Chris M, did a wonderful job at explaining my options and was the utmost professional.Hey, I even got FREE car washes! Who does that?...2yrs & 24 mile warranty on a used vehicle! And a few tire rotations & oil changes to boot!Gotta love this place & their people!
I had a 7:30a appointment, I left work to get mycar serviced and had to be back at a certain time. My car was finished within a 1hour 1/2 which I honestly thought I would be there longer. Thank you very much for your good service and hospitality! It is very much needed in the times we’re in! And of course I will be back.
My car has been at Russ Darrow Collison Center since 10/12. Todays date is 10/20 and I dont have it back yet. It is extremely difficult to be without a car for that long.I received my car after 10 days. The repair looked great and the car was super clean when I picked it up.
I just had one of the best car buying experiences ever while buying a car from Julian. When I mentioned I was not able to sign right away Julian and his manager were patient and mentioned to me to take my time and think it over. It didn’t stop there when I met the financial officer Jen she was super nice and made sure going through the paperwork was smooth sailing. I made sure to come back and buy that vehicle because it is not everyday that you get great customer service. I will come back solely on that!
The entire entertainment system on my Chrysler Pacifica went blank. I took it to Russ Darrow Chrysler Dodge, etc for repair. The repair was done perfectly and very promptly. All costs were covered by my extended warrant under Zurich. A very pleasant experience.

Everyone there was very helpful, and I found the perfect car for me almost instantly. The only thing was that I had questions and the employees didn’t seem very knowledgeable, but they did try their best to get my questions answered with the help of their coworkers/managers.
Would have been 4 stars but the 3.5% charge to use credit card is ridiculous. Make your prices competitive so credit card users arent forced to cover your cost of doing business!

This experience was great. It wasnt easy and the salesman was great as well. I seen him work with me and still greet at the door. I can tell that his job was real to him and he really did what he could do to make sure youre satisfied.
A very good service experience overall. People were professional and polite, the intake process smooth, and my Jeep repaired perfectly. Running great now.The only negatives were my experiences with the shuttle and the car wash. I waited an hour for the shuttle, but it seems the driver was out to lunch. It would have been better to let me know it would be an hour - I could have arranged another ride.As far as the car wash goes, I never got one. My understanding is you get one when you come in for service, but my vehicle was returned unwashed. Fix this - Five stars!

I received top notch service! Ralph provided low pressure support throughout my visit. He was patient and ensured that I knew all there was to know about my new ride. MY salesperson was very pushy for me to buy the vehicle and I did not like that! I was going to go to another salesperson due to Matt sounding like a know it all but knew nothing! It makes salespeople like him make people go to places like carvana so you dont have to deal with the pushiness!! Then Matt left the dealer in the vehicle then pestered me to look for it which was such an inconvenience due to me parking vehicle in one of my garages where I was not located having to go out my way due to him forgetting it in my vehicle!! Resulting with Matt coming to my home freaking my wife out with him looking my our bushes.... just a very weird experience.... someone needs to talk with this guy to give his some customer service training. Now Blanca I dealt with in the end and with I would have had her as my salesperson she was really helpful and a pleasure!!
This place is AWFUL and I am still reeling from the experience. First, they sent me a very personalized letter saying I can get out of my lease early and they are EXTREMELY motivated in doing that because they need my used Jeep. I called and was told to come in right away because I didnt want to miss this deal. I scheduled the appointment for Saturday. The sales associate I was scheduled with told me he couldnt help me because he had people he was more invested in talking to. I should have walked out then. I was passed on to a variety of associates. The kicker - they tried to get me to trade in my jeep for a downgrade with a HIGHER cost to me. That makes no sense. I told them about the letter I received and they told me the letter was auto generated and really didnt mean anything. This was an HOUR after I had received the run around from them. So any deal or incentive they try to offer you...it is a bunch of lies. It was a huge waste of my time. This is NOT the place you want to work with.
My daughter and I went to purchase a SUV for her. We traded in a vehicle that she also purchased there at Russ Darrow. Our sales person Bobby Mcquay was very professional and informative. He stated he was new there any question he couldn’t answer (there was only a few) he asked his fellow team member (Mr. Chris Mundell who was very informative and my questions were answered in a timely manner). Mr. Mundell went over the contract with us making sure we understood everything before signing. We had a wonderful experience there they took their time and made sure we got what we wanted. I always wanted a Jeep so this was a big deal for me and Chris Martinez didn’t make me feel pressured or like I was just a sale. The GM Ralph also got me a great interest rate (better than the financial institution I work for) and was very attentive the entire time! Not only that but Chris in the service dept was awesome when I needed my vehicle serviced and made it so quick and easy for me. Love buying through Russ Darrow and will definitely purchase from them in the future.
Was not happy that there was a shop charge for oil change and for a diagnostic test that that information wasnt given ahead of time. Also would have been nice to know ahead of time that you charge for using a credit card. Not everyone has debit card or carries their check book around.

