We did the tour and found it quick and simple. I like that you get 4 drink tickets and a souvenir glass to drink from. I tried two of the beers ( Abbey & the Lager) I did not like either, but did not have time to try the rest. The root beer is the best for sure. My wife enjoyed the cream soda. Overall had a lot of fun.

Hello DinersI am at the Brewery Comedy Tour here at Sprecher Brewery and I am having a blast with the locals getting ready for the show. Of course I am enjoying their Orange Dream soda which has flavor and a great aftertaste. As you can see with these photos its a rustic fun relaxing atmosphere for everyone and something to do in our wonderful part of the Midwest, Milwaukee WI. They had our local comedy artists and they were a riot. Natalie Wickman, Eric Smith, Robbie Makhlouf, Elisha Holbrook. I loved them. Check them out. They were a bit nervous but we did have a small group. I had fun and I know you will too! Dont forget to use Eventbrite for all your entertainment needs.

Amazing beers and root beer/soda. You can choose either flight of 3 or 5. You can mix and match the beers/soda. Their cream soda was delicious! There’s plenty of parking on the premises. Plus the gift shop have tons of selections.

Took the Reserve Tasting Tour as a late Father’s Day present and had a wonderful time!! Lisa did the tour of the brewery itself and was lively and fun, doing a great job explaining the facility and all its nuances. The tasting tour afterward with Lia was also a great time! She did a fantastic job of making our time entertaining and comfortable, while still being interesting and informative. She’s definitely a natural in front of a crowd and made the experience a fun one to remember.

The old lady in the tap area is Rude has an attitude and impatient. I understand if its the end of the day already and shell be grumpy coz shes old. But its mid day and shes giving us an attitude! I would give 5 star for the tour but the old lady ruined our day! God bless her!

A brewery tour for the whole family. This brewery manufacturers both beer and soft drinks and the tour is family friendly and fun. Bravo to this brewery for offering tours during the pandemic so we could enjoy their friendly and welcoming culture. GREAT tasting beer (Abbey Triple was my fave) and the kids loved all the Root Beer and Cream Soda they got to drink.

Came for the day and got a sweatshirt and some beers Staff was so friendly. The beers are awesome. Even Menards has Rootbeer

My girlfriend and I came and took the tour for something to do on a Saturday. Our tour guide was alot of fun, the sampling was great. An all around good day date.

This brewery has a large bar space that feels quaint and intimate and a great gift shop that draws you in.Ive enjoyed Sprecher Root Beer for years and finally getting to the brewery to experience all of their beers and sodas was well worth it!

Ray was an amazing tour host and we really enjoyed his jokes, puns and overall knowledge of the brewing process!

My husband and I took our 3 boys, ages 18, 12 and 10 on the tour this afternoon and had a fantastic time. Our tour guide Christian was amazing. Sure the beers were good and the soda was better, but the highlight was definitely the hilarious singing algebra teacher. I believe he said he only works Sundays, so make it a point to catch his tour. You wont regret it.

Always love visiting this place. Very happy to chill out and enjoy some flavored sodas (plan to try the beers in the future). Just picked up a case (24pk) of mix n match sodas. 12 separate flavors.

Did the Brewery tour with my family (5 & 9 year old kids. The staff was very polite, and was happy assist when needed. The actual tour itself was fairly dry, in spite of tour guides high energy. It just went a bit too long.That being said, we really enjoyed all the sodas and root beers they had. Really some of the best out there. They also had a giant Jenga game and nice Oktoberfest Pinball machine there.

Stellar tour with Nick! Great place to take the whole family. Kids loved the sodas and at 10 and 12 enjoyed the tour. The tour is long enough to be interesting and informative. But not too long that it gets boring. Worth every penny.

Took the gf on a date night tour, and our tour guide Ray was very knowledgeable on the history, very funny (if you like dad jokes), and overall made it a great experience. Plus the beer samples and soda samples make the price a steal. Cant recommend this highly enough!

Honestly, its outstanding! Our tour guide, Lia, was funny as hell, super nice and outgoing. She answered every question people had with ease. She really knew her stuff! It was amazing going through everything and seeing the process.

I went to the Reserve Tasting over the weekend and I’m so glad I did! Lia was a really fun host and a natural presenter! Not only were the flavor descriptions spot on, so was her sense of humor - somehow a group of mostly strangers, from ages 23 to 50+ all ended up talking, drinking and toasting some birthdays together. I overheard one person say she didn’t even know she liked beer until she took Lia’s Reserve Tasting. Totally will do this again!

This was such a fun tour we did with our family. Great tasting and laughs! Lia (Kallia- beautiful name and young lady) was so entertaining and smart! Well worth the time.

An annual pilgrimage!Whether were in town for a wedding, Thanksgiving or Christmas, we make a point of stopping by Sprecher to grab the unique soda flavors that are only available at the brewery! We live out of state and still have and use their rewards cardDont let your friends try to convince you that they can get these same sodas or of town. Sure, their Root Beer is readily available in stores out of state... But their seasonal limited runs? Nope. Cherry Cran Soda? Not anywhere else.

Up with the family for a couple day getaway. Went on the tour and hung out for a while afterwards, played some darts, had a few beers, great afternoon.

The tour itself was great. Props to Christian. But when it came to sampling.... long line with one person serving, only half of the beers were available. You could only get one sample at a time so it would have taken over an hour of time in line to try the 4 samples included. Not impressed and would not recommend. But I would go tour an algebra class of Christians!.

