We have used Carpet Factory Outlet on different occasions. Recently We had gone in for a smaller job. We had our stairs re carpeted. We had a deposit from quite some time back and when we went in the guys were all so very helpful. As I said it was a small job but the quality of carpet, service and efficiency was HUGE. I find it so great to see businesses where the owners are there not hiding in some back office.When you walk in the shop is basic carpet rolls all over. But it is quality carpeting without the ridiculous pricing of some carpet shops in town. The installation went without a hitch and installers were great (cleaned up after the job). I wont go anywhere else if I need flooring in the future.

Its nice being able to see large rolls of carpet to help visualize it in a room. There are no carpet sample patterns with like 12 on it to take home (and then have to return), instead they cut samples directly from the rolls and let you take the samples home. Good prices. Down to earth sales man / owner. Open 7 days a week !

We bought a carpet remnant from Carpet Factory Outlet for our first babys nursery. It fits the room perfectly and looks beautiful. After scouring Target, Wayfair, Rugs.com, etc and coming up empty, it was awesome to simply walk into CFO, tell the salesman what we wanted and get a custom sized and bound rug for a fraction of the price in less than a week. We will recommend CFO to everyone we know. Well done, Carpet Factory!

Went there today. No employees are wearing masks or keeping 6ft social distance. All customers are wearing masks. Salesman told me that they do not require their installers to wear masks in your homes but a few might, he said. I have purchased from them in years past but will never again based on how little they care about their customers during a pandemic. I left and went to Stus where employees and installers are absolutely all required to wear masks during this pandemic.

I had carpet installed today. The carpet installers did a great job with the installation, but I do have one concern. THEY WERE NOT WEARING PROTECTIVE MASKS. I felt like I had to let them in since I had an appointment. I pride myself with staying safe quarantining and wearing ppe when going out. I expected more from your employees. Hope this sends a message for future jobs.

They are working with my mom apartment complex and making people pay over a grand to replace carpets out of pocket during a pandemic and making them pay upfront. They don’t offer payment plans or anything and only give you not even a week to get the money. they are helping the apartments scams people and Helping people get evicted. I would never get carpet from them because they know what these apartments are doing to the tentants and they are helping them and don’t care. What kind of people would do this.

Their staff was extremely helpful. I couldnt believe how great their price was. To top it all off, they now have cabinets and vanities. That was great, because I did not have to go somewhere else to finish my rental project.

Callous disregard for the mask mandate. I bought carpet here last year and were pleased with it and the installation team, but when I went yesterday to look at other flooring not only was there a very sassy, politically motivated sign on the front door, but the representative was not wearing a mask. Apparently they dont care about customer safety. They have lost my business.

The food variety and taste was awful. Walking into this place I expected top notch flavors and texture, what I got was cheap and badly delivered trash.

*Update* Good selection and fast service. We had a carpet catastrophe the week before Christmas, and of course we were hosting. I called all around to see if anyone could get carpet installed within the week, Ed from Carpet Factory Outlet said that they could do it in two days.They had a good selection in stock and we were able to snag a remnant roll to save some money. We ordered on Tuesday evening and it was installed Thursday morning. I cant comment on longevity of the products they carry, but my experience with the store and staff was very positive.*longevity update, removed 2 stars*Its been over a year and the carpet that we chose for our living room has not held up. It is a frieze carpet and the fibers in the higher traffic have all unraveled and frayed at the tips, Im sure theyll only continue to deteriorate. Nowhere near the 5 years that I would expect to get out of inexpensive carpeting. My original review about fast service still stands, we were just sold subpar carpet.

Fantastic. And speed! I went in, was greeted immediately, and was assisted in selecting carpet and checked out in 15 minutes!! And, the carpet was installed two days later (would have been a day, if I was available for that). Great product, great service.

The sales staff was very helpful. Came out the same day and took measurements and had my carpeting installed the next week. They worked with me because I wanted the carpeting installed using 2 days so I could move stuff from one area of the house to another area. NO PROBLEM!! Price and carpeting is PERFECT!! Website says they offer free measurements I called and they told me to guess and come in so they could help pick the carpet what a joke sounds like they are all about the money and not the satisfaction on their customers

WOW !!!!!!I looked for carpet at various Carpet Stores and Big Box Stores and just got more confused !!!I walked into Carpet Factory Outlet and I saw what they had, I told them my room size and they provided me with a quote. Then they sent someone to my house to confirm the measurement. It was so simple no hidden costs. The price included pad, tear out the old carpet, removal and installation. The price for QUALITY carpet was unbeatable. The installers RANDY AND RICKY were OUTSTANDING !!!!!!!!!! Seams ? What seams !!!!!!!! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.No drama with this company............

Dishonest business that does not do what they say. Cancelled an order and was told the charge would be credited but instead kept the money and lied to the credit card company stating I didnt cancel. Several hundred dollars essentially stolen and refused to return the money. Liars. Avoid them if you want to work with an honest business with reputable business practices and not get ripped off.

I was having a basement remodeled and the remodelers suggested I go to Menards for the dura ceramic flooring I wanted because a floor store would charge me a lot . I did go to Menards seen what I wanted but then it was suggested to me to check out carpet factory outlet. Oh my goodness ! Glad I did ! What a savings ! I also had the most fantastic sales guy named Ed ! He was knowledgable and very helpful ! Thank you Ed!I will be looking for carpeting in the near future and I am definitely going back !