I wasted my money on a full details I feel like my vehicle was being rush gettin a details done to it. I mean I drop my car off at 1300 car got done at 1530ish. I feel like my car was only vacuum in the inside to look new but I mean I like for my trunk to get clean also the same treatment the inside my car. I would never come back to this location ever again the lady who came out to talk to me had a very nasty attitude that was very rude. The GM he smell like nothing but cigarettes and he jus went to go get anybody to come talk to me from the service department it was the rude lady. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. My first time coming here I coulda just went to NISSAN OR KIA OR HONDA they have ways better customer service then this place. The so called service department manager didn’t do nothing to make me feel better at least make me feel like the money I spent was worth it because $153 dollar was put to waste.
One stars for getting a vehicle, got lied to about a problem with the u joint saying wobble gets better and it’s almost pulling us off the road flew in from fargo nd now stuck another night talked to them a week before flying in and now there’s issues. 8 hr drive ahead of us. disappointed…
Darnell was great. he was able to tell us about the features of the car we were looking at. he was able to answer all of our questions. after we decided to purchase the car he made sure we knew how to use all the features as well.

I was super impressed especially with the fact my attitude wasn’t the greatest because I have been to multiple car dealerships and I was burned out and just over it. They were all super attentive and gave a very reasonable offer on my trade. I hopefully won’t have to buy a car for a long time but if I do I will come back here. Thank you guys again!!!!!
Most recent visit was HORRIBLE!!! They lost a loyal customer!! Friday I went in for regular maintenance (oil change, tune up and wheel alignment) and that totaled to $631. I parked my car until Sunday and my car over heated!!! Of course they are closed on Sundays so I went to Honda and they bled the line. Monday I go in and I’m told I have a radiator leak. This is the SECOND time my car overheated right after they maintenance my car!!! Of course I’m the one to blame and initially had to pay my extended warranty deductible of $200. I kept explaining why I felt I shouldn’t have to pay for something they overlooked and of course no resolve and then after a hard time and talking to the very rude service manager she told me they would split the deductible with me. This is not the first time something like this happened I’m not sure where they get their mechanics from but I will never go back!!! Be very wary

Disappointing experience. Sales associate Darnel did not respond to my phone or email messages. Purchased a 2018 Grand Cherokee that was not detailed. When they handed me the key for the car this is what I noticed:There was soda or gum in one of the door wellsCrumbs in the gear shifterDash was not even wiped offAfter I signed all the paperwork, the dealership disclosed they did not have a second key or floor mats.For a $32k purchase I unfortunately trusted them to be transparent and helpful. Instead I got a dirty car missing some critical pieces from sleazy crooks.Never do business with them.
Couldn’t have been happier with the personnel and service in the service department. Unfortunately the experience was tainted by Chrysler Warranty. They somehow were in the process of canceling my warranty plan and took days to rectify the problem.
When starting my buying experience I didn’t really know for sure which model Jeep was right. My salesman Chris and the GM Eric, were very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and patient during the complete process. Once I selected the model the Russ Darrow CJD staff worked diligently to secure the vehicle. Im am upset with Russ Darrow. I came in on Saturday morning and I told the lady that my engine light was on and I need a new thermostat and an oil change. She said that I will still need an diagnostic and might not have to pay because of warranty. I waited over 2 hours just to be told that it was thermostat and I have to pay. I am still high upset and unsatisfied.

