Cant find help. Im waiting on manager #3 after investing 25 minutes so far for car battery replacement help. Mike was paged 8 and half minutes ago. Front desk is a ghost town. No one there.

Surprisingly they had the material I needed and it might be the last one in the area. They did a great job keeping it on hold for me. The only issue is no one knew where they were keeping it on hold so it was a bit of wondering to find the right area

Menards is great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are reasonable, and if you do a lot of work on your house its worth doing the rebate they usually have running. Its easy to get someone to ask questions to!The place they dont shine as much is tech. They quite often have to check on stock because their system isnt great at that, and you need a receipt for returns. If you dont have it looking it up is a pain.

We love menards always friendly helpful and safety is of a high priority to ensure we as customers are safe as well. They pulled a chair off the floor as soon as I pointed out that it was malfunctioning. Nice job looking out for the customer.A+

Always enjoy shopping at Menards. They have almost everything I need, and it is easy to find things in the well marked isles.

The store itself is as fine as just about every other Menards. The associates on the floor are a different story. Many don’t seem to know anything about the products you are asking them about let alone where they are in the store. It’s been a 50-50 chance anytime I have asked someone where some thing is, they are correct.

Searched for help for over 15 minutes. Then I got sent to the wrong area twice. Other than that just a great visit.🤣

Hadnt been here in awhile because of the pandemic and also my mobility issues. There were some things I needed I couldnt find online so decided to give it a try again. Was very happy to see they had the battery operated scooters so it was easy for me to get around the store and get what I needed.

Clean parking lot, was greeted as i walked through the entrance. Plenty variety of products shelves nicely stocked. Only problem is the floor associates can be way more helpful rather than just standing around looking at their phones, but all in all its a good store.

Very good customer service by the grills thank you. Shelving area corner associate working ignored me. Two ladies in grocery area kept talking to each other while I stood waiting for help...I left store.

Asked for certain item that I know they carry. Was told by two employees they do not carry them.qalked around and found them anyway. Knowledge is key and they didnt have it

My second home at this place. Everyone is nice and helpful. Make you feel welcomed to be there. Today special to me because I been known the Sercuity guy for years now He always nice and respectful to people even when he don’t have to be. Took verbal abuse from a bum and still keep it professional. Did it all with a smile on his face. Give the big dude with dreads a raise he deserve it. It warms my soul seeing our young kings in such a positive light. He chose the higher road not to many our youth takes. Shout out to him. Next time I will get his name and thank him for his service.

Shopping at the store itself is fine but DO NOT RENT ANY TOOLs with moving parts from here. I called ahead to see if a masonry wet saw I wanted was available and was told it was, came in to rent it. Asked for the manual and it took the person who was helping me 40 minutes to get a manual for me. Then I loaded it up and went home. After consulting the manual I realized I was missing pieces for the saw, went back to the store and I found the pieces myself in the rental area. Then the next morning I went to set up the saw to do the work. The saw’s water pump was not working and the blade and possibly other parts were not functioning well. Took it back and received a full refund but the guy who helped me knew the saw was not working and said it should not have been rented to me in the first place. I wasted at least 3 hours and three trips to and from menards and didn’t even get to use the tool. So frustrating!

I came to get some garden tools. The two people I asked help from were very helpful. They practice social distancing. It was a fast in and out experience. My prefer way to shop 😁👌

I was able to get mulch at a reasonable price. However, I hated that I had to go out in the rain to get it. How come they dont have their mulch inside like Lowes? That would be helpful on rainy days. Otherwise, everything i wanted was there at a nice price.

Need blocks? They got blocks. Need tools? Of course you do, we all do. Never enough tools, more MORE! The return policy is fair, and the rebates are sweet.