Attended the alley rats car show and the brewery and the car club were a lot of fun

Love the soda, dont love the new changes with tap room. Only 5 choices for sodas and it seems like less beer choices as well. No real COVID protections, but thats on the customers as well. No respect for personal space in tap room, even had one woman almost hit my parked car while walking to hers, she had so little personal space. While buying things, it was a little chaotic and disorganized. But let me repeat: soda is 5 star taste and love that they use WI products and give the waste back to farmers to use.

Good beer however no drink by date in the beer. So I call to ask. Lady in the gift shop says their beer never goes bad. Really?? It’s the coded date beer was brewed. Leinies Sam Adams and other fine octoberfest have drink by dates. Sorry sprecher don’t carry my code book with me. For that reason. I’mOut

We had a GREAT time on our tour. We had a tour guide who was very friendly, hilarious, and even SANG for us (which made it a super fun tour regardless of your age). Someone needs to give this man a raise! Very impressed and looking forward to coming back and recommending the tour to others. Choose the Sprecher tour, you won’t regret it!

Well worth the $8 to take a tour and get to try the beers on tap. We may or may not have left with a 24-pack of the Maple root beer. Highly recommend!

I LOVE THEIR ROOT BEER, just wish I can get them on the east coast! Ryan did an awesome job with the tour as well, very entertaining and informative. I am surprised they have not outgrown their facility, so look me up if they do ;)

Christian is a great tour guide, comedian, vocal artist, and story teller. His presence on stage is cunning and delightful - interacting with the guests and always having a response for every quip they threw his way. I won 1116 imaginary points. The story behind the brewery is great and hopefully you get a chance to experience it for yourself.

Me and my family visited on 9/5/21....we did the 12pm tour...I would love to say...Christian who was the tour guide...was on top of his game...stupendous with the knowledge, entertaining throughout the tour with singing and humor...6 stars to Christian...tour length was just right...samples of beer and sodas a plus for visitors...for just a break in the day...go to Sprechers and take a break with a comforting drinking area...

This is definitely one of the better brewery/brew tours in Milwaukee. We had a great time going here and doing the tour. Our guide was fun and made the whole thing very enjoyable. The beer is great. We paid a little extra to do the cheese pairings with the beer and that was cool too. If your in Milwaukee and you like beer then THIS IS A MUST!Had a great time here

Skip the tour and drink beer and soda instead. Nothing was running and most of the bottling portion is outside of the view of the tour.

While I cant review the physical location, I can say that their sodas are some of the best Ive tried. Their Cherry Cola is especially amazing. Probably my favorite soda and thats saying something. Cant say anything for their beers but Im sure those are excellent as well!

I have drank a lot of cream soda in the past, but by far Spercher is the best I have ever tasted. Weve enjoyed their root beer for several years as a local custard stand in Springfield Missouri serves the root beer. The tour does cost $6 per adult but you get (4) 8 ounce servings of a beer of your choosing plus you get to keep your glass, I think the glasses are $3 in the gift shop. They do offer snacks at an additional charge. As someone stated, the hard apple pie beer is unbelievable. Its delicious! Fresh root beer is fantastic. I would do the tour again. You have to make reservations.

Always a great experience of having beer and soda options! They arent stingy with the beer options and you will learn something. If you are new to tours or a pro, it is the best brewery tour experience our family has enjoyed up to this point.

Highly recommend the Black Bavarian for a rich stout drink and the Dr. Sprecher or Cream Soda for a Non-Alcoholic taste!

Phenomenal taproom staff, and the last time I had a stout that tasted like this I was in Latvia.

Had an amazing time with Patrick doing beer tasting. He is an amazing host and with a great spirit. Highly recommend having him for a tasting. Beers were pretty decent but the experience get the extra humph from the people.

Like the other classics in Milwaukee, this is a must visit brewery, less insanity than what youll find at Lakefront for those who enjoy German inspired beers. Great gift shop as well.

So I started buying the root beer and honey cream soda here in Holt Michigan and now theres nothing more that I want than to visit the Sprecher Brewing Co. The cream soda has me mesmerized and I personally think its the best out there. I will visit this place as soon as I can afford it.

This is possibly the best beer have ever tasted. We enjoyed the tour and tastings. My favorite is the Black Bavarian. The freshly brewed root beer was awesome as well. Too bad this good stuff is not distributed far and wide.

Great tour, good beer, unfortunately they encourage other people on the tour to walk around without their masks, even if theyre not even drinking anything. Not expecting them to confront every patron, but could just... not encourage them to go maskless?It seems to be by design as well, but maybe things changed with new owners. Previously you didnt get your samples until after the tour was over. Now theyre giving the samples before and during the tour, which, in addition to telling patrons that they can leave their mask down as much as they want and move it up and down as much as they want to, it just seems like it was added so that people in a congested group wouldnt wear their masks. This obviously lead to people not putting on their mask for the full 2 hours they were there, even when getting up from their table to go to the bar or bathroom.

Very disappointed that every phone # is a voice mail. There appears to be no human to answer the phone. Voicemails are not returned. I have been impressed with this company but frustrated with my attempts to reach them.

Was in Milwaukee on business, and a friend recommended purchasing some Sprecher Beer. None of the bars/restaurants I visited during my trip served any of this brewerys beers but I finally had a chance to stop into the brewerys store on my way out of town. Very cool place. Loved the décor. The prices were reasonable and they had a very large selection of both beer and soda. They also sold other locally made products which was a nice touch. My only complaint was that the clerk was not knowledgeable about the products sold in the store. However, she was very friendly and polite; just didnt really know enough to make any recommendations or answer specific questions. Over all a great experience. Looking forward to sampling the beers I purchased.