Russ Darrow was very attentive. Dan was awesome he gave me a shuttle ride back home and to pick up my car. They are my #1 choice I don’t go anywhere else and the prices are reasonable.

After 2 hours with my car in the shop it was out of alignment more than it was when I came in. There attitude was gee we dont know how that happened. Services gone down tremendously. They took nothing off the bill (a free oil change at a place I no longer trust), and made no real apology, but with another one hour of my time, they corrected the problem putting me behind schedule for the rest of my day.
The P0520 ODB code was not addressed after the oil change. And still remains...

My son car has been at Russ Darrow for almost a month, waiting for parts, for struts and tire rod. This length of time is unacceptable, and has cause us a lot of money for transportation to work. The service department keep giving us New dates, of completion, as of June 7, we have not received our car yet, it was dropped of May 9, 2021. The Service is under Phillip Rowe

Update: They fixed the vehicle issue on the same day it was took in. Was happy that Todd took the time to contact after to make sure everything was working well.Update: spoke with Todd. Will be taking the vehicle in to hopefully be fixed. Will update again after.Bought a used vehicle from them and 2 days later the check engine light came on. Called multiple times and have never been able to actually talk to someone. Voicemails were left but never received a returned call. Hard to believe this problem just magically appeared 2 days after buying. Seems with the lack of returned phone calls that they knew there was a problem with this vehicle before selling and it wasnt disclosed. Will not be recommending or purchasing from there again.

Well, this time they didnt forget to return my wheel key so thats a plus. They did manage to change my oil and rotate my tires successfully, though the tires had too much air in them. Unfortunately they have instituted a policy of charging their customers to use a credit card. Its not as if their service comes cheap and coupons are few and far between. For this reason, and because of past problems with Russ Darrow dealerships, I will no longer be doing business with them: not for service and not for purchase. They need to learn to treat their customers better.

Julian Barnes and his manager were great to deal with. They did not give us a hassle as other places did when we were negotiating a price. It made the experience more pleasant and less stressful as they took our offer seriously and did what they could to come as close as possible the first time. No going back and forth. Also repaired a small dent on the 2019 we bought like it was never there. Based on our experience and how nice everyone was that we came in contact with, I would recommend this dealer.
Android auto issue (under warranty) and AM radio not fixed. Service manager suggested that I should call dodge myself to get this resolved. Walked away in the middle of our conversation and started helping another customer because he apparently didnt want to hear what I had to say.
Very fair and upfront pricing. They really went the extra mile to make this deal work for me! I would definitely shop their again.

Majority of staff were not wearing masks. It was disappointing to see the receptionists also joke “I hope they’re not recording me with my mask off.” As for the service, they were quick but didn’t check all the boxes. My oil life wasn’t reset & tire pressure was not raised back to standard levels. Hard to trust the reports I received from them are accurate. If I didn’t already pay for a maintenance plan when I bought my vehicle, I would go somewhere else.

The worst experience on the record, starting from the operator who redirected my call and demonstrated poor attitude, to the unhelpful and antagonistic salesman who called himself the manager. Would NOT recommend purchasing or dealing with this dealership in any way shape or form. I regret purchasing a vehicle from this place, and will avoid further dealings with them. I will be sharing my experience with family and friends - this place is to be avoided.I received a malfunctioning part to my car. The salesman/manager refused to understand the issue, called me “angry”, further demeaned me, and refused to give his name when prompted. When I asked to speak to the manager - he said, “I am the manager”. I felt cornered and demeaned, certainly devalued as a customer. This is not how any legal professional business is to be run, and certainly not the type/lack of service to be expected.