It was awesome. I got to see a lot of thing Im going to put in my house and when I had a question the staff was super helpful and friendly. I got to try the massage chair that I will be buying next week and the toy cars was my treat. I bought what I came to get blades and I can spend all day in there. Love

Picked up a lot of vinyl siding for a job and not one person out in the yard ever asked to help. Other stores most certainly do. I used to work at the Menards in West Bend years ago and I was always told to stop what I’m doing to help the customers. There were literally three guys in the same alley watching us load our stuff and one guy was eating his sandwich. I’m guessing there customer service is just a different philosophy than where I worked about 10 years ago

Menards was disappointing to say the least. I was unable to find the appropriate garden tool I needed because they simply didnt have one. I have got a great idea. Since Menards buys most of its junk (merchandise) from China. And the Chinese Govt. is a sworn enemy of America, although Joe Biden speaks highly of the Chinese Communist Party, (oh I wonder why that is?), then I propose that we boycott Menards. Spend more money at your local hardware store, home depot, and anywhere else American workers are appreciated more the Communist Party of China. Make America Great--not China!

I shop at Menards every other week,a great place to pick up cleaners for your home,they nice flowers and shrubs.very reasonable prices.

Followed social distancing people wore their mask over their nose and their mouth. Staff was very helpful the prices are so reasonable they have everything that you need. I just wish they get they 11% rebate back again real soon I miss that from their store.

We’ve been going here for years. Competitive prices, big selection, fairly organized and stocked. If you know what you need you’ll likely find it. The returns desk, paint department, and the contractors desk (sometimes) seem to be your best bets for assistance. The cashiers are pretty nice, although some don’t say a single word to you at any point of the interaction.Getting help in most other areas is hit or miss. Recently (Oct 2020) when in the store for over a half hour on a day with few customers, we passed many employees. Not one acknowledged us. In the tile section there were two younger male employees leaning on a desk and looking at their phones. We walked right past them 3 different times over a 15 minute period (we were trying to find something in that section), neither ever looked up. Obviously we could’ve interrupted them, but when you’re being ignored like that, I’ve found there’s a good chance there’s a reason: They don’t care, they don’t know where things are/how to help, or don’t want to be bothered.I had many jobs like this growing up. I found trying to help people, even when you’re not 100% sure of how to help, will make you eventually know more. You can pick up a lot of life skills in a home improvement store that’ll help you for, well, your whole life. And it’ll make your workday go faster.

I went to the optical depth for an exan a then bought glasses. Both teams were great! Love the team at Dr Schuesters office!

Great for exercise. Plenty of employees. Employees knowledgable in their area. Most will take you to your items. Some will give you vague directions. One sop store. No discounts for veterans or seniors.

I was there on Saturday to design a complete kitchen and purchase appliances to take advantage of the 11% rebate. But the women that came to help me was rude and couldnt have been less interested in helping me. She actually scolded a fellow employee for being late as I sat in front of her to start the process. I went to HD and spent 16K on what should have been your sale. She needs customer service lessons and some time off to think about her attitude. I probably wont be in your store anytime soon.

Dear Sir,I did some early morning (6:00am) shopping at your Brown Deer Menard’s. I have a terrible leak of water onto my basement floor and I wanted to get some opinions on how to tackle this problem. I had already ruled out the chimney as a source of contention, so now the problem had to somewhere in the floor. I was able to garner liberal information from tow of your workers: Daniel G. in Building Supplies and Bob, who is all over and all around everything. They both did an excellent job of helping to get to the root of this water problem. I like their interest in my concerns, a willingness to help as well as their passion for their work. In addition, I was there for the 99 cents sale as well and your early morning stocker, Dave helped me several times to find the correct items.This indeed was a good productive visit at Menard’s this morning. I was pleased to have found all of what I looked for and need. There can be many working there but not all will display a high level of concern as well as expertise. Therefore, if you have an “employee of the month” recognition/award, then I would like nominate Daniel, Bob and Dave. Better then home Depot

I used to do security for this store in 2015 with s.p.i security. Worst store I ever been at. The store mangers&employees were not helpful and there were little to no communication between security and the store. So my job at store was to make sure people paid for the salt before leaving the store with it [Checking their receipt] So to make this a smooth transaction as possible the cashier was suppose to tell the customer show your receipt to the guard who will then help you with the salt [those salt bags were heavy] Cashiers NEVER did or mention this to customers which lead to alot of arguments between customers and guards

Really no difference in shopping at Menards other than wearing a mask. They are well stocked with cleaning supplies and most other items one would expect to find at a home improvement store. This store can get busy at times but really have not had an issue of crowding.

