.

Went to Mattress Firm right after we got back from Steinhafels warehouse store. HUGE difference in customer service. We came in with an idea of what we wanted and the sales person educated us on which type of mattress to buy based on our sleeping positions.