I was pleased to be able to find a bag of fast melt salt. Quick trip in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Went in to pick up my online order and was directed back to the customer service desk. I was met with no one at the desk, just a radio. I rang the bell and nothing. Stood there for 5 minutes -- the whole time I could see my item and couldve just gone and grabbed it myself. A woman got in line behind me and it was only after she called the number for the direct line did someone come back and help either of us. It took me approximately 10 to 15 minutes for something that shouldve taken me maybe 5 at the most.After I got back to my car, I decided to call the store to inform them of the situation and that there was no one back there to help me. When I was put through to someone, the person on the end said ...here we go and then immediately hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

Awful online process ever! Buy online, get charged to have a store employee get your stuff, when its time to pickup your stuff you have to walk through the entire store to the farthest part of the store, only to find out nobody is there to help you. You need to track someone down for help then wait. I could have found my stuff and checked out so much faster. Saved no time what so ever!

This is my favorite Menards store. The layout is nice and the store is neat and orderly. They usually have everything Im looking for and the staff is very helpful.

The dock and yard and store personnel are friendly and courteous. As well as speedy. I deliver loads to menards all over the USA.

This Menards is a really big place soooooo if you have the time and the money, I would suggest that you go there for yourself, to see what they have you are most likely guaranteed to find something to use inside or outside of your home.

Great store with very helpful staff able and willing to assist and answer questions. The store is very clean and well stocked. Prices are also very competitive, I get many of the daily essentials here.

I went in and as soon as walked in i asked them where was the portable cooler was located and one lady just pointed me to the back and said they were towards the back. When i got to the back I asked another lady that works by the patio furniture said they were in the next isle over but till nothing i asked 3 employees and one of the men took me right to it. He said he is the manager thats works in the back

They have lots and lots of stuff, everything you could need and more. The only thing I couldnt find was a smiling friendly face that looked like they wanted to help. Not sure if it was that nobody likes their job or very under staffed. Do your research before you go to Menards, find what isle your items are in or you might be looking forever!!

Just witnessed a woman who was high risk for covid get laughed at when she asked the employees to wear their masks properly around her (they were below their chin). And then the employees ignored her and refused to serve her. She was trying to do a pick-up order to avoid going into the store and the employees were horrible to her.

Visited 4 Menards today and Google led me to each one! Finally got the playset!!

Ive been a steady customer of Menards ever since I bought my house about six years ago. Until now. I ordered some doors online 05/01/2020 and had an expected ship date of 05/14/2020. 05/14 came and went so I called the vendor and each time I called I was told the order would ship by the end of the week (I was told this three times on three separate occasions). I called earlier last week and was told by the CS rep that she could see that everything was completed and that it would surely ship by the end of that week. I called at the end of last week and the vendor told me that they are in fact waiting on parts to complete this order and it will now not ship for at least two more weeks.I sent an email to Menards customer service last week requesting to cancel my order. The first reply from them advised that they would reach out to the vendor and would follow up with me. I just received two more emails from Menards confirming that the order is canceled.Not once in those three emails did the customer service team acknowledge my frustrations. No apology for my inconvenience. Ive worked in customer service capacities in the past and the FIRST thing I did with an upset customer was acknowledge their issue then apologize for the inconvenience and then let them know I would take care of them.Menards customer service team woefully lacks any kind if decent training.

They need to update the phone stuff. Good luck getting anyone on that confusing mess. Now i have to drive there just to ask a question.

Frustrating, needed the special cart for plywood. Employees using all of themLumber stocked in the wrong place.

My biggest frustration with this store is their inconsistent stocking.. Seems like every time I go in they dont have at least one item even through their site says they have it in stock.Their staffing levels are very poor, too. Entire departments are often devoid of employees.

Some items do not have prices displayed and staff is sparse.

No help, was stuck in the lumbar yard without any assistance. Had to wait 30+ min in the blazing sun for someone to cut the wood and was not the only one waiting. This is because there was only 1 person working in the lumbar yard despite there are three people standing around the order pick up desk and two people just walking around.

Went in the store to get some drywall to renovate my upstairs found some drywall with a tag that said $2.69 each got up to the register and it was the wing SKU tag and they did not honor the tag so they let me walk away instead of honoring the price and I put back everything I was going to purchase which was $600.00 and odd dollars worth of merchandise instead taking off the odd 2 dollars cause the manager say I couldve of put it there or another customer instead of saying one of the employees put the tag there so I also got insulted on top of everything if you look at the tag is from December so where would myself or another customer get a Menards SKU tag from December in mid February.....I can tell you this Ill never so at this Menards ever again he also refused to give his name and kept his name tag covered but his discription is youth black guy with glasses hair shaved on the side with short dreadlocks on the top

This location always has what I need. The lumber selection is a little light due to supply chain interruptions due to COVID, but I still was able to get what I needed to finish my deck. Helpful staff and a clean store.

I needed help with a big building project and spent 30 minutes listening to the Millwork phone ring because NOBODY would pick up. This is a common occurrence. Many employees at the store are also extremely unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and give the worst attitude when you ask for help. This place is like 3 minutes from where I live so it’s convenient if I know exactly what I need - otherwise I know I’m not getting any help from here and I go out of the way to drive 20 minutes to a Home Depot where they’re much more helpful.

I went in for screws and I was helped by Calli in the hardware department. She was awesome. There should have been more than 2 registers open though.

By far the WORST Menards DO NOT GO HERE!!! Just had a baby in Illinois. Rushed 3hours back to WI because buddy said Tree fell on RV from storm. It is supposed to rain so I get to Menards at 930pm to get lumber and plan on working all night then back to baby tomorrow. I purchase and buy other items and get to check out at 10pm. I drive around to back lumber and it is closed so I drive back around and tell manager my situation and she says it closed and I cannot get the lumber I just purchased. Now it is going to rain and I have a huge hole in my RV which now is going to cause thousands of dollars in damages because the manager will not allow me or send 1 of the 9 employees up front to grab my lumber quick. I spent 6 years in military and wearing a cut off which shows I am prior military so I am no threat and got treated absolutely horrible. DO NOT GO HERE!!! And fire the manager working tonight!! The cashier and security guard were extremely nice no problems with them. Will be following up with corporate

Ive been using this Menards location for 7 years and they have all been great. The staff is always helpful. And theres never a crowd at this location no matter the time of day or year. Theyve always had every thing i need in stock, including a bathroom fan motor from a model produced in the 80s or 90s. And they had the motor for cheaper than any online retailer

I went inside to purchase a torch kit. Walked in and back out to find out my Rear window had been broken to try and steal tools from my tool van. Luckily you cant open the back doors without the keys. I parked in front of the security car to stop such an event from happening. But turns out the security guards are inside hanging out and not on patrol in their assigned cars. One security officer was Mopping the floors inside helping a employee and the other was talking to the Customer service gal since I walked in. I thought there was another in the car but turns out these 2 are the guys that are supposed to be in the car. The car just sat in the parking lot with the strobe lights on and no driver. Happened Oct. 31, 2019Definitely never going back to that Menards. I asked the customer service gal and security officer for info.. And they said they didnt see anything when my van was parked in from the the customer service windows and across from the guys patrol vehicle. Very Sad Example of security patrol.

The only thing I dont like about Menards is I am very disabled I have a lot of trouble walking and they never never have working electrical carts for me to use when I go theyre not on Brown Deer Road not out in Menomonee Falls or Germantown or even South Milwaukee Ive been to several of them and they never have mobile carts for me to use

Had difficulty finding product, only be one was out, but I was told there were over 200 in stock somewhere.

I located most of what I needed. For some reason they no longer carry ICE PICKS.
